Well, some people have morals and respect other people's works and intellectual property. Yet I doubt that people watching pron online are are even considering that making porn movies/photos is not cheap.
Again I doubt that associating bitcoin with porn will do any good to bitcoin image. Bitcoin will be pigeonholed as currency of terrorist, extremists, hackers and porn lovers.

I really don't know that porn sites are allowing bitcoin payment.

Well, anyone here knows other 'unusual' sites who are accepting bitcoin as payment?

They are pretty known to like bitcoins, the customers don't need to have a charge on your CC with something embaressing . also there are no chargebacks, hacked CC used etc... etc... I wonder how many pays to get this kind of videos though.

porn industry is a big industry and if it comes into bitcoin it is going to be huge and will not change anything about the fact that bitcoin is like any other currency.

Some of my friends got their credit cards blocked, for making payments to porn sites. I am living in South-east Asia, and that might be one of the reasons. But still, using credit cards for making payments to porn sites can have serious side effects. Sometimes the card information is stolen, and sometimes the personal information is used to blackmail the customer.

Even though bitcoin is not fully anonymous at least if you use bitcoin, your credit card details are safe plus you can also avoid unnecessary hidden charges made without your knowledge going to your credit card account.

Credit card is a different scenario, it already loaned you some amount in your card, unlike in Bitcoin you earned and get it, In credit you get the cash without any earnings. Well, as per the security I vote Bitcoin is more secured in means of transactions. Bitcoin really needs governmental department help, they need certain legal bodies who can keep Bitcoin flow seamlessly in the market.

Bitcoin could come in handy when receiving refunds from porn companies. Otherwise they would probably send you a check with "porn site refund" stamped in large letters on the back. Nobody would consider paying a check like that into their account.

I actually didnt think of that, thats actually worse than "brazzers" (or something else) coming up on your credit report.

Credit cards are way fucking better than Bitcoins for stuff like this because it is much easier for someone to spend something they haven't earned compared to spending something there will only be 21,000,000 (for now anyways.)

Where Bitcoin does come in handy in the porn world is making payments to models and other people.

Let's say MyFreeCams.com offers to pay their models out in Bitcoin if they choose... that's a HUGE economy boost. 

So in short... credit cards will bring in the incomes and Bitcoins will pay out the contractors. 

I obviously don't have a crystal ball, but I can imagine this will be the way it will lean.

bitcoin is perfect for porn billing .. except that most of the profits from porn sites come from 'cross-sells' and rebills, where they bill your credit card multiple times and rebill you each month. Can't do that with Bitcoin , so many of the porn merchants probably aren't interested in accepting crypto, since they have a harder time scamming you :-)

I know people who pay for watching porn. There are a lot of people who subscribe to various porn-sites such as Brazzers. It costs only $30 or $40 per year, so it is not a very big amount. And they can watch the latest videos without going through the risky torrent downloads. Also, these videos become available on torrent sites many months after their release.

a part of it is because of copyright laws. and many people can't or don't want to use pirated stuff.

besides there is always membership fees, that you pay to subscribe to a website. one that comes to mind and is kind of popular is brazzers.

was just an example i'm actually watching without paying anything of course , it would be stupid otherwise , but i guess someone like to have it at 4k, there are still torrent for those though....
