101  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Pay off DEBT by do Gambling? think again before you loss more on: February 04, 2024, 11:38:10 AM
I have a hanging out friend who is having trouble paying his house installments, he wanted to borrow money from me but I didn't give it to him because I didn't have the amount he was borrowing at that time, I advised him to borrow from another friend but their answer was still the same, finally, he was a little desperate and with the little money he had he put the money into the online slot application, unfortunately, instead of succeeding in doubling his money, he lost all his money because he lost in the online slot application

The valuable message that can be taken from my friend above is never take risks to gamble to pay off your debts, the pressure is very big, the chance is very small that you can pay off your debts, often you end up losing even more and losing your money. look for loans, sell your valuables or look for part-time work to pay off your debts, is a good way rather than playing the small money you have in gambling
He put himself in danger, though, and he got into problems fast. His search for a solution simply made things worse, despite the fact that he believed that gambling would provide the solution. Gambling, as everyone knows, is a type of risk-taking that entails a great deal of uncertainty. Indeed, gambling can bring us financial gains, but it can also cause us to lose our money. Since the house always prevails in the end, the odds are actually always stacked against us, the gamblers.

I believe it is extremely dangerous to use gambling to pay off debt, and your friend should be aware of this before making a snap decision. because it may result in a debt cycle that is hard to escape. Therefore, I believe it is preferable to concentrate on effective financial management strategies and create a plan to gradually pay off the debts he owes.
102  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's the view of an average citizen About crypto currencies on: February 04, 2024, 10:17:24 AM
Many people consider cryptocurrencies to be a fraudulent investment tool, while some see it as an investment that can yield quick profits by merely investing. In our country, news programs only cover cryptocurrency when someone falls victim to a scam involving it.
Perhaps because they operate in a more uncontrolled atmosphere than traditional financial markets, maybe that is why some people view cryptocurrencies as fraudulent investment tool. I believe that in particular places, the lack of complete oversight can give rise to fraudulent schemes. Another factor is that the bitcoin market is notoriously volatile, as we are all aware. As a result, there can be large and sudden fluctuations in cryptocurrency prices. This can lead some people to think that the market is rigged, which could make investing riskier for them.

However, due to the huge price increase that bitcoin has had since it was introduced, some people may view it as a chance to make quick money through investment. I believe that the hype surrounding cryptocurrencies in the media can sway public opinion and draw in more investors looking for easy money. Specifically, individuals who share their success stories can mislead the general public into believing that investing in cryptocurrencies will result in large, rapid profits, which is untrue because patience and waiting for the right opportunity are prerequisites for making a profit.
103  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The "loaded slots" scam on: February 04, 2024, 09:46:41 AM
There's scammy ads and promotions all around. Someone claiming that if you pay them x amount of money, they'll give you some very secretive sets of information about what slot games to play and when, in order to get surewins.
It is sad to say, but scams are a reality in this world, not only when it comes to gambling but also when it comes to jobs and other activities where we engage in deception. For example, there are those who willfully deceive others in order to live and get personal gain at the expense of others. As humans, we are prone to believing stories from others without verifying them, thus, I expect that this too good to be true will occur. Of course, scammers frequently prey on people's trust and vulnerabilities by taking advantage of their desire for quick cash rewards. When we give it some thought, we find that most slot machines are dependent on random chance and do not always pay out consistently. If we engage in such schemes, then it may result in our financial loss and disappointment because the information that is offered is probably false or ineffective.
104  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When I'm emotional, I LOSS! on: February 04, 2024, 07:57:19 AM
Definitely when someone is emotionally unstable they tend to lose in gambling activities. This is usually due to the fact that when someone is emotionally drained they can easily make wrong decisions and when it comes to gambling such wrong decisions can cause a great deal of loss.
When some people are emotionally unstable they may stake too high or too low causing their winning chances to drop. However these chances of winning can still be increased in games where one can input both calculations and experience. Unfortunately an emotionally unstable person may end up making mistakes In those areas too.
It is normal for someone to lose control of their emotions when gambling because of the results they get from gambling. But if he can have good self-control, his emotions will not be provoked and he can still use gambling as he should. He also won't try to gamble excessively because he knows it will only give him more losses. He will know how to keep his emotions stable and if he feels his emotions starting to rise, he will immediately stop gambling and leave the casino so he doesn't lose control of himself. By keeping their emotions stable, they can remain aware of the conditions and situations they face when gambling so that they will not make the wrong decisions. He will also definitely be able to stop his gambling game before things turn bad. He will not want to follow his ego or lust to continue gambling, especially if the situation has started to change. He should stop gambling and rest to reduce his emotional tension rather than continue gambling.
Indeed, there are other reasons why someone can get emotional when they gamble. For example, the idea of making a big win triggers our reward system in our brains, which releases dopamine. As a result, we may experience an emotional roller coaster due to the increased excitement and anticipation. There is uncertainty since the results of gambling tend to be unpredictable. Our way of thinking, particularly the release of emotions such as excitement, fear, and anticipation, is our brain's response to uncertainty, in the way that I see it. It is difficult for us to conquer and properly control these kinds of emotions, in my opinion.

