1021  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: July 07, 2015, 12:19:45 PM
Well , the more you have , the bigger you should go.
IF you have enough (like a lot) of money you should go

Having a bigger capital actually isnt an indicator wether you should go for investing rather than saving. Investing will actually gain you more in term of interest and profit however you should take into account that there are higher risk that goes along it as well which means that if someone isnt ready to lost that huge amount of money then investing is not someting to be considered. On the other hand, saving is another options that people should consider if they are only looking to secure their big amount of money ( BTC provide the best security if volatility isnt an issue for the person )

Thats why you distribute your money between more service providers, more banks, more brokers, more bitcoin addresses, etc.

Its the basic thing when you invest is to diversify.

1023  Other / Off-topic / Re: IS UFO or ALIENS are real ? on: July 07, 2015, 12:15:47 PM
My guess is that there are always another creature/race in every galaxy. Maybe not in every planet but in each of this galaxy, there should be one or two or more. Voyager 1 is by far the most successful on human's inventions for search of other life forms but still not enough. It will require few decades to see solid results of life in other planet or to find a habitable one.
Exactly. Who can say for sure that they need to live in the potentially habitable zone. How can we even know that all other forms of live require oxygen to breathe and whatnot.
We can never be sure. We don't even understand most of the universe, and we're just making guesses.

Well I'm not surprised that humanity is slow with development when it comes to space exploration. There are 2 likely cases:
1) The governments are cutting the budgets of space agencies, because they want their military budgets to be higher;
2) They have already discovered a number of things/technologies and are just hiding it from the public.

You mean that many NASA projects have been sent to the Air Force? Not surprized at all.

There may be a real conspiracy there. If not aliens, but there could be other space things that got discovered that they keep secret.

I`m also suspicious about that SETI stuff, even if they find aliens, whats the chance that they will publish it?
1024  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Poll - Where are the most lies told? on: July 07, 2015, 12:03:51 PM
So you guys thing that the public school system doesnt tell you lies? Its by far the biggest liar mechanism out there, worse than politicians.

I don't think so that public school system tell lies more than politicians speech..
So you guys thing that the public school system doesnt tell you lies? Its by far the biggest liar mechanism out there, worse than politicians.

I think dear most lies told in political candidate speech, that is my opinion and your opinion is different from us . Most people here give vote and talk about political speech ...

Why not? That option is not even included in the poll.

I think public school is the most lying place. And not just students lying to teachers, but the teachers lie to students.

About 75% of curriculum is made up BS and propaganda.

Let's see:

History? Winners write history.

Biology? Everything is true except what big pharma doesnt want you to know about medicine, vaccines, microbes and other bio agents

Chemistry? They say to you that the additives in foods and colorants are healty, what about cold fusion technology?

Physics? Everything true, except energy physics that the oil cartel doesnt want you to know: free energy , bio energy, etc

Math? Advanced Cryptography technology that the government doesnt want you to know

Law? Surely you dont think that they teach you the loopholes and exploits in the legal system, that only the pro-lawyers know

Geography? Big corporations doesnt want you to know hidden oil fields and gold mines etc

Astronomy? The gov doesnt want you to know about aliens

Psychology? They dont teach you the advanced stuff, that is used to brainwash people and control the population

... etc

You see my point?
1025  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Did you earn some bitcoin today? on: July 07, 2015, 11:56:36 AM
I earned altcoins today, but not bitcoin, atleast not yet until my sig campaign pays me.
1026  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best way to earn Bitcoins? on: July 07, 2015, 11:56:06 AM
Well yes, the sig campaign is the easiest but its not the most profitable.

There are guys here that do p2p trading items, buy low sell high, they definitely make good bucks. Also p2p lending is very profitable.

There are many ways....
1027  Economy / Speculation / Re: How many bitcoins do I need to retire in 20 years? on: July 07, 2015, 11:54:27 AM
I hope this happens in 17 years. Life goal = retire at 50.

It would close to impossible not to sell when getting into big $$. Could you hold out until $1m per btc?

I think this will be the big problem with the most users here.

When the price will go like "only" to 5.000 dollar, than i can bet that 90% will sell all the bitcoins they have
and the new people who will go into bitcoin will buy it.

Yes but its funny because the government pensions will be gone by then. The banks in europe already start looting private pensions, and then public pensions too.

So what other form of pension can you have if not Bitcoin. Also check bitnation, they got pension plans too, all decentralized Smiley

Retire at 50? Heck i want to retire at 30, and i`m close to that, so i hope i can get rich somehow in the next few years.

Besides i think investing in bitcoin now, can do it then Smiley

1030  Economy / Economics / Re: Will a bank being hacked boost adoption of bitcoin? on: July 05, 2015, 01:17:33 PM
majority of people are already sick by current bank status, loans model, all the fees, possible block by gov (wave on greece) etc etc. bank "hack" would be another (small) nail to coif but generally, I don't think, that it will boost somehow adoption..

