im showing out of sync? what's up?

New Vaults (wallets) have a tendency to take longer to connect to CBX network at the beginning...

You can wait 15-20 minutes for your Vault to find its network, or try these addnodes:

addnode=109.206.33.225
addnode=121.215.0.70
addnode=141.237.133.84
addnode=167.114.126.13
addnode=173.18.72.51
addnode=174.88.86.210
addnode=176.156.155.243
addnode=177.139.80.56
addnode=184.173.166.154
addnode=189.232.26.197
addnode=190.148.39.249
addnode=191.185.241.41
addnode=191.254.1.211

Also it is recommended to use the Bootstrap file, if syncing for the first time http://forum.cryptobullion.io/index.php?topic=1455.0

No requirement but the more you have the more likely your are to stake successfully.

And of course, you can not stake on the mobile. I assume that is why you were trying to send from your mobile but just to make sure.

so do i get a bounty for reporting the problem?
if there is one can i get some cbx to help me start stake ?

State of the Bullion Announcement: February 27th, 2016

Greetings to the CBX family!

2015 was a great year for CBX which culminated with the launch of an unprecedented algorithm designed exclusively for Crypto Bullion, Proof-of-Stake-Participation (PoSP)! Now in addition to the sound and investor-friendly fundamentals of Crypto Bullion, we have a unique algorithm (created and coded from scratch) that not only addresses and solves the weaknesses of existing algorithms but actually turns them into strengths (maximized security and high investor ROI) tailor made to fit into the constraints of Crypto Bullion’s low inflationary profile.

Crypto Bullion has also begun to see the early results of its marketing campaigns. Ben has done an amazing job of recruiting liaisons to specific targeted countries so CBX now speaks to a growing community in their respective native languages. We see continued growth in the CBX promo card project, where community members distribute promo cards linking new users to a CBX preloaded mobile Vault download for their smart phones. Via the distribution of these promo cards, CBX is reaching people that no other cryptocurrency has been able to reach.

All in all, a productive year but there is much more to be done…

The first major project scheduled for CBX in 2016 is the CBX Pi Project slated for completion by the end of April 2016. To fully tap into the potential of PoSP adoption, we recognize the need for simple solution users can apply without tying up the resources of their PC for 24/7 staking. This is where the CBX Pi Project comes in.

At project completion, we will provide a free download containing the CBX Vault program and a web wallet user interface for managing it on a Raspberry Pi device. This will allow users to run an isolated, compact, energy-efficient device to earn PoSP rewards 24/7 without taking up any of their PC resources.

Additionally, we will start to sell some items that will not only promote CBX adoption but simultaneously provide buy support for CBX on exchanges:

  • Custom made CBX ‘Bullion Bar’ protective cases for housing your personal Pi device. The case will look like a bullion bar with the CBX logo on it.
  • Pi devices (with or without the custom CBX cases)
  • Pi devices preloaded with CBX (100, 500 or 1000 CBX) so new CBX economy participants can avoid going through exchanges and Bitcoin conversions as a means of entry. CBX will be sold at the current market price at purchase time and the received funds will be converted immediately to BTC and placed as buy orders for the equivalent amount on CBX hosting exchanges.

After completion of the Pi Project the Core Development Team will focus attention on integrating anonymity into CBX’s code base and building and launching a CBX based exchange. The exchange is not planned to have fiat but will have CBX and a handful of select other cryptos listed for trading. Rather than taking the approach of listing hundreds of coins, we will focus on trading performance and volume for a small exclusive selection of innovative, niche filling coins like CBX.

This is a quick outline of what we have on the board for CBX going forward this year in addition to continued growth of the CBX promo card project and our multinational outreach program. Some ambitious projects but each one will add substantial value to the overall product and fit in with our overall mission.

It will be a very exciting year for the whole community and the more people who get involved, the quicker we can achieve our goals and grow CBX back into a top 10 market cap cryptocurrency.

You're surely right, Aizzaku -- translations never go well; but it sure is fun to say, 'Hello!' in Hindi. It would be fun just to know what part of India the CBX-ers are from (it's a literally awesomely big place, I've been from Madras to Dharamsala).

Smiley i think i will be the first one using it. i dont know others as of now who are using CBX. I am from Mumbai, Maharashtra which is to the west of India.
It surely is a big country with lot of potential indeed.

I am also going to post a pure hindi version of the thread mostly by tonight.

A Raspberry Pi staking node is the ideal staking wallet, low power, reliable and just what we need to push to get greater adoption / increased network security.

A few things spring to mind:

The Pi wallet will need to be able to recover from sudden power loss (power cuts) so that the block chain does not become corrupted upon reboot (had a few instances of this happening that requires re-bootstrapping)

It would be a good idea to publish a how-to guide that also includes a number of hardening procedures to lock the Pi down from unauthorised remote access (fail2ban, strict IP table rules etc)

Other than that really looking forward to running my Pi wallet Smiley In my case it would pay for it self in about a month and a half @ current prices / participation Cheesy