It makes sense that, as gamblers, our fear of losing money won't go away, especially if we wager more, doesn't it? As if the fear of failing outweighed the happiness of succeeding. I mean, when we lose money, the emotional toll it takes can be severe, leaving us feeling disappointed, frustrated, and even desperate. This emotional reaction might even take place over reason when making decisions.
105  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Psychology of Investing in Bitcoin on: February 03, 2024, 02:35:10 PM
Seeking profit while supporting Bitcoin technology may be inseparable things. Holding to get maximum profits in an investment while participating in using this technology is very tangential and this is certainly done by all Bitcoin supporters. I'm sure of it. And I'm sure there are several other reasons why to invest in Bitcoin.
Yes, I agree. Perhaps this is because, in my opinion, some investors are lured to bitcoin's technological innovation and may believe in its underlying block chain technology, viewing it as the financial of the future. Because of its price volatility, I think speculators are drawn to it with the intention of profiting from the short-term price fluctuations caused by their belief that they can foresee market trends. On the other hand, others may be driven by a fear of losing money, which makes them hang onto their bitcoin even during bear markets in the hopes that the value will rise. However, another point is that, given bitcoin's history of price increases, I believe investors are drawn to the possibility of making big returns.
106  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Another health benefit of online gambling on: February 03, 2024, 02:03:13 PM
Yes, I believe that because it is so convenient and easily accessible, playing games online is beneficial for your health. Although visiting a real casino can be more enjoyable because you can interact with a wider range of people, share your wins and losses with them, and meet them face-to-face, it can also be risky for your health if you already have a medical condition, as you mentioned. Going to a real casino can expose you to secondhand smoke, an unpleasant scent, and an overcrowded environment. However, you may unwind in the comfort of your own home when you gamble online. This, in my opinion, can help people who would rather keep their gambling activities private and lessen the possibility of stress or anxiety related to social interactions in a real-world casino environment. To put it another way, I believe that going to a physical casino won't help those who already have health issues by lowering their chance of illness.

The players who play in the online game is not good for health. The real casino is more enjoyable, but the owner of the casino will able to stop their income by not providing after the winning from the casino. But the online casino had no their option to send you because their reputation will be spoiled in the name of feedback in the online. Some gamblers like to play the game by face to face, but the game will have in the way of face to face is high one. Many gamblers wish to play the casino in the real but many of the real casino will scam the gamblers. This was the reason for the many online gambling sites.
I am referring to people who desire to gamble but are concerned about their health due to crowds at physical casinos because they have medical conditions.

Of course, playing games online might have negative effects on your health, but when you try to think about it, casinos—both real and virtual—have negative effects on people's health. What I'm trying to say is that, similar to what the original poster said, he wanted advice from other members of this forum regarding the best course of action for a gambler who finds it too difficult to visit a physical casino because he believes it is too crowded and makes his tuberculosis worse. In my opinion, it would be preferable for him to play online because it is less hassle than visiting a physical casino, which might worsen his illness due to the different smells and atmosphere of the attendees.

