Let's recap what the new Vault 3.0.0 is, and what it isn't... Vault 3.0.0 is a necessary step towards our final project, which is the BPN masternode-driven Bullion network. Vault 3.0.0 is completely new code to drive the same CBX network with unchanged parameters - this means that it is not a mandatory update, no hard forks yet.

While it is not a mandatory update, Vault 3 solves many nagging issues 2.4.4 had; so I strongly recommend you update to this new Vault to drastically improve your experience of CBX. Also, Vault 3.0.0 incorporates the new "Bullion" denomination, along with new visuals.

FYI:

CryptoID (hosting service for the official Bullion block explorer) started the re-synch process yesterday for upgrading to v3.0. 

As a result their data will not be current until the synching process is complete.

Keep an eye on their 'AGE' of latest blocks as an indicator for when they are synched and current again.

before the new masternodes design is released are you going obfuscate the code so that it is open source but can not be cloned or not? I know a few projects doing this now. Seems a shame to put in all the work for it just to be copy and pasted by all the rest

As many know, we have a listing on Yobit exchange.
We have not been advertising this as they have not updated their Bullion software in some time meaning Bullion cannot be withdrawn.
This has caused downward pressure on the price as people have to sell their Bullion for other coins there if they want to withdraw funds.
Also, the large volume of traders using their platform are essentially not able to trade Bullion.
With our new V 3.0 release, the new codebase syncs and functions much better.
We think this is our opportunity to make a push to get them to update and become a collaborative partner again.
But we need the communities help with this.

I was thinking the exact same thing. I am sure they did not keep it live because it would crash a lot before but now it is all fixed and running very nicely I am sure they will update the wallet to the latest version .... or should we even wait for the masternodes update where they would have to update it for it to work as surely that will be an mandatory update?

Love the new auto snapshot option for new users ... from 0 to fully synced up in a few mins really. Looks great.

We kind of got the ball rolling across our social media platforms so might as well try to push for update now.

Hopefully Coinbook.com isn't too far off so my thought is this would be more beneficial to the overall ecosystem now as even just a secondary major stopgap exchange.

Alex and Andre did an amazing job with the coding and yes, the auto blockchain loader is a very user friendly feature!
