1  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🏆 www.l0tt0.com ⚡ casino games like you've never seen! 🏆 on: July 11, 2024, 08:54:20 PM
i think we are on track with addressing design concerns. clearly, l0tt0 has a unique look-- but i think its coming into its own and the brand is developing into something special. its time sites start LOOKING unqiue.
Does this mean that design stays the same? Btw the updated main page looks better than before. I like that you have a unique look, I also like see casinos like l0tt0 after the disaster of casinos like freebitco.in but I think it will be nice if you update the UI of dice and other games. I would love to gamble here but UI of games makes me stop. Maybe I amn't that person your website aims to get... Btw do you have regular users? Is this casino getting popular?

5 wagered bitcoins with 200 LTC and 145K Doge is a nice result if most of them come from real players and not from admins.

No instant no deposit bonus, no play

There are way too many casinos already out there, why should I play at your casino? You have to give me a reason, can't blindly deposit to every crap site out there just to see if they are legit
They are no-kyc and have a unique design. If you like this, you like this, if you don't like this, then choices are endless.
2  Economy / Economics / Re: The collapse of central banks...Inevitable? on: July 10, 2024, 08:25:37 PM
With central banks struggling to keep inflation under control, people are beginning to lose trust in the traditional financial system. Some politicians (eg: Javier Milei) even suggested to abolish central banks as they're the main cause of the world's economic problems.

If the global economy continues to deteriorate, do you think central banks will collapse? If that happens, it will be the end of Fiat for good. In such a scenario, do you think Bitcoin will become the currency of the world?

What's your opinion? Your input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Smiley
People in my country don't trust bank till this day because after the fall of soviet union, every bank till 21th century ended up scamming people. For that reason, local population not only doesn't trust banks but they don't trust local currency too. I don't know if it's wrong but our people trust USD and EURO while almost everyone on this forum complains how these currencies will fall.

In the event of such a crisis, whether Bitcoin could emerge as a global currency would depend on several factors:

Trust and Adoption: Bitcoin's adoption as a global currency would hinge on whether people and institutions trust it as a reliable store of value and medium of exchange.

Infrastructure and Scalability: Bitcoin's current scalability limitations would need to be addressed to handle global transaction volumes effectively.

Regulatory Environment: Governments and regulatory bodies would play a crucial role in shaping the legal framework and acceptance of Bitcoin as a mainstream currency.

Market Dynamics: The stability of Bitcoin's price and its ability to withstand market volatility would influence its adoption as a widely used currency.

while Bitcoin offers decentralized control and limited supply, its volatility and current adoption primarily as a speculative asset pose significant challenges to becoming a universally accepted currency.
Bitcoin can't become a global currency because it won't be able to handle the number of transactions that will happen if it gets used globally. Bitcoin with its current block size can only confirm up to a million transactions per day. Also, governments won't accept it because they aren't the ones who mine Bitcoin and own Bitcoin. It's also very unstable, it's not a currency meant to take the place of the USD.
3  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ UEFA Euro 2024 in Germany ⚽ - Qualifiers➡Group Stage➡1/8➡QF➡HF➡FINAL on: July 10, 2024, 08:01:55 PM
The most organized and strongest team of this year's Euro is Spain. From the group stage, we can see the excellent performance of Spain's players. Spain have a stable squad. Coach FUente's support has created strong bonds between the players. Spain's squad lacks experienced players. The performance of the attack depends entirely on the youngsters Yamal and Williams. These two youngsters have been impressing us with excellent performances in every match.

