Sometimes when I leave my CryptoBullion vault wallet to stake overnight it intermittently crashes. Why is this? Should I try to re-download the blockchain?

Same-same!

Yup...I have the same problem. Doesn't even give me a code to check. I have checked the ram usage and, sure it uses a bit more when staking, but CBX isn't the highest usage I have seen for staking wallets. It just mysteriously closes. Should I send over my debug file to alex?

I too reported at GitHub about listtransactions crashing, but Alex4J said it is not supposed to be run in Qt wallet but only in daemon mode. AFAICR I used some of those commands in the Qt wallet in previous versions.

I have about 6.8k CBX (in 4 chunks) in my wallet. I didn't mine any PoSP block since 1st January. Tell me please what I do wrong?
Wallet (2.1.1) is unlocked, 14 connections, block height is matching with block explorer.

Maybe I should divide my coins to more chunks?

Although you have the funds separated to 4 addresses, I am willing to bet if you check the Bullion Control feature, you will see you have a number of sub addresses that have been created through your previous PoS staking and splitting - before PoSP. I would suggest creating 7 addresses and dividing your coins among them. You will start getting PoSP 1 hour after that and will be good to go.

Enjoy!

I had a similar problem in the beginning when I hadn't staked anything in the first 13 hours or so. After moving coins around, I finally started PoSPing a couple of hours later. I don't know if this is by design or not (it's possible that older coins still work towards PoS instead of PoSP), and I surely don't swear by it, but it worked for me and some other CBXer.

That's right, this other CBXer  Cheesy had the same problem.
Some of my addresses and subaddresses weren't staking so I tried sending the funds to a new address. 1 hour later problem was fixed.

I posted a guide on page 56 of this thread, it might be worth reading sections 'Checking your addresses and inputs' and 'Consolidating inputs'

Site was also offline earlier today. Probably just some site maintenance going on.

Great news! Now keep in mind that each time you have a portion of your CBX stake, that portion will get divided into 2 addresses. This division will continue so after a period of time you may want to consider re-consolidation like you just did to clean things up.

We will implement some settings in the code soon that will combine inputs when under a certain number (500 CBX) so if one has a number of small inputs, they will be autoconsolidated. And another setting to deactivate the autosplitting function for any value under 1000 CBX.

Make sure you stop in and say hi in IRC, we have a community building there. Presently giveaways, bug talk and staking discussions, but as this community develops, we envision CBX beneficial projects to materialize from that meeting/discussion place.

Thank you to the community member(s) who have reached out to Rokos on CBX's behalf. Received this invitation overnight:

Quote
Hello CryptoBullion team,

Very nice to meet you, Congratulations on the great job and hard work with CBX, I can see the hard work towards adoption, so I would like to extend the invite to check ROKOS (a new Distro/OS with integrated Bitcoin clients/nodes (core) for raspberry pi and IoT devices.

I am releasing the Flavors version by end of january / mid february, and opened spots promos for claims,
meaning the solicitor Cryptocurrency gets added into the release.

the release includes a native graphical client and node for your currency integrated into the System,
meaning new users can start using your currency with one click.(ease of adoption)

They have 100% functionality (same as on desktop/linux wallets/graphical clients they stake and do all the functions).

And some other details like direct links to the website on the included web explorer "iceweasel".

So wanted to extend the invitation to check the promos as I can see CBX working towards real adoption, so would be an honor to cross collaborate.

ROKOS website: http://rokos.space

Direct link to active promos: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1084908.msg13432425#msg13432425

Feel free to contact me over here or directly at devteam@okcash.co for any questions/doubts on the system.

Happy New Year!
Best Regards.

How about getting CBX on board the Rokos Flavor?

http://rokos.space

DMD just got included, it would be great to have a Raspberry running a bitcoin node along with DMD and CBX, especially now with the new PoSP!

Probably psychofractor that made some effort, pls send me a PM if so then you get proper credit when it results in collaboration.

These kind of goals are great. With help from the community we can reach out to more services and merchants to accept CBX.
I suggest to reserve some bounty for results for example 25 CBX - $5 when a contact leads to adoption.
We can make a fund for this from donations or out of the ∿600 CBX that I still hold for community promotions.

Ofcourse any effort already make your CBX more valuable so pls concidder becoming active to let CryptoBullion grow, for yourself and for others  Cheesy

Wow, that is significant... and yet, the Cryptsy CBX mega wallet of over 100k remains in tact.

I really don't understand why people are so trusting of 3rd parties especially when there are troubling signs... not even to mention the rightful owners of those CBX could be staking and earning a nice interest rate for securing the network...

Mobile is online now.

If it is offline, it will say "not connected" and the 'Send' button will be disabled.
