Hallo sorry but don't you think that bcy and bitcoin volatility is an issue? I Mean, now 1 bcy worth about 30% more than a week ago, and bitcoin 5% more than a week ago. In Fiat Money cards are 35% more costly than a week ago. I noticed that almost no cards were sold in the past 72 hour, I don't think this fact is uncorrelated with bcy and bitcoin rising price. Do you have any strategy about the natural volatility of bitcrystal and bitcoin? After all cards are made for all, not for high net worth customers (or not?).

Do you have any strategy about the natural volatility of bitcrystal and bitcoin? After all cards are made for all, not for high net worth customers (or not?). The recent rise in BCY prices on the exchanges is a direct result of rising demand for this token by people wanting to buy new cards. Naturally we can expect a general upward price trend for BCY considering that half of the BCY collected by EverdreamSoft in new card sales will be burned. I would expect inicial sale prices for new cards to be continually adjusted in view of the market dynamics of BCY price. On the other hand, I suppose you are not aware of the fact that the partner store is now open and partners did in fact buy limited edition RIPPLECARD and BLOCKSIZECD today and will be able to continue doing so for another month, before sales of these cards will be opened to players with access to the premium store. So it is not accurate to state that almost no cards were sold in the past 72 hours. There were also additional cards resold on the Counterparty DEX. I know cause I made a purchase there myself recently, and the TX information is freely available for anyone to check on blockscan.com. Edit: BCY price went down significantly late monday night after someone dumped a large amount on poloniex so I suppose too high of a price for BCY will not be a concern for the time being

( I was not in the book damn it!!!). Thank you for the information about BlocksizeCD and Ripplecard I missed it. Said that: volatility is an issue, specially in those very first day of bcy quotation, I,'m curios to see how everdreamsoft will manage it. Whit new card? Or adjusting the price (in Bcy) of the old card?

Now we stand at 785.436bcy from cards sold 392.718bcy to be burned this month 44.433.901 total free (not burned) bcy outstanding 0,88% to be burned as a % of free bcy this month 10,61% annualized burning rate. Not so bad. p.s. probably I miss something. I am not sure that those calc are right. So I apologize for any error.

I think that the Open Bazaar Card will be the best seller SoG blockchain card ever.
Open Bazaar is a sort of magic project, i will buy one for sure, only to own one.
I will be surprise iif n the first day (today) we will stand under 80.000bcy collected for BazaarCard.
Wait and see....
p.s. but there is a problem, now the price in fiat money is realy huge, at 0.00095bcy/btc and 275$ btc/$ we are talking about 29.7$ for one card (regular price of 1200 bcy after early rebates). Only people from western world can afford it. Boy... is a card.

If you plan to reduce price in BYC when game reach mainstream. If that is a plan what is the meaning to buy cards now? if we will be able to get OPEN BAZAAR card for 40 BYC in a year from now?

No the price won't be smashed down. But if the BCY goes 100 fold we might adjust price in order not to have 1000 USD per card (Until the whole supply is sold, then the market will set the price). Since we are burning BitCrystals every month we could reach a point where the price of a card could be even bigger than the market supply. So the value in fiat currency (USD) won't go lower but higher. But in any case no quick decision without a community consultation.

So the value in fiat currency (USD) won't go lower but higher. But in any case no quick decision without a community consultation. Yodark the solution is quite simple: 1) The price of the old card must remain the same over time, the fact that now those cards are overpriced in fiat money do define their rarity and it is the reward for early adopters. But 2) The price of NEW cards Must be smashed now (imho). Let's say about 30%-40% less in bcy terms, to give a chance to buy one to not so wealthy people and most important to new adopters, those that did not do the crowdsale. My take is: You really have to take in account bcy and bitcoin volatility by designing the new cards price curve on some fiat money alghoritm. After all, we hope (or think) that the most of the revenue stream and burning power will came from Apple Store and Google Play trought fiat money, sometime in 2016.