Well people have to have an option to move money around. And if the banks suck, then the only alternative is bitcoin.

Try using wheeled carts to move money arount, it aint gonna happen, bitcoin only please Smiley

1032  Economy / Economics / Re: "Deflation" in Europe is actually Inflation in disguise on: July 05, 2015, 01:12:50 PM
I am always in a thought that Inflation is the worst scenario ever during the crisis or any economic disaster, But after reading your post, I came to know that Deflation is to be considered more seriously and eventually it has a drastic impact on country's economic condition. Well I am given to understand that during deflation, poor has benefits and rich will get bad hit, is that true ?

Deflation is a good thing, but not in the current economy. Besides deflation is only temporary, until the avalanche is contained, when all hell breaks lose, the inflation will pour down like an avalanche on the economy.

All inflation is sucked up in the bubbles: stock, bond, estate, land, car, etc

When the bubbles pop, you will have hyperinflation.

1034  Other / Off-topic / Re: How do you earn money online? on: July 05, 2015, 01:07:06 PM
How about invest in altcoins with the money earned from faucets?

Some altcoins are about 2-3 satoshi in price, with faucets you can earn about 50.000 satoshi in 50 minutes.

Buy 500 altcoin pieces, and sell them at 50x price, profit , and repeat!

Such 1-satoshi altcoins are mostly already dead altcoins. To earn something from them you should organize a real pump & dump scheme.

buy for 1 satoshi, sell for 2, 50% profit or so, if you manage to sell before they are delisted from exchanges

They are not delisted if people dump because delisting is based on volume, if everyone dumps, it has a high volume.

But people will do hot trading and buy it fast for a quick profit, so buy at 1 sat, sell at 5 and profit 500%.

1037  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Role Playing Game + Paid To Post Forum + Shop + Arcade (Link Live Join TODAY) on: July 05, 2015, 01:02:31 PM

We are actually in talks with a developer for nearly such a thing. Would not be too graphical but enjoyable. You would be finding weapons and potions in the way which you can either use yourself or sell in market. Pm me about this.

Yes that's cool, you can use the flash engine to make it flash based, that is usually low memory but the graphics are decent for a rpg game.

I was thinking about making a market/auction house, whatever you call it, where you can trade items earned inside the game.

You could also add a crafting feature, where you can create additional items like potions, cooking food and other RPG classical elements.

It would need alot of work , i can imagine, if if you can pull this off, then you would be in monopoly and you could earn alot of money.

1 Very important request/suggestion please:  Don't make it paid-to-play, and don't add owerpowered paid items into the game.
From my observations, almost all, but a few, online games have all gone bankrupt because of this fundamental mistake. People don't like paid-to-play games anymore, and certainly don't like overpowered items for paid customers.

So how would you make money?
Simple.
1) You could add extra items, which you would buy from the premium shop for bitcoin, but these would merely be accesories, like clothes and inventory enlargement, and other misc items that would people like to buy it because it would be "cool" but it would not discriminate against FREE PLAYERS
2) You could put a 0.2-0.3% comission on every item sold on the auction house, for bitcoin, just like exchanges put 0.2% comissions on traded instruments. After all these items would also be a sort of assets that can be traded.

So you could earn alot of money with these features, and also keep the game clean of abusers and overpowered players. This would make the game very enjoyable and alot of people would play it actively. The more they would use the auction house, which they will, the more money you will make Smiley

Just my suggestions  Grin

So how does the work go? Did you read my post DEV, i have some great suggestions there for you, which is probably the best business plan out there for video games by far.

No premium items but rather in game comissions, are a much more effective way to gain money, as gamers are already tired of paid to play games, or Paidware games...

1039  Economy / Economics / Re: If Greece defaults on: July 05, 2015, 12:58:41 PM
Older Greeks will remember that. In the old days, before the Euro, every year, the BS drachma was losing 10% of its a value towards towards the mighty Deutschmark. The Euro was a huge chance for Greece, without it would have ended up like Zimbabwe. This is what's going to happen anyway. The Euro was a just a break from Greece's normal history.

The Greeks still have a chance to express their view in the referendum tomorrow.
Right now, it seems too close to call whether they will say yes or no.

I think they will say NO, its obvious the the YES camp is only paid shills and "connected" people.

I`m not saying that no austerity is fair, but atleast they will have a future.
1040  Economy / Speculation / Re: How many bitcoins do I need to retire in 20 years? on: July 05, 2015, 12:56:36 PM
My personal plans are to buy 5 btc in this month, investment idea of a retirement plan which I would require after the next 30/40 years, probably end up as something really big or just nothing.

On the down low, I will mine maybe.

if its main purpose is to protect and move money around, the value of that will never change.

and it wont drop, because its constantly being used.

Not just, bitcoin is not just a store of value like gold. Its also a currency that represents an economy, and bitcoin economy is growing, thus the value of coin is also growing.

Back to OP question, no doubt with this kind of growth, i expect 1m$ / bitcoin very soon Smiley
