As no news coming, dumping starts soon. At least the staking logic should be fixed immediately, it's already taking too long. Waiting in crypto couple of days is like infinity. Smiley

To be honest, real disapointment in this project. To long development cycle for cryptocoin. Devs had to make something prior to ICO, then make announcement. Sadly, sadly!

Btw, I don't want cheap coins and I haven't sold even a single SMAC.

I'm wondering if there will be somekind of buyback program? If the coin is getting cheaper and cheaper then it make sense for DEV to use some money. Maybe launch some great news and it jump to the moon. Look at GSM, jump by 800%.

Everything is in the hands of DEV. What will he do with all those BTCs, how long will he allow his coin to drop. Will he not start buying?

First buyback is scheduled for April 27th according to twitter:

https://twitter.com/SMACteam/status/575793388127019008?lang=en-gb

I like the buyback program, but in altcoin world 27th of April is a long time. On twitter they are talking about accounts that 500k followers etc, but i don't see any prove. It would be nice that they can post some prove of it. Everybody can say, now we bought account worth of .... but where are the proves? If they post proves then i'm pretty sure that this coin will not trade at 8k sats but at 800k sats. Now it is just wording, a screenshot doesn't take too much, no?

Lol seriously? This will trade at maybe 800 sat by that time. A month is a year in the alt world, we've seen many coin die much quicker than that. By that time, the amount of coins that would need to be bought to bring price to ipo would be remarkable. Longer the buy backs take = less likely investors will not make back original investment. Nor trying to fud just telling you boys the absolute truth. Hopefully devs realize this or this will turn into another fail coin very very quickly, mark my words.  Let's  be real about this and  not joke to ourselves.

ICO funds are used to acquire revenue basis. So ICO has to come first.

To buy back coins with revenues you would need those revenues first, right? If revenues for march get paid out at the end of april then the first buyback will happen then. From there on it should happen on a monthly basis.

Regarding PoS fix: I created a merge-pull request with fixing stuff @ GitHub.

PoS fix merged with help of wurstgelee. Will release wallets today. Forking block is currently set to 13000 which should put it about 24 hours from now: 1PM EST on Sunday. Also working with Bittrex to make sure they update first.

Also have added 2 block days for POS interest to each range (365/100/25) to make up original lost interest if anyone hit the overflow error.

Appreciate the help of the community and a fix that other coins could use from wurstgelee

I would like to see some more activity of DEV here... Taken 55 BTC but didn't see a lot of him on the thread. I believe when you receive close to $15000 that you can do some more effort for community.

This coin is a disaster.

"BuyBack: Monthly

The SMAC team expects the first buyback to be roughly around March 31st 2015 however, as the month progresses, the SMAC team will provide updates on Twitter and the official BCT thread for the buyback date.

Each month we will take a percentage of our revenue and buy back SMAC on the open market. The coins bought back will used for contests and reward programs for holders who continue to hold and stake."

Now it's the 27th of April.

SMAC = SCAM.

Next coin please.

Boxxa can't even fix a wallet bug.. it proves that he's not a real dev. scam after scam after scam. They probably lost all the ico funds on OKcoin.

It's not a scam you idiot. Scam refers to a coin that is created with the intention of stealing people's money and lying about the true intentions of the dev. This is clearly a great idea but the problem is that it was funded by a bunch of investors who prefer to dump at a huge loss rather than have patience. BIG difference.

Keep defending them. I see scam when I see them. Check my post history.

IF they can prove me wrong then I'll take my words back.. otherwise

SMAC = SCAM

Quit getting butthurt.

The dev promised to Put up a buy wall and he did that. Why do that if this is a scam.

The wallet with 70,000 is the devs wallet. Clearly he isn't the one dumping. (Check rich list)

I invested 3 btc in this coin so I should be pissed too but I'm not because I believe the dev is sincere and will follow through with this plan despite people like you screaming scam.

I hope I am right....

oH, now you're having doubts? If he put up btc wall using the ico funds... he'd still get 40+ btc.

Boxxa isn't a real dev since he can't fix a wallet bug

Delaying the buy back date by a month.

Like I said, prove me wrong. I've been right in the past.

Oh, btw, I almost forgot.

Boxxa closed his twitter account down. He said he lost some BTC to OKcoin trading, then started asking for donations.

Hmm... all signs are pointing to the word scam.. I mean SMAC

We have come up with a way to prove that we do indeed have ownership of the Twitter accounts without revealing the handles.  We will provide proof this coming monday when we release our weekly newsletter.

You, dear Sir, are a moron.

You, dear sir, are being lied too.

Dev has sent out nothing but false promises, especially the delay in the 'buy back' date like it was stated in the whitepaper.

Like I said, prove me wrong. As of now, the only moron that I see are the ones holding this coin. Tell me, what prices will you see by the 27th of April?
