1001  Economy / Speculation / Re: New Fibonacci pattern identified - awesome analysis - next crash at $8000 on: October 29, 2017, 08:59:44 PM
Is bitcoins next crash gonna be circa $8000?
The bitcoin Sequence, based on the Fibonacci sequence has identified a possible pattern.

Fibonacci extensions can be very helpful to set profit targets. First you take a look at a monthly chart to get long term targets. The extensions are drawn from the previous ATH to the $152 low:

Next long term resistance level is $7079. This is major resistance. Should it be taken out we can get another target from the weekly chart of $8200:

Considering the bull market is over two years old and we have a hard fork coming up in two weeks consider taking some profits from now to $7000 if we get there. Bitcoin price could crash to the weekly 20 MA (now at $3900) if traders head for the exits.

1005  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Anyone know why BCH is going up? on: October 28, 2017, 09:11:31 PM
My two cents is that you can expect BCH to be pumped the next two weeks so miners switch hashpower to BCH from Core. This leaves less mining power on Core and could make it easier for btc1 to take over from Core at the hardfork. All the mining power on BCH could be transferred to btc1 at the right time if Chinese miners are actually coordinating a takeover.
1006  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Transfer from Electrum to Coinbase going on 10+hours on: October 28, 2017, 07:53:31 PM
I just pushed your transaction at the ViaBTC mining pool. It should be included in the next block they mine, give it an hour or two. Hope this helps.
1007  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Transfer from Electrum to Coinbase going on 10+hours on: October 28, 2017, 01:46:40 AM
If you want advice you need to post the transaction ID.
1008  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Nano s used unconfirmed change from previous tx as input to new send tx on: October 27, 2017, 11:20:08 PM
So I am a n00b as regarding as Ledger nano s operations. I am transitioning from an Armory Offline solution for my cold storage to Ledger. I hit a stumbling block, and seek info.

Yesterday, I funded an exchange account with a send from Ledger. I used the standard fee as suggested by nano. Unfortunately, it was not enough for quick processing. Fair enough, my bad.

Today, seeing the tx did not go through, I created another tx to the same send address. IOW, once both the previous tx and this one clear, I will have double the amount sent in either single tx. I used the high fee option presented by nano. My expectation was that this tx would clear promptly, and the first tx would process at some later time.

I checked the new tx on blockchain.info. Imagine my surprise when I saw that nano used the change output from the first unconfirmed tx as one of the inputs to the new tx!  Huh

Is there some way to configure nano to prevent this from happening?
A setting to just plain prevent this?
A setting to issue a warning requiring confirmation before this can occur?
Coin control options so I can select which inputs will go into any given tx?

All you can do in the Ledger Bitcoin app is go to coin control under settings and set the number of confirmations before spending from 1 to 6. The wallet itself should not spend unconfirmed inputs. Could be a bug: perhaps report the problem to Ledger Support by opening a ticket.
1009  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Samourai Wallet - Experiences? on: October 27, 2017, 08:10:34 PM
Wallet works fine 99% of the time had a stuck transaction taken care of quickly by contacting support. Support is very responsive should you have a problem. I would not store large sums on Samourai (same as any phone wallet) but it has been reliable for me. Developers have not ruled out an iOS release but have said that won't happen until after open sourcing. They are a small team so don't expect iPhone support until the Android wallet is out of alpha.
1010  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Confirmation are taking forever to process, is it only me? on: October 27, 2017, 07:09:08 PM
If you don't mind, you should publish atleast your transaction id so that people can observe the condition of your transaction whether it's under recommended fee or else.
By the way, you can simply use transaction accelerator though, in the service sections, many people offering this kind of service, either for free or paid. It's depend on you to choose which one.

Even after the transaction has been done, Itīs more than 12 hours now and transaction unconfirmed, is there anything that I can do?
The fee that I used was simply the fee designated automatically (suggested) by my Coinomi wallet.
The transaction still not confirmed.

You sent that transaction with a 0.00001 btc fee too low to even use the ViaBTC transaction accelerator (they will not push a tx with less than a .0001 fee.) Sounds like a good reason not to use Coinomi wallet. You will either have to wait until it drops out of the memory pool and is returned or find a paid transaction accelerator service to push it.

Hi, guys.
I want to be an SEO expert as it is one of the most important topics. Please suggest me, how can I become an expert on SEO.

You are not going to be able to use SEO to game Google search. This article should give you a start on how to create content that will rank well in Google.

1017  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: October 21, 2017, 03:21:42 PM
im not seeing many people calling top on this yet, so i think I will:  $6225

I think weve gotr one more push of ~$100 to hit a new ATH, then we see some corrective action down <$5700 and consolidation in the $5800-6000 range while waiting for either a reason to rally (good news/continued buying) or crash (FUD. china banned us again?)

I think we still have a ways to go. The last two ATHs coincided with weekly RSI over 95. This week RSI is only 79.49. The next two Fibonacci extension levels to watch closely for topping behaviour are $7079 and $11360.

A way to monitor support of the fork is to see how traders are betting on BT2/BTC futures.