France had a strong squad. Every player in the squad is associated with all the renowned clubs in Europe. Moreover, these players are one of the best players of their club. But their performance in the national team is not good. This is why France can't win against Spain's brilliant match strategy. Although personally I considered Spain as the favorite in this match. The Spain team did not disappoint me. Spain has the biggest chance of becoming Euro Champions. And they deserve to be Euro champions.
Spain has an amazing team. Was this the same team in World Cup 2022? I don't know if the team was the same but today Spain is probably the best team in EURO 2024, their performance is amazing and what I noticed is that they don't get tired. Yesterday Spain was more active in the last minutes than France that needed to score the goal.
I don't know who wins today but whoever it will be, their chances will be lower against Spain and if Spain continues like this, there is a very high chance that they'll win World Cup 2026. For me, 2010's Spain is the best but I have a feeling that 2010's version is awakening. They are super competitive.
4  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1XBIT.COM ᐉ 7 BTC WB ᐉ Altcoin Betting ᐉ no KYC ᕗ Instant payouts on: July 09, 2024, 08:22:33 PM
I recently saw 1xbet being advertised by the Zimbabwe cricket team during their ongoing series against India which implies that they are still doing well financially thanks to which their sister site(1xbit) is still alive and functioning.
1xBet has lots of finances and to be fair, I am amazed to see that they are one of the most famous casinos today because their ads are absolutely everywhere and they have very serious sponsorships. They become sponsors of Barcelona, PSG, Chelsea, La Liga and etc... I don't know what magic they do but they are very popular and I think 1xbet tries to improve it's trust but I can't say the same for 1xBit. I think that since 1xBet is popular and trusted by many people, they use this leverage to attract Bitcoin users to 1xBit and then scam them there.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 2024 Republican platform includes Crypto on: July 09, 2024, 07:21:34 PM
I am not American and I could really care less what their politics is like or who wins but I am pretty sure the mention of crypto and their plans to "defend" it are just a way to gain support from crypto enthusiasts. politicians love to say almost everything to gain support from the people and when they are finally voted into a seat they love to ignore what they promised.
Despite the fact that you are not an American just like me, their politics still affects all of us.

So, just vote for a party/candidate for their stance on crypto? Might as well have campaigned for McAfee then. Oh wait, people already did that.

Dems have had more individuals behind pro-crypto agendas than Reps, in my memory, anyway. I think what you're seeing isn't genuine support with underlying advocacy, rather, a ploy to sway votes.

Crypto really isn't the biggest issue for most people, never mind Americans.
There is a big chance that naive crypto enthusiasts will vote for Trump just for their stance on crypto but I believe that this is not the final image of their stance and there is a very high chance that they'll change their mind soon. It's laughable when I see Republicans will support the Americans to have the right to self-custody of their digital assets. Soon they might say that privacy is a right and mixers should be legal without KYC but that will change of course, this statement that's written in this PDF is a lure to my mind to get votes to win the election.
6  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: July 09, 2024, 05:53:05 PM
Very difficult to play today. Too much slow and with many proxy errors.

Last days were bad but today is the worst day in terms of page performance.

Request timed out. Please try again.
This could be as a result of several things, which the most outstanding is that; it could be possible that the freebitco team are working on something behind the scene, maybe nothing serious enough to warrant putting the site in maintainance mode, which is quite understandable to me since I believe that if they put the site in maintainance mode without formally announcing it, this could trigger alot of assumptions and wrong speculation, which could further dent the image and reputation of the platform.

And just to say further, I personally still believe that the team will definitely fix all the issues, and return back to their normal mode of operations again, what I am suspecting is that, maybe they have some internal issues which has really affected the mode of operations in the backend.
Well, what ever be the case, I am still looking forward to a better freebitco future than it is now.
I don't have any hopes left for Freebitco.in, not anymore. FUN token failed and instead of profit, it brought liquidation for everyone, Freebitco.in is left without support and no one cares about what happens to the website except their PR which only posts beautiful graphics of promotions. Check the last time wetsuit or TheQuin visited this forum, this will give you the best answer. Freebitco is officially abandoned.

If there is any hope that remains, it's that they'll focus on ClubRiches and Dplay to build a good casino.
7  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Crypto Tax-Free Countries in 2024 on: July 09, 2024, 10:45:01 AM
https://mudrex.com/learn/crypto-tax-free-countries-in-2024/
"How to Choose the Right Country for You?
Factors to consider include the legal requirements of the geographical jurisdiction and financial implications, lifestyle preferences, and personal or business needs. Each country offers a unique blend of advantages that cater to different priorities.

Conclusion
This guide emphasizes the strategic importance of selecting the right crypto tax-free country in 2024. By offering a comprehensive overview of the top destinations, the aim is to equip investors with the knowledge needed to optimize their crypto investments in tax-friendly environments."

I checked the article and I was amazed that my country was on the list. It's an unknown country for many and almost everyone ignores it. Btw the information was correct but many important details were missing. Corporations can get a huge benefit in Georgia but it depends on individual cases and those cases aren't included in this article. Betfury got an exclusively tax-free zone for importing mining equipment in Georgia and also got the lowest electricity rate without paying a single cent in taxes. That's definitely not possible for every individual or corporation but some might find this case interesting, who knows you might get a tax-free rate in the crypto business in our country.