In addition, online casinos frequently offer a more laid-back atmosphere that lets users enjoy leisure activities without the tension of traditional physical casinos. But in order to be safe and play properly, it is, of course, their responsibility to thoroughly check out the online casino they are playing at to avoid scams.
107  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Succeeded in introducing Bitcoin to a friend on: February 03, 2024, 12:54:56 PM
Telling people about Bitcoin 8s not a good plan, I have known that many Bitcoiners are a big target, so if you are telling someone about Bitcoin and the forum that shows that you are endangering your self and your assets.
Even if you do not have any Bitcoin now and you keep on telling people about Bitcoin and how it has help some people they might also think you have benefited from it, so keeping your crypto life secret from others is a good thing that you should learn.
I don't think it's a bad idea to tell others about bitcoin since I believe that doing so could help others find possible financial advantages. However, you should be careful who you disclose information to; maybe you can share it with your family, such as your siblings or kids, so that all of you can profit from it. However, in the same way that the OP did when he showed his friend the bitcoin he was holding, I don't think that was a good idea. After all, what if his friend had another friend who was also aware of bitcoin and had discussed the amount that the OP was holding in his wallet? If they were to carry out such a treacherous act, it could pose a threat to the OP.
However, I agree that we shouldn't disclose our personal Bitcoin involvement because doing so could make us the subject of scams or hacks. Therefore, I believe that in order to reduce any security threats, we should prefer to keep such information secret.

109  Other / Off-topic / Re: Having a regular/steady income is important as a gambler. on: February 02, 2024, 11:16:56 PM
Having a regular income is good for everyone but for a gambler, it tends to even draw them more closer and become addicted because since the income is coming at regular intervals, the gambler would feel he can actually win on several attempts thereby he can even spend most of his money in gambling with the hope that he would still receive another income within a short while and since he is very sure of his income he might gamble carelessly with the mindset that after all his income will surely come. So even while having a steady source of income, a gambler needs to learn how to manage his funds and not allow his gambling to take the most part of his life then only can he be at peace and play in a responsible manner.
It's possible that certain people who have extra money are more likely to be tempted to gamble in search of thrills or enjoyment. However, not all gamblers go on to become addicted. Although motivation varies, I believe that having a steady income generally lowers the danger of excessive gambling. Of course, maintaining balance, establishing boundaries, being aware, and making sure that gambling stays a controlled and pleasurable hobby rather than leading to hazardous actions are all part of being a responsible gambler. In other words, if you compare not having a regular income to having one, you will find that the lack of a regular income makes you more likely to chase losses because you will run out of money and your credit status may be compromised by any debts you take on from your debtors. On the other side, there's a chance that having a reliable source of income will encourage them to spend their money more sensibly, including when it comes to gambling.
110  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you invest on this kind of offer? on: February 02, 2024, 10:30:25 PM
I don't think I can support this kind of idea because, well, gambling is risky and it depends on how much you can afford to risk. In addition, as you mentioned, there's a chance I could lose my investment, so its a no for me. I mean, I can manage my own bankroll and I don't need someone to join me because, in the event that we have a disagreement over money or there's a misunderstanding, there's a chance he won't return the money I invested or won't give me a share of the profit. That is why I would much rather invest on my own and wait a long time than put my money in someone else's bankroll and wait a long time without a guarantee that he would return it. Since there are a lot of fraudsters in the world these days, it is better to be sure of our own safety than to risk losing defense.
111  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To what extent have you hated yourself due to your gambling losses? on: February 02, 2024, 01:34:05 PM
I haven't done anything rash so far that I would hate myself for losing in gambling. Since I enjoy trying new games that my friends have introduced to me, I will gladly bet whenever I have the guts to do so to see what will happen. For example, if I were to try playing the game and wager a small amount, I would definitely withdraw the money and deposit it into my account as soon as it increased.

However, there was a time in my life when I placed a small wager and, through continued play over a brief period of time, I did manage to make a sizable profit. However, as a greedy human, something inside of me kept telling me that I ought to wager more money than I usually did, and I chose to gamble rather than cash out my winnings, which ultimately caused me to lose and all of my profits to vanish. Although I was disappointed in myself at the moment, I didn't hate myself enough to consider suicide because I only gambled for the profit I made; therefore, I guess the house wanted it in return, even though my money was still there and only the profit was lost.

I believe that each of us has a unique and amusing experience when we go back in time to our silly human behaviors.
112  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If a addict lives within, which method would you choose to help them on: February 02, 2024, 02:53:46 AM
As a member of a family and there is a gambling addict within, which method do you think it's the best to rip off the addict from your family member?

