I do think however you should have minimum viable product before Token sale, this way you will be able to raise more funds. Or if i put it this way - if you have almost nothing to show nobody will want to invest much in you. I think there were just to many incompetent people launching projects in Crypto so nowadays people dont believe anyone.

Anyway, good luck