El Salvador looks good but I'm afraid of the crime rate there. Btw UAE might be a heaven because Binance moved there.
8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online gambling is the most fair gambling we can access on: July 09, 2024, 10:13:02 AM
In most countries where gambling is allowed we are used to there being very few or even just a single company that is allowed to gamble with. For example in most US states as well as most of Europe only the state monopoly company is allowed to operate gambling shops. And for most people this is their only exposure to gambling.

But if you think a out it, this form of "legal" gambling is unfair to the gambler in the sense that it has ridiculously large house edge rates and very low return to player rates. For instance, state lotteries have an RTP of around 50%. They get to keep the rest! State owned slots and kino games can have a house edge of 30%! This is absurd compared to online casinos where the absolute maximum of a house edge I have seen is 5% on any game, but usually it's 1% for most games and 2.5% for slots.

The only thing good with state gambling corporations is that they may offer better odds for sports betting sometimes. Thankfully their volume gets utilized in something good for once. But even the allure of high lottery reward with them hides behind the fact that they keep 50% of proceeds so the rewards could even be higher.

All in all I just wanted to say that the competition in online gambling has made casinos much more fair than the gambling shops when it comes to any gambling game. So I would say if someone is going to gamble anyway, maybe better to introduce them to online play. And also let them know what provable fairness is, they're going to appreciate you down the line probably. Wink
Those who own land-based casinos are mostly old people who follow old rules and this business doesn't work without connection and monopoly. Online gambling is a very different sector from land-based gambling. Online offers more freedom and those who create online casinos are mostly the people from the young generation, from 1990, so rules are different and instead of doing bad things behind the scenes, we have healthy competition. That's why online gambling offers more Return To Player compared to land-based casinos but land-based casino offers you real-life experience. I would only go to land-based casinos to enjoy the atmosphere that they create, I wouldn't spend much money there since their RTPs are one of the lowest.
9  Economy / Economics / Re: Oil discovery is it a cause or a blessing? on: July 07, 2024, 08:37:26 PM
The discovery of oil comes with a huge blessings capable of transforming individual lives communities, states and even countries if well managed. But a situation where the proceeds are miss managed it will turn to be a cause as individual will rise against individual, states Wil rise against starts, countries will rise against countries.
You answered your question well but if we look at this from another perspective, it's a blessing. Oil discovery led to the development of too many things in this world, we manufacture more than 6,000 products in the world, thanks to the discovery of oil. We use oil as a fuel (car, truck, airplane), in cosmetics, in medicine and etc... Benefits that we as a modern society receive from you, is great and exponential.
As you said, conflicts happen but it's not because of oil. There were conflicts before B.C. and it's still today, it will always be because that's human nature. Oil can sometimes trigger it but conflict will happen even if oil doesn't exist. I consider oil discovery as a blessing.
10  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How tough is futures in comparison to spot trading on: July 07, 2024, 11:19:05 AM
I plan to learn futures trading and dive into it fully, I've been demo trading for a while now and I've been doing fine and I think I can make the big jump now maybe because the exchange I'm using is offering events for first time futures traders lol

But I'm sure you guys have traded futures a lot, how hard is it compared to spot?

Everything is about leverage. If you trade futures with 1x leverage, then it's not different from Spot trading but as you increase your leverage, you increase your chance of high profit and high loss. Everything becomes more tough when you start opening short position besides long positions because in case of short, if price starts increasing, you are going to lose money and if you use leverage, there are sometimes chances that price will hugely pump for a few minutes, that can be enough to liquidate you. It's the same for long position with high leverage, sometimes price significantly falls down for a few minutes and that can liquidate you too. Futures trading can potentially double, triple and offer you far more profits but the risk is going as well. Don't be too confident that you'll manage it. If you want, try it yourself but don't be too confident, it's not as bright as it looks from one look.
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: [Jun 2024] Fees are low, think about Consolidating your small inputs now on: July 07, 2024, 10:45:20 AM
What a good feel to have for long period of time low fees, i really miss it, i remember the bad and not s long ago time when consolidate some tx was a nightmare thanks to the ordinal boys.
Look at Mempool Goggles, it's still 80-90% spam:
Image loading...
Barely anyone makes real normal Bitcoin transactions, and that's really bad.
The majority of transactions are between 1-4 sat/vb range but I can't check on mempool.space how much of them are normal Bitcoin transactions. In the upcoming 7 blocks, majority of transactions are ordinals transactions and another part is UTXO consolidations. I don't know why there is not a high activity of normal Bitcoin transactions, that looks strange to me. Now I think, what if ordinals were really banned? Btw it's good that the transaction fee is 6 sat/vb.

