Didn't he (the agent) report it to you? What if OP didn't know about bitcointalk and didn't create this thread? I believe he would have to wait for much longer.

Again, am not trying to spread negativity or anything like that, I just want to understand how things work on the back end especially with customer service.

There are still many people using old Electrum versions (mostly holders), this topic is a vivid example of that. I assume, the first thing they would do when they face connection issues is to visit the official website to seek for help and reading that warning message can help them figure out what's going on.
I would understand it if the message they replaced it with was more important but, imo, it's not. Just my opinion, though.

If your electrum version is older than 3.3.4 then you will not be able to connect to any Electrum server. If you could, then the server you are connected to is most likely a malicious one and you should not trust whatever data it sends to you.
The best thing to do, as the above members suggested, is to upgrade to the latest version or, if necessary, import your wallet into another wallet app.

There is nothing you can do with the api parameter they gave to you as those parameters are fake. You can't use it to accès their website's backend or anything like that.

The topic's title is misleading. You received a scam/probably a phishing email from a random email address and you immediately accused rollbit. I'm noyt trying to defend rollbit but it's obvious that this email has nothing to do with them and you can't link it to them, even if they sent it.
The real question is, how the scammer knew your email adresse and knew that you are a rollbit customer?
I hope this has nothing to do with the recent database leak from stake!

@OP, unfortunately, some casinos do not like to share some data publicly on public forums. I think you understand why they can't do that.

I just visited the website from mobile. The design looks good but it can be improved to look even better. For example the banner on the top of the main page looks cropped. Also, I don't think there is a need to display the latest transactions! Latest bets or wins should be enough.

Theoretically, it's possible. If you share your address with someone then he'll be able to see how many tokens you own and if there are any pending transactions. But am sure this is not the case here. They are lying to you.

فقط أردت أن أضيف لما ذكره الأخ kavelj ان اختيار المصاميل او غيره من انواع الحديد لحفظ الكلمات، يجب اختيار انواع غير قابلة للاكسدة و لا تتعرض للصدأ وهذه الأنواع من المعادن باهضة الثمن و أغلى قليلا من الأثمان التي تم ذكرها.
