Today is a big day for the whole SoG Team, as well as for you, our fans! Almost two months after the end of the BitCrystals Token Sale, we have reached Milestone #2 - the Early Beta release. For the first time,you can connect your game account to your Counterparty wallet and transfer your blockchain cards to play them in the game!

Build your own deck!

Connect your Counterparty wallet to the game to see all your blockchain-based trading cards in action! Build and personalize your deck of 4 characters and choose one of ten different levels, divided into 5 chapters. Each character has their own life bar, after each level you can recompose your deck and try another card. In addition to those 10 levels, a special GEMZ level will be unlocked if your Counterparty wallet contains a GEMZCARD.

How to receive your credited BCY?

In order to prevent the fake accounts to receive the BitCrystals which have been credited to players accounts for their registration, we have set up the following system. To recover your BitCrystals, please:

	1. Add your Counterparty address to your SoG profile
	2. Play the SoG Early Beta, logged in the game with your account
	3. Finish the chapter Askian

At the end of the next week, at the latest, we will send their BCY to those who have filled these conditions.

I'm enjoying the game so far.

Two notes:

1. It would be great if the card attributes were displayed on the character on the battle field. Or at least allow us to hover over the character, both friendly and enemy to see their stats.

2. I tried to click on a picture while playing the game to see the card stats and it fired a shot instead. Maybe put the cards below the playing field, or move the playing field up a bit, or let players know the playing field is being covered up for your cards.

Also, I put in the wrong Counter Party address and now I can't change it. So that sucks.

And IMHO probably Minecard is too generic and not enough evocative.

I personally think the number of cards sold has more to do with the rarity of the card than anything else at this point. Keep in mind there are a total of 1200 MINERCARD. I actually like the card design myself quite well. Also the total of BCY collected from MINERCARD sales cannot be as high as the previous cards since the inicial price was only 250 BCY.

This is a good system.  Once the mobile app is ready, you could track duplicate device ID's in order to ensure nobody is able to get more than 70 BCY per device as well.

Okay, just updated the site with some new changes. As well as displaying the stats, we are now displaying the new art from the beta and you can now enter your Spells of Genesis username or registered email into the asset filter if you have registered your Counterparty address. There's a couple of other minor things as well, and I will be adding / tweaking things over the next couple of days -- let us know if you see anything you like or dislike about it, and suggestions are always welcome!