How correct is Coinjoin filter on mempool.space? After all the problems that happened to Bitcoin mixers, I was expecting increase in conjoin transactions but according to mempool.space, people don't coinjoin.

This should be the tweet you are talking about.
https://x.com/Meta_Winners/status/1802654809020920029
Wow, now this makes sense. I was always using custodial wallets but now I understand the benefits of WEB3 wallet. At the moment, Metawin accepts Metamask, Coinbase, WalletConnect or Phantom wallet. Guys, which wallet do you recommend?

Paying customers winnings in any amount is the casino's obligation. The problem can sometimes occur because casinos want to check whether it is a fair win without any abuse
Let be honest, most the time on sector gambling always have more problems it's always (Sportbooks) sectors.
Almost every casino has a problem when you win a huge amount of money. As I understand, WEB3 casinos like Metawin, offers you a piece of mind by accepting deposits and withdrawals via web3 wallet without a human interaction, this sounds interesting.
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Craig Wright ASSETS FROZEN WORLDWIDE on: July 07, 2024, 08:49:12 AM
Some good news after so many wasted years. This man deserves more than this because he ruined the life of many people. He is the reason why Bitcoin.org had to remove Bitcoin Whitepaper for UK people, he abused the court's process for so many years. He is a fraudster who wanted to gain access to Satoshi's Bitcoin by getting approval from a judge and forcing Bitcoin Core developers to help him reclaim those million Bitcoins.

I hope not only his assets gets frozen but every asset that he held and moved on relative's names would get frozen too because it's cheating that people like him often do. Congrats Craig, you'll reap what you sow.

-snip-
The Netherlands could be different in this match even though that is not necessarily true. I choose the Netherlands as the favorite team to win over Turkiye.
Netherlands wins, Türkiye loses. Türkiye's struggle has ended and they deserve high appreciation after being underestimated in the previous match against Austria. In the match against the Netherlands, Türkiye played well, but luck was not on their side. The Dutch dominated the match and launched many attacks, but the decisive goal was an own goal from a Turkish player which was very painful in the end.

Meanwhile, Spain and France have already qualified for the semifinals, England and the Netherlands are another match. Two great matches will be of great interest, this is the most exciting Euro to look forward to until the final.
Turkey deserved to win. They were attacking more, were creating more chances, were more dangerous and exceeded expectations while the Netherlands didn't show us what we wanted to see from them but their defence was amazing, their defenders protected themselves from possible goals. It was a very nice match, if Turkey plays this way and improves in the next four years, they'll be a serious threat and might even reach to semi-finals or final.

Spain - France, England - Netherlands <-- really two great matches. I think that Spain will win against France but I have no idea what's going to happen between England and the Netherlands.

15  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ADHD People Cannot Be A Gambler What If You Know One? on: July 06, 2024, 08:24:13 PM
Why I started This Topic :
I was helping my nephew do his assignment about mental health when I stumbled an article about ADHD and gambling.

What is an ADHD
Quote
Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder that is generally characterized by inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity.

You can still live the fullest life even if you have ADHD it will not hinder your capacity to live the life that you want
Quote
Some of the world’s greatest achievers with ADHD include Richard Branson, Bill Gates and Walt Disney
But if there's one thing that a person with ADHD cannot do, and that is to gamble.
Quote
Why Someone with ADHD Should Avoid Gambling in All of its Forms
Proven Link Between ADHD and Gambling Disorder
One of the primary symptoms of ADHD is impulsivity. From a behavioral perspective, impulsivity is characterized by a number of actions that are inappropriate or even dangerous to a given situation. Those without impulse control tend to act quickly with no thought to consequences. It should therefore come as no surprise that ADHD and gambling are intrinsically linked. Lack of impulse control certainly sets the table for trouble when it comes to casino gaming and sports betting.
https://kindbridge.com/gambling/adhd-and-gambling/

So, if, after reading this article or any other article about ADHD and gambling, you know someone close to you who is gambling, how will you react? How will you approach them even if they tell you that they are not harming themselves with how they gamble?

