Why don't you copy/paste the information from Electrum, instead of posting image of it? It would be much easier to verify it. This proofs almost nothing as everyone can alter a picture pretty easy. Just an idea. |

You have already signed the message several times... but the problem is that you keep making screenshots, instead of copy/pasting the text from Electrum into your email message to Freebitco.in support??!?   Why do you not use "ctrl+C" and "ctrl+V" to simply "copy" and "paste" the text from Electrum? You just need to highlight the text and use Ctrl+C and then Ctrl+V when writing your email?  The "standard" format for a signed message is: -----BEGIN BITCOIN SIGNED MESSAGE-----

-----END BITCOIN SIGNED MESSAGE-----

You've spotted the problem here. That's their deposit address in our wallet so they can't sign a message from it. They need to sign a message from the address they deposited from 1JAmNxWjQj1JDQWPC3VDhdWX3xZUwh3Smz (the other 3 deposits are from our withdrawal addresses when they withdrew to their own deposit address). |
