La seule issue viable pour Macron maintenant c'est de rallier les LR et une part du NFP, puisque Melenchon a déclaré dès les premiers résultats qu'aucune alliance ne serait possible avec le gouvernement Macron et qu'on voit mal le NFP s'imposer au gouvernement alors qu'ils ne disposent pas de la majorité absolue. On risque aussi un retour de Francois Hollande, peut-être pas à Matignon mais au quai d'Orsay ou au perchoir de l'assemblée nationale.

Selon qui? Qui est-ce qui est juge de cela? Lorsqu'une voiture se fait voler, parce qu'il suffit de tirer fort sur sa portière pour l'ouvrir et de mettre un tournevis dans la serrure du contacteur pour la démarrer, est-ce qu'on prétend que le responsable est uniquement le conducteur qui ne l'a pas assez bien surveillée? Je ne suis pas certain que ça soit très constructif pour les cryptos de toujours blamer les victimes, en répétant que c'est leur faute si elles se sont fait voler ou arnaquer. On peut aussi dire, que les cryptos sont une technologie risquée où les vols et les scams ne sont pas rares, malheureusement. En tous les cas ici, il y a un coupable de ce vol, et ce n'est pas OP, ni juridiquement, ni moralement parlant.

A mon avis leur majorité ne tiendra pas si ils deviennent trop extrémistes/radicaux. Les plus à droite du camp macroniste et de LR s'allieront au RN-Ciotti pour faire tomber le gouvernement avec une motion de censure ou pour imposer/contrer des lois grâce à des votes communs et des alliances officieuses. En tous cas, on voit mal les LR qui disposent encore pour l'instant du sénat, se plier aux délires "wokistes" du NFP sans rien faire, ils seraient totalement démonétisés pour longtemps, si ils restaient les bras ballants sous prétexte de refuser toute "collaboration" comme ils aiment dire, avec le RN.

Yes I really wonder if it often happened. We know casinos track way more the funds on their platforms since unlike exchanges, winnings come from their hands and not from other customers. Because exchanges just let people place buying and selling orders with their funds while taking a fee on those orders while casinos (unless they are fully decentralized ofc) take bets from customers and play with(against actually) them by betting they will lose more than they will win, thanks to the house edge essentially.

I agree with you but "in vivo" exposure is also sometimes an efficient therapy to treat or at least to help people to overcome or to manage their disorders to some extent. Systematically avoiding all triggers and difficulties can sometimes make the patient's condition worse because it can make him more fragile in the face of even weaker stimuli. Mainly Crash games and dice games I would say and all provably fair games. Those games have litterarly being conceived and designed from the blockchain and crypto technology. With algorithms and schemes belonging to cryptography and authentication matter. I disagree, Electrum can't know in advance which amount the address is going to receive. How it could foresee that? So when you generate/derive an address from a seed, the wallet will never prevent you from getting it or from using it just because the amount you would be likely to receive will be too small.