Note: I will be locking this thread after 40 replies or 4 days to avoid the topic becoming redundant
I have ADHD and I can confirm that when I was gambling, I was laser-focused on the casino game, particularly to live blackjack, it made me feel happy and in the zone. This sounds like addicting but there is a truth in your thread's title, I didn't get addicted to gambling because I find everything boring. While it comes with its pros, the negative side is that I find it very hard to focus on my job, on my profession and my career but when it comes to addiction, self-control plays a huge role. You should understand that you have to stop if you lose self-control because in such cases, even having ADHD can't help you because gambling releases dopamine in your brain and makes you focused on the game with elevated mood.
16  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ UEFA Euro 2024 in Germany ⚽ - Qualifiers➡Group Stage➡1/8➡QF➡HF➡FINAL on: July 06, 2024, 07:40:02 PM
And we are through penalties... I really liked Switzerland in extra time. They got so close to scoring another goal. Especially that bold attempt by Shaqiri from that corner.  Shocked  It could have been an iconic goal.

England have a really bad history with penalties in such competitions. I'm wondering if we will see another example of it. I really like Sommer as for penalties. He has been like a beast about penalty saving but we will see.

Switzerland can still win this but they are going to rely on their goalkeeper the most. Because England has many more quality players. If England lose, I don't think the board will wait much for sacking Southgate.  Smiley
As one of the strong candidates to win, England should have been able to get rid of Switzerland in normal time, but Southgate squad was lucky to qualify after going through a round of luck. Southgate doesn't seem to have found the right strategy to overcome the dullness of the front line, I think Southgate must have the courage to take a stand to rotate a number of players in the next match. Switzerland played well throughout the match, they managed to put up fierce resistance, and I think they were just unlucky today.

Regardless of the way the match goes, concerns about England chances in the next round are increasing. we will wait for the results of the match between Netherlands versus Turkiye, and see who will face England in the semifinals. Overall, England journey to the semifinals was relatively easy, because they did not face other top teams. I predict that the Netherlands will be a strong candidate as England opponent in the semifinals, Southgate fate will be at stake in that match.
Switzerland played very well in this euro, they were a tough opponent. I wanted Switzerland to win because they deserved it. When it came to penalties, I was expecting magic from Sommer because he is one of the best penalty stoppers but he failed and England won. Congratulations to all English fans. The last three matches, Spain - Germany, France - Portugal and Swiss - England was really very exciting, all of these matches went overtime and two of them went to penalties, have we seen this before recently? I watch football since 2008 and I don't remember it.

P.S. Turkey just scored against Netherlands. This euro is so full of surprises.
17  Economy / Economics / Re: Will AI taking people jobs and make the world worse? on: July 06, 2024, 07:17:35 PM
I saw a video on my social media there's a restaurant that using AI and almost 100% automated, I thought it's a new video, but actually it has been around for six months.

If this trend keep continue, what the world would be? many people will become unemployed and not all people can become engineers. Middle class people will become poor as they don't get decent jobs, will we see a big revolution that the poor to clash against the rich?

I'm not sure if this happen in your country or not, but in my country most companies don't want to make their employees become permanent workers anymore, they only want contract workers because the companies don't have to give compensation to fired contract workers.

I understand that permanent workers are just a "myth", but if the companies suffer bad financial and want to reduce the employees, they would fire the contract workers first, so permanent workers are safer.

I think that at first, rich countries will be able to buy AI robots and make them work. These rich countries will give pensions to people who don't work because we can't kill them, they need money and food to survive. The business will make lots of profit and save employees but this is a very long-term plan because these AI robots will be very expensive and far from being affordable. It will take years to perfect them and integrate them into workspaces. When that happens, humans will be able to live without working.

AI will be slowly integrated into poor and developing countries. I assume that their governments will think about giving pensions to their citizens but pensions in poor countries will be much lower than in rich nations. That's how our lives will change with AI.
18  Economy / Economics / Re: The Higher the capital the higher the returns on: July 06, 2024, 06:36:37 PM
From basic economic principles, if you have a higher capital, you will certainly have higher returns compared to starting with a smaller capital. If you're just chasing returns or expecting a huge profit margin but pay slight attention to how much you use as your capital, even when you make a profit, the extent of your profit will largely depend on how much is your Capital.

