Thanks Scorpio.

@tbearhere - FYI the mpos on coreprovision.com is "beta" so you may see occasional blips and changes in the webpage but the stratum that your miner works with is solid so mining is unaffected.   Because the the webpage is beta right now I've got the pool configured as free.  No fees and I'm actually covering the transaction fee too so you get all of your share of mined coins and 100% of your balance when you cash out.

Did anyone else notice how fast the transactions are on this coin?  I sent from Bittrex to my wallet and it seemed like seconds until the coins got there unconfirmed and then another few seconds to confirm in my wallet.  I was amazed.

Target block time is about 1 minute.  So you need that long for you transaction to be "solved", then it takes a little bit of time to be propagated through the network for confirmations which can vary but won't take terribly long.

If you're mining to a pool it looks like they're all requiring 120 confirmations to release your coins.  Then when you cash out it depends on how their cronjob for payouts is configured.  I have scsy.coreprovision.com configured to check payouts every 2 minutes.

So add all that up and you get an idea of how long it takes to get paid Smiley

Woah really?!
What miner do you use?

Datacenter Technician and Electrician.  If you have any questions feel free to ask me as I am generally bored looking at logs and happy to help during free time.

Yeah, it seemed very fast to me compared to other coins I have sent to my local wallet in the past.

Ladies and Gents,

We kept putting up walls which were eaten repeatedly by dumps and we are pretty sure it is not due to old account holders cashing in on coins that got swapped. To be honest, there was not that many accounts to begin with for the swap so we are pretty confident that that is not solely the case.

We were approached by a large bitcoin holding whale. This whale wanted us to use our bitcoin to pump the coin but we want this coin to continue distribution at a fair price and allow the market decide how much bitcoin was traded for the coin. The whale said he needed to cash out his millions and millions of coins and said he wanted about 15+ bitcoin worth for his stash. To say the least we did not give in to his demands.

"So rather than dumping the market to 20 satoshi I prefer to offer them in private for a fair price" -Whale

Security Coin is still in our infancy and having manipulators like this around from the start shows promise in our coins adoption but we were not prepared for someone to come in and do this so quickly!

This is the reason for the recent dump. So if you, like us, caught any coin in this dump welcome to the club. Looking at the accounts list the coins distribution is looking great! We have lots of great announcements coming up and new features that will tickle your crypto and surely send Security Coin into the thousands of satoshi. We are really thankful for the community and are working hard and will never give up on Security Coin. We believe in real world value and real world application.

The real natural market was the reason for the steady rise in price of the coin. If you havent tried wallet yet please do! You will see why! This is just a minor hiccup and allowed for better distribution to new stakeholders.

Thank you for your support!

Happy staking and mining :-)

Here you go.  Might just want to pull the ipv4 addresses out.

-Keith Smith

Shows the integrity of the Securitycoin Team.  Bravo.  I got some of the dumped coins Wink

SCSY Devs:  please make a .gitignore file in your local src/obj folder with the following inside of it.

# Ignore everything in this directory
*
# Except this file
!.gitignore

Then git add src/obj/.gitignore

That will create the obj folder on git without uploading the large files created when compiling.  Then the instructions in your readme.md will work without needing to manually create the src/obj folder.

Please pm the scsydev this Smiley

Syncing takes a while but we have nodes hard coded into the wallet so it should never be a problem...
