When we can start mining?

I'm still working on the mining software, currently there is no really working miner for me for testing and developing, so I have to write/modify that before I can start working on the stratum.

I'll keep you updated once it works.

yup, that is what they stated..

There was the old SCSY Coin / old blockchain which was swapped to the new one which is working right now, they swapped all the coins from the old blockchain to the new one, have 3 days of 0 POW rewards and then regular mining starts.

Clarifications:

We released the wallet last night to allow all move their new coins to wallets and start staking.
The mining phase will start at block 7199, we are currently at block 4042 so there will be at least 2 days more of mining at 0 block reward.

- rejected shares/cgminer issues
unfortunatly, me and the others members of our team have only nVidia cards. Hence, i could test it before launch and indeed it works properly in solo-mining. Cpu-miner too works properly in solo-mining. Cgminer doesnt work even in solo-mining because i didnt adapt it to our coin.. i followed the suggestion of this user https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=921241.msg10137848#msg10137848 , who suggested me to use the cgminer version written by Reorder for MjollnirCoin (which is another hefty1 algo coin without the voting process). So i provided to all of you that link without testing it. My best apologies for this. I will provide you a working version of cgminer before block 7199, so you'll be able to mine our coin. dont worry.
But what i want clarify is: i saw someone here saying the problem is the wallet or the blockchain. Nope, the problem isnt the wallet or the blockchain. Both wallet and blockchain have been tested before launch to test PoS (since this is the first hefty1 coin with PoS), and we reached block 10,000 without having any kind of troubles.

- mined some block with 0.5 or 0.4 scsy
Those amounts are simply the fees. We made transactions to do the swap. So the somewhere into the blockchain there are the fees paid by us for those transactions, and someone in the world mined it. Nothing strange.

- Cool premine
As written everywhere, this is a relaunch. New blockchain, new wallet, new features (new miner programs, new stratum - lol ). Relaunching this coin means give back to investors/miners their rights. To do this, we premined the current supply on the old blockchain. We've swapped coins through exchanges, and now we are currently swapping coins manually for those people whom didnt have their coins on ccex or bittrex.

Hoping it is all clear, now im going to work on cgminer and on stratum with the master Ocminer. Dont worry, you will have miners and stratum ready for block 7200 (when start the 62 block reward).
Meantime, you can trade and move your coins to the wallet to stake (PoS 100% in this phase). This is the reason why we released wallets yesterday even if stratum wasnt ready.

again, my apologies for cgminer issue, you will have it ready (together with stratum) for block 7200.

Cheers

as explained, there's not a really need since PoW is not started yet.

You have exchanges with the new coin and wallets to stake. PoW will start in ~2 days from now.

Eh, shit happens.

It's a damed if you do/damned if you don't situation.

Don't test and you run the risk of this problem.

The devs could have shelled out for an AMD card, and then done an additional pre-mine or some ICO to expense it, but people would bitch about that too.

Save the angst for when it isn't fixed in time, but let's hope it is. Smiley

Its a good chance for solominers / cpu miners.. So where is the problem ? Its a coin that cannot be mined well with GPU's at the moment..

Bro' we already swapped 85%/90% through exchanges.. in old thread we've announced to bring all coins to bittrex or ccex.. then, yesterday we've sent to bittrex and ccex the new daemon with the new blockchain.. and they simply swapped the coins..

now we are swapping coins from people who missed the swap on exchanges.. through privatekeys and wallet.dat.

dont worry about that, all people received their coins until now.

Before block 7200, so when starts the PoW phase. Maybe earlier.