                                                       REMEMBER
                                                       50% profit on $1000 is $500
                                                         5% profit on $100,000 is $5000
                                                          THE IMPLICATION IS;
Don't chase bigger returns, chase more capital. This is also applicable to How much you invest in Bitcoin and how much profit you can get from it.
How can you chase more capital when you don't have capital and the whole purpose of your investment is to get a huge profit margin to increase the capital? That's the issue here. What you say only applies to rich people and they are smart enough to prioritize low risk - low reward returns instead of chasing bigger returns.

You need to overtake inflation in your country, I'm not sure which country you live, but in my country the inflation rate stated by central banks is 6%, but the reality the inflation rate is around 10%-15%.
If inflation is so high in your country, try to save money in USD, Euro or GBP. Bitcoin is definitely the best option but if you want to keep some cash, don't keep local currency.
19  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ UEFA Euro 2024 in Germany ⚽ - Qualifiers➡Group Stage➡1/8➡QF➡HF➡FINAL on: July 06, 2024, 04:10:01 PM
In the match between Portugal and France I noticed the weakness of Portugal's clear finishing. In this important match, Mbappe and Cristiano Ronaldo seemed to be absent from the field. Throughout the match he was only seen going close to the ball a few times and wasted the ball every time it came to him. Portugal might have won before extra time if they could have finished better than the chances they had. But unfortunately after 120 minutes of play neither team could score against either side so the result was confirmed by Tiebreaker where France won by a wide margin. Cristiano Ronaldo's last Euro tournament was where he did nothing of note for the team.

I would say Portugal lost this match because of their match strategy. It is true that Ronaldo's presence was not seen in this match. But this is also due to poor match strategy. The ball is not delivered to Ronaldo. Portugal's players made a lot of shots. But most were off target. If the Portugal coach had made his match strategy based on Ronaldo, maybe Portugal's gameplay would have been more organized in this match. Portugal's players completely ignored Ronaldo in this match. I watched the entire match. The Portugal coach should have made a match strategy based on Ronaldo.

However, in this match both the defenders and goalkeeper Khui performed well. Both teams played attacking. If the goalkeepers and defenders were not good, we would have seen several goals in this match.
I think that the coach didn't want Ronaldo to play but he couldn't bench him on the seat because the ex-manager did that and lost his job. Ronaldo's influence is big. I know that he wants his team to win but he should face the fact that he is old. I think that Ronaldo intentionally decreased his activity in the match and let others to play more. It is what it is, a very sad moment for Ronaldo, his fans and the Portuguese.

Btw EURO 2024 posted Ronaldo's image with title - The Last Dance? It was with a question mark. Does anyone think that Cristiano Ronaldo will play in EURO 2028?
I personally think that Cristiano will play in the World Cup 2026 and then retire. To my mind, WC 2026 will be his last dance. He already won EURO, so this is not a big deal. I'm also very sad for Tony Croos, he deserved a better ending.
20  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Russia Roulette real gambling game ? on: July 06, 2024, 08:02:20 AM
Do we have people from Russia here who have experienced or witnessed where the game "Russian roulette" has been played?

I was just reading about some kind of game, and I happened to come across it. I have watched a movie where such a game is being played, but I never believed such a game could be legal.

Russian roulette (Russian: Pyccкaя pyлeткa, romanized: Russkaya ruletka) is a potentially lethal game of chance in which a player places a single round in a revolver, spins the cylinder, places the muzzle against the head or body (of the opponent or themselves), and pulls the trigger. If the loaded chamber aligns with the barrel, the weapon will fire, killing or severely injuring the player.

A game that's played at the expense of one's life, if you are unlucky that very day, will all end in the loser losing his life or being shot in any part of the body that the pistol is placed on, and the winner will walk home with the winning award.

Does this kind of game still exist? That's if it was ever played the way I read about it online.

And how can people take risk of playing such game ?
Man, this was an old thing. One of the first mentions of Russian Roulette is in Lermontov's novel (19th century). In the past, if you had a grudge on someone and wanted to kill them, you could ask them to play Russian Roulette which they couldn't refuse because that would be a huge shame. Then there would be the game, some people to ensure that the game would be fair and then someone would die, someone would live. I don't know how long it was legal, definitely it was legal for a very long time but it's illegal today. It's the 21st century, such a thing can't be legal because that's killing.
Btw such a game still exists, there are people who might play it but that will be played quietly, between the two or a small group of people.