1. Talk to them and don't leave their side for too long, show them some love and make sure they don't have anything to do with gambling ever again, be soft and gentle with them.

2. Be harsh about it, force them to quit, let them know that gambling isn't this safe, bounce on them all the time because you love them, don't go any soft on them, because been soft won't make them see reasons why it's bad to be a gambling addict.

Which do you think it's best? Some people do think that been soft and gentle will be more effective and some people think that been harder on them is the real love here, they need to make them stop by force.

What do you think?
To get rid of a gambling addict I have to be strict first because the gambling addict needs to understand that I am very strict about gambling. Then he should be treated politely and gently and gradually convince him that gambling is very bad and gambling should be used only for entertainment. He needs to be convinced in such a way that he gradually understands and gives up gambling. I think if a gambling addict can be properly explained in this way then surely he will get rid of gambling addiction.
There are people who dont really like on being that forcibly having that type of approach on which it cant really be able to resolve out such possible addiction whether its outside or inside the family members on which it would really be just that depending whether on how you would really be able to assess and would be able to handle such situation or condition.
If one of the family members is suffering on such addiction then it would really be just that normal that you would really be having that kind of sense of responsibility on helping them out.
We do know the cons and problems that gambling addiction could cause into someones personal life and since its inside the family then it would affect the family as a whole.
True, since I believe that treating a gambler addict like a family member as suggested by @2Pizza410000BTC would set them off, making them feel as though they are being attacked, criticized, or humiliated, which will make them more resistant to changing their ways. Naturally, as a family member, I agree with you that it is only normal for us to support a loved one who is battling a gambling addiction. Ultimately, though, the gambling-addicted family member must take responsibility for managing their addiction. In other words, we have a big part to play in helping the addict get well. For example, we can offer them emotional support and motivate them to make changes that will benefit them personally. Let's sometimes put aside our own feelings and actions to avoid making snap judgments or saying hurtful things that could exacerbate their behavior. Therefore, it is preferable that we should be cautious and deliberate before taking action.
113  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you believe visiting a seer or spiritual house could make you win a game? on: February 01, 2024, 12:01:22 PM
I believe that some people hold the superstitious belief that visiting a spiritual home will bring them good luck when they do certain things they want to be successful at. It's as if they ask a seer for guidance, and it helps them win, like when they gamble. They also sometimes do this to pass board exams or to find employment quickly. It truly depends on the culture of each nation, traditions, and individual superstitions. It's possible for people to believe that they can improve their chances of success by going to places where they feel like they have supernatural energy or by consulting spiritual leaders. What people had in common was that they would seek out seers or the blessing of the church to ask for guidance if they looked for a job or to pass the board exam.

I think that strategy, talent, and, of course, luck all play a major role in a game's outcome. However, since everyone has a different experience than us and the world is full of wonders, we cannot condemn another person's beliefs.
114  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If a addict lives within, which method would you choose to help them on: January 31, 2024, 03:07:36 PM
If that were to happen to me, I might employ the first method because, in that case, I could approach the problem with empathy and gradually demonstrate to the family member that I care about both their physical and mental well-being. I believe I should make an effort to comprehend him or her and have an honest discussion with them about how addiction has affected their lives. If the initial approach remains ineffective, it may be appropriate to seek assistance from professionals to help him or her clarify their current circumstances. Since we might be able to support them emotionally during their recovery as family members in this way, And if he/she is already open to it, perhaps I can help them accept responsibility for their deeds by suggesting that they establish reasonable objectives in order to get out of the situation they are in. After all, conquering addiction is a difficult process, and patience is crucial. It may take some time, but the most crucial thing is that you can see that a tiny progress is being made.
115  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Know when to stop on: January 31, 2024, 01:16:32 PM

Since the rush of adrenaline is connected with pleasure and reward, gambling may be quite stimulating and cause the release of dopamine in the brain. The thrill and suspense of gambling, in my opinion, can lead to a psychological reliance that makes it harder for us to see the bad effects of our actions. Even when there is evidence to the contrary, we can occasionally be so delusional and self-deceived that we think we can stop our gambling habits or that we will eventually recover our losses.

