So.....who panicked? Wink

Not me.  It's not worth dumping for such tiny quantities.  I haven't sold a single coin.

I'm not dumping either because as of right now I'm not 100% convinced that we are bagholders. At this point if I had to put a percentage on it I would say I am maybe 80% certain that we are bagholders, but that 20% is enough to make me not want to dump my coins for btc dust.

I have dumped too many coins thinking they were dead only to see that coin sky rocket a few months later (Maryjane being the latest example  Cry).

I just really want to hear from the dev that SMAC is not dead and that the team is still moving forward with the road map and is still enthusiastic about this project. And an update on the Marketplace would be nice too! (even telling us that the marketplace isn't going to happen would be an update!)

I agree.  Getting pennies back on the pound by dumping is barely worth the effort of moving coins out of my wallet but even more than that I would gutted if the devs then proceeded to get it going again!  I think the knowledge that something I sold for pennies went on to be worth a fortune would hurt more than losing a few bitcoins on something that didn't pan out (small as that possibility might be).  That risk is just not worth the few pounds I might get back by dumping.

Anyway I always go into every coin these days expecting to be a bag holder - that's pretty much the only real certainty with any crypto.  There is no guarantee that any of them will ever succeed - even bitcoin is not really a success yet and could end up being worthless in the long term - the ultimate crypto bag hold.  That's the risk with new technology and concepts like this particularly when they are trying to upset those in control of the monetary system.

Exactly and the crypto world is topsy turvy and weird.  Even Vertcoin (which has had a thousand deaths) recently got pumped.  Nothing is truly dead in crypto.  All it takes is for someone to inject a bit of fresh BTC into a project to start a revival and that can potentially trigger something much bigger.

Simply panicking and selling for a tenth of the money you paid is just plain stupid - you take away any chance of ever getting that money back just to save a tiny amount of money from being lost.

To use an analogy:  Just because you're not happy with how your pilot is flying the plane doesn't mean you should open the side door and jump out without a parachute (no matter how fearful you are of crashing)!

What a fool who dumped the coins.

Maybe the newsletter was not what everybody expect but look it on the bright side...

The smac team purchased a large instagram account so they invest in smac.
In that way they keeping their word.
That's a step forward for larger buy-backs in the future.

When will the next buy-backs executed? Isn't that tonight.
To bad it is only 1 btc... See in the future larger buy-backs again. It can only grow from this point...

Yea target is hit. ICO is a success for the minimum. We still are hoping for a run up to the 55 for the project full goal in the last 10 hours!

haha, good one scammers.

55 BTC ICO and you can't make proper updates, dev is a scam twitter shill. you dump on your buyers because you self bought so you have free coins anyway.

bull shit bounties with your free coins? who's buying this shit? days with 0 volume and delisting warnings constantly.

Well i wont take it up for him any more, so ktfutura,... maybe you should become a dev, of your own top coin, look how you would do? And yes what boxxa is doing isnt really goodlooking, advertising for 1broker.com and having the balls to pinn it is really ashame for him  Undecided... Karma is a bitch thats all i have to say to him...

Even tho the price is dropping there is more activaty now than we have seen in a long time,.... lets see where this is going  Cool

Afaik boxxa is/was hired only for the wallet. Some other dev was hired for the marketplace, dunno about other stuff though.

It's over guys. Boxxa and devs are dumping their free coins on you. 1.9167 BTC to ICO price. "buy back" won't even hit ICO price.

don't even bother putting up buys for this scam. 0.262 BTC in buy support.

dumped down to 0.00000992.

been telling you guys this was a scam. believe me now?

I am 99.9% sure that this was not a scam. I believe the devs had good intentions with this project and I think up until recently they really believed in it. Otherwise there no reason that they would have bought thousands of dollars of the coin back, both as market buys and through multiple buy walls after the ICO.

The question is, what the hell happened? Was it that they couldn't figure out how to design and execute the marketplace?

I am really holding on to hope that at some point today the dev will come on here and explain to everyone what is going on....

Nope. You are just fudding to make people fill your buy orders. Smiley That's very common and perfectly working strategy in crypto.

it was 1 person who dumped them, just hold on, and we will see what will happen, as i said before, there are enough things the community can do, and i am almost certain that the SMAC_CEO is still supporing this,.... so community show some balls  Cool

the premine has been safely dumped.

devs can't even come online to respond to their dumps.

you know, if you just kept your story about a scam, i would have had some kind of respect for you, but now you are acting like a little child... I am almost sure you also bought coins... wanker...  Cheesy

And as obviously, after spreading info that the price is extremely low, some new buy support arrived and price is slightly going up. We need only 1 BTC to reach ICO price. I think this coin hasn't said the last word.
