1  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: labcoin lawsuit on: April 23, 2018, 07:54:16 AM
we'll have to wait for what virtualspade is going to find out from the lawyers.

is in custody at the moment waiting to front court in September?
if not, will he present himself at court come September?
Does he still have the bitcoin to pay us back?
if not, what will happen to him and our bitcoin?
2  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: labcoin lawsuit on: April 23, 2018, 07:39:10 AM
Hello everyone,

The news we all have been waiting for has arrived...

Alberto Armandi will be prosecuted in Italy this September for the Labcoin case following the complain.

More details on how to claim your BTC from the case will become available later, after I discussed it more with the lawyer.

Is this true?

Woooow!

Is there any news about this? How did they find him, what caused the arrest? I'm so curious!

edit: found it!

http://www.sardiniapost.it/cronaca/villamassargia-droga-e-munizioni-durante-un-controllo-due-arresti/

Appearingly Alberto Armandi and Alessio Arceri were busted because of drugs.

So Alessio was also indeed involved in Labcoin after all, like we believed back in the days?

What's the article above got to do with Labcoin?
it doesn't mention anything about Labcoin.

This is great news.

Many thanks virtualspade.

19:45   -0.08Hi,
anyone have these transactions below appear in their Siacoin wallet?

Today at8 SC   338e073c79ccd371e21fc7b6ec1fb545124502994192edf6ebf05f6a85018151    Confirmed
Today at 19:22   -0.088 SC   5b6729803d8ab3c082314f6394dd97e7bb1adc7ee1382036f6ca5b587c63fd81    Confirmed

As you can see they are negative values. I had 3 of these negative value transactions, one little over 2 weeks ago and 2 today.

Any idea what they are as I've got no clue.

Same problem here, any clue?

Sia wallet issue. These amounts are not really deducted from your address. If you check your wallet address on the blockchain you will see that these amounts are not really deducted. To fix the issue you can simply delete your wallet then recover it..

Siacoin wallet developers really should bring out new version wallet to fix issues with these negative transactions and also the missing mining payouts transactions.
It's not practical to delete and recover your wallet every time there's a problem with wallet transactions.

My question here is if anyone is actually using their Jupiter right now. Can you show me a picture of its controller board please? Is It really the same as the neptune controller board?

I own 3 Jupiters, 1 Neptune and also had 1 Titan.  the Titan controller board died so I replaced it with one of my Jupiter's controller board, and recently the Neptune's controller died and again replaced it with one of my other Jupiter controller boards.  All controllers are same.

If you still want pictures let me know and I can take some for you, but they're all going to look exactly the same.

Hi has anyone noticed any transactions/payouts from Siamining pool missing in the Siacoin wallet?

I've had one payout 3 days ago not show up in my Sia wallet and again another one few hours ago not showing up in my Sia wallet. See circled transactions in image below.

All-Time Paid Out: 34,695.83 SC from Siamining, but confirmed balance in wallet is: 32098.87 SC, so i'm missing 2596.96 SC

If anyone's experienced this please let me know what you've done to recover the missing payout.

BTW, I'm using Sia-UI version 1.3.1 wallet.

Very common problem with the 1.3.1 UI Wallet, I've talked with other pool ops and their users have the same issues. See here for how to fix it https://siawiki.tech/wallet/lost_transactions_troubleshooter

You can always verify the pool has issued the payout by checking the TXID and looking at in the explorer.

Thanks xurious for the quick reply. I'll give lost_transactions_troubleshooter a try,
but like Tekno2020 (thanks for your tip) mentions at a later date after I've transferred existing Siacoins out of the wallet.

Along with Tekno2020:

Deleting and restoring from seed is a safe operation. There is no data loss as you have your original seed to recreate the wallet from. It's the same as restoring from seed using an electrum wallet.

I had a strange transaction appear in my Siacoin wallet today with a negative amount of -0.088 SC. See line below with transaction ID

Today at 21:15   -0.088 SC   a727258731b996bdba3ae71e648fe90c9b6ad66d1f82ed452df0ca0e9d76c3c7    Confirmed

Also, I don't understand how Sia Explorer works. How do I see transactions to my wallet address with received transactions amounts and wallet balance, as you can see with a Bitcoin wallet address

If xurious or anyone with more knowledge than myself can help it would be appreciated.

Siacoin (SC) is on Exodus's roadmap shortlist, and Exodus uses Shapeshift built-in exchange.
http://support.exodus.io/article/96-exodus-wallet-roadmap

And you can see where Siacoin (SC) is actively traded right meow:
https://www.cryptocompare.com/coins/sc/markets/BTC

thanks Neo-Geo

There a few where you can trade (buy/sell) Siacoin within the exchange, but for deposit of Siacoin most don't have the option yet.

Does anyone know where or how to trade/sell Siacoin?

I cannot find any exchanges that accept Siacoin deposits

and same for friend who's ordered one A3
Both shipping to Australia

Seems to be label created but not picked up by UPS yet.

Email?

yes, email with tracking number, but checking the tracking on UPS web site says message below
A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated.

Are these NOW available to buy??? Huh?

https://halongmining.com/shop/dragonmint-16t-miner/

I can place an order and continue to checkout

Been available now for two days.
I have also seen that they have now added a wire transfer option. Not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing.

Would like to buy but I'm still not convinced if they're real.
I'll wait till I see someone trustworthy from this forum receive one or more.

BTW, I emailed them asking if I could have their address and get a friend in China to visit them and do a review.  They replied 'not possible right now'.

This partnership with Myrig.com is the most positive thing that has happened so far,

but I'm affraid their retail price will be really really high, the same as with the S9 miners.

Some new images are uploaded in the Myrig.com shop.

I managed to find the high-res images, they were 'hidden'.

See this Imgur album for the picture found at DragonMint product page: https://imgur.com/a/WaHLd

We can finally have a slightly little better look at the miner.

For cooling there seems to be two pieces Delta TFC1212DE, front and back, in a push-pull configuration.

And I think I now know why the miner web configuration page was just like with the Innosilicon A5 and A4+.
The DragonMint miner has the exact same controller board.
See it for yourself, here is a picture for comparison: https://i.imgur.com/jxHeSP6.jpg

Also the steel case tube looks a lot like the one Innosilicon uses for the A5 and A4+.

Maybe the Halong Mining actually has a subcontract for these miners to be manufactured by Innosilicon?

OMG, just what we needed.

Don't forget that this is China. It would be rocket science to reverse engineer (copy.. cough.. cough) and change some of the design and walla, you own board.

I thought myrig was going to sell single units? I think the MOQ of 5 is when ordering directly? Or did I read it wrong?

you read it correct