There are moments when we turn to gambling as an escape from stress or real-life issues. However, the temporary comfort and diversion that gambling offers may obscure the detrimental consequences it has on our general health.
Furthermore, from what I've seen in my country, some gamblers may find it more difficult to identify the warning signs of addiction due to peer pressure and the normalization of gambling in our community. I believe this is one of the reasons why they are unable to quit gambling.

This is right and I think the compensation function of gambling for other issues people have in life is a first and significant sign that this can go into a bad and wrong direction for the gambler. Because one gambling is seen as an effective escape from stress from everyday life, that is when the danger comes into play. The only escape from real life issues is the solution to real life issues, but gambling is never a solution unless it is financial problems and someone hits the jackpot, but who does?

I don't think peer to peer pressure is that big of a problem although I can't speak for all cultures in the world. It's not as it is with alcohol when people think you are weird if you don't drink. If someone doesn't gamble there isn't usually a peer pressuring that person into gambling.
When I talk about peer pressure, I mean that some of your friends may try to encourage you to start gambling, especially if they themselves enjoy it. Of course, if you and your peers bond over gambling and you don't know what they are playing, you may fall behind. Some people, you know, are pressured to keep gambling in order to feel like they're not missing anything out or to share in the excitement that their peers seem to be experiencing. Furthermore, I meant to say that people may find it difficult to stop gambling if they receive encouraging feedback from their peers, such as praises for winning and encouragement to keep playing even after losing. It is becoming more and more common in my country for people of any gender to engage in gambling activities as long as they know how to do so. However, I have noticed that some of them are both irresponsible and responsible gamblers, so it really depends on the individual whether they want to join the group or not.
116  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why the rush to gain profit in crypto? on: January 29, 2024, 10:53:08 PM
It is true that some people are drawn to the idea of generating quick money with cryptocurrencies, which increases their vulnerability to fraud. being aware that social media manipulation is a common tactic used by scammers to trick and mislead people these days. As you mentioned, they may create a sense of pressure, use persuasive strategies, or give misleading information to deceive people into acting rashly or disclosing private information. I believe that greed may be the driving force behind people's actions, like their rash attempts to benefit from cryptocurrencies without conducting enough study.
I'm talking about how the prospect of huge profits and great returns can occasionally cloud people's judgment and cause them to act rashly.  Naturally, fraudsters take advantage of this greed by presenting investment possibilities that look too good to be true or unrealistic returns.

Since cryptocurrency markets are known for their volatility and the possibility of significant price jumps, I also believe that fear of missing out plays a role. People may therefore rush to invest without doing adequate research or realizing the hazards involved out of a fear of missing out on the big profits others are making. I believe this type of thinking is typical among certain people.
Yep it's common here on crypto space. I believe that there are a lot of people thinking the crypto is a quick money machine, with the current trend of airdrops and with the lucrative rewards in it, no wonder why people who has no idea of how cryptocurrency is hooked just because on how lucrative the space is. Of course scammers will utilized the opportunity that there are still a lot of potential victims, a lot of influencers and social media promotors where used to promote scams. Social media now is a good marketing platform but it is sad to say that scammers are not new to social media that they can make people think they are legit.

This is why gaining knowledge on crypto is important, imagine there are people who has a lot of experience on cryptocurrency but still getting scammed by innovative scammers.

