When you register here? /register I registered another account now if it isn't working still, what browser are you on? Whatever the reason, I could register fine this time. Are there really only 2.4mil coins in circulation? Crazy inflation figures were being bandied around for GP, usually 500%PA, but that never seemed right to me from my own experience staking. The interest rate IS 500% annually, BUT the effective inflation rate is much much lower due to the approximately 2.5 GP reward cap. 1440 blocks per day x 2.5 GP = 3600 GP is the absolute maximum mined per day. Right now 3600 GP works out to 0.147% inflation per day. Most blocks do not hit the reward cap though, so theoretically maximum annual inflation rate at the moment is around 50% but effective annual inflation rate is likely to be more like 25% tops. As the 3600 GP per day cap will never change, it means the inflation rate will continue dropping day after day for as long as the blockchain is moving. |

Thanks, that's a really good explanation and those figures are indeed much more in line with what I've seen. Do you have (or is it possible to get) any data on how much is actively being staked compared to held on exchanges? Just out of interest. |

I could devote a section of the site for sure. I was focusing mostly on the retro hardware but we can include downloadable games as well, that could extend into game cards as well |

can someone please answer this question? also how long we should wait to get 2.5 gp a few days or weeks? thanks!!!!!!!!!!! It was recommended a couple years back to stake in inputs of 1000. I haven't done this as splitting coins into dozens and dozens of inputs will slow down the wallets load time and sync time greatly. Even with my old wallet containing over 250k GP I rarely staked a full block. |

Hi everyone!
This coin caught my eye on Cryptopia yesterday and I came here to see what this coin is all about. I like what I'm seeing as I myself am a retro games lover and I'm looking forward to seeing the marketplace up and running. After what I have read and seen I decided to invest 0.05 btc into this coin and will be putting some more in soon. I think this one has great potential to be a top coin in the gaming industry.

Also to spread the word anyway you can whether it's on social media, in this forum or by word of mouth. I prefer social media as I have a nice following now on Twitter so that is where I like to spread the word about coins I like. |

Well the best way to help any coin that you like is to buy as many as you can and hold them and not dump. Also to spread the word anyway you can whether it's on social media, in this forum or by word of mouth. I prefer social media as I have a nice following now on Twitter so that is where I like to spread the word about coins I like. In addition to this, I think helping spread the word about CoinExchange.io would be a great idea - I'm not affiliated with them in any way but they've become my favourite exchange as it's the only place you can trade GP and HYPER (and 1337! ). I'll hopefully have an update about Captain Disaster soon, it's basically all been about bug tracking and busting for the last couple of weeks. |