Indeed, it's true that fraudsters constantly create new, sophisticated techniques, making it difficult for even the most experienced people to spot bogus claims.
They scam others and frequently use dishonest advertising, fake promotions, or pretend to be well-known members of the cryptocurrency community. Even though those with years of experience in cryptocurrency might have a comprehensive understanding of the subject, I believe that when confronted with alluring offers on social media, they might need to take simple security precautions or perform careful due diligence.
117  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: While placing bet what comes your mind on: January 29, 2024, 06:15:53 PM
Perhaps it was an inner sensation that made you wonder why you felt drawn to gamble and stake money, even though there was no assurance you would win. For me, there's a combination of feelings that come into play when we gamble and place our bets, such as excitement, anticipation, or the need to make up some money lost.
As a result, I believe it is best for us to be responsible with our gambling by creating boundaries, understanding the chances, and choosing to follow logic over gut feelings. In fact, we should approach gambling as a kind of pleasure and fun rather than letting our emotional losses control us. It is appropriate that we don't have high expectations for it.
118  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Know when to stop on: January 29, 2024, 05:43:51 PM
Every gambler gets their chance, but don't overlook the cloud. Gambling should be seen as enjoyment, not a way to make money. The issue is when the pleasure of a win blinds one to odds, which always favour the house. Here, we leave the gloomy route. Gambling can be healthy if done properly. Setting limitations, never betting more than you can afford to lose, and occasionally reinvesting earnings can be rewarding. Gamble moderately and remember that gambling is a game of chance
Know when to stop gambling is important, perhapes not everyone have the mindset to stop gambling because there's always a brighter side and new hope that follows when we gamble. We should be able to put other important priorities before finally settling for gambling, there's a whole lot to learn from the system, we just have to stick to doing what's best for us and we should never think of resting because there's no rest in this world. We gamble every day especially when our favorite clubs have fixtures, we don't hesitate to place wager on these matches.

         -  Actually, that thing should become a habit for gamblers as much as possible, so in reality, that won't happen because there are others who are addicted to gambling and can't stop themselves from really stopping. In short, there is no room for self-control and self-discipline in themselves as well.

But if they already know how to apply self-control from the beginning, they will surely be able to know when they should stop gambling for sure.

I think what you said here is correct. There is a tautological error that people who get addicted should then know when to stop in order to just stop. If they were able to just stop in the first place, it makes more sense that they are the type of people who don't get addicted anyway. I am not a psychiatrist or anything like that, but I assume that people who have sufficient self-control won't run into addictions all that often. The only scenario where I see very self-controlled people run into addictions is when their ability to assess a situation is undermined and they don't realize themselves that their activity is deemed addictive.

119  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When I'm emotional, I LOSS! on: January 29, 2024, 05:22:41 PM
Are any of you emotional gamblers who often lose because you can't control what you feel? When you lose, do you tend to double your bets or chase your losses, driven by a pride that can't accept defeat?
Nope, since I don't bet very much, I don't get too worked up. Well, I suppose that since some of them are delusional, some gamblers would display such behavior after losing. I think that people may become irrational in their decision-making due to the gambler's fallacy. For instance, following a series of losses, some gamblers would be motivated by pride or a refusal to give up, which would lead them to raise their stakes in an effort to swiftly make up for their losses.
Chasing losses, as others have pointed out, will raise the likelihood of later victories. However, the chances are the same regardless of the results because every gambling event happens independently of the ones that came before it. After a loss, they may believe that a subsequent win will make up for their losses and turn a profit, which is why they double their wager. If they continue to lose while the bet size increases dramatically, though, this could result in large financial losses.
120  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [A POLL] Without Chances of Making Money, Will you still be gambling? on: January 29, 2024, 04:28:44 PM

So, one question I want to ask is, if games were built to be played with money on casinos like we do now, with absolutely no chances of making money even when you win a game, would you still be spending money playing this games or betting on sports games?

This is not gambling if there’s no chance on making of money. We are gambling because of the “chance” even if small to win a profit on a short period of time. It’s a complete waste of money and time to still try on playing a gambling games that will surely make you lose.

We are not gambling to lose and most importantly we will not be entertained if we are losing because there’s no fun on doing it. It’s hypocrisy to its finest to say that they will still play on games that they have a chance to win at all. Same idea with playing skill based game like poker against pro while you literally have zero skills at all to play that game. There’s no fun on losing.
Yes, I agree with you. It is hypocritical of others to claim that they will bet without expecting anything in return. Although they may receive something, gambling is merely a form of entertainment, and I respect their decision to keep playing even though there is no chance of winning. When you consider it, though, it's incredibly hypocritical since, come on, who doesn't like money? I mean, a lot of us desire financial stability, am I right? And the most vital and significant means of survival that humans have in this world is money.

I mean, if gambling doesn't even involve money or thrill people, then, in my opinion, it doesn't do much justice. After all, what good is it to gamble if you're just wasting your time and money on pointless things?
In the end, the person in charge of the casino will become wealthier and continue to profit from the players since he will continue to take in money and have it withdrawn. So for me, it's better to spin your money around and play with it than waste it.
