1021  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Terrence Crawford vs Errol Spence - July 29 on: August 05, 2023, 02:32:28 PM
This fight will live forever and will be watched by future generations to come than May-Pac and May-McGregor.

True, because it was an entertaining fight. Although May-Pac and May-McGregor both generated a lot of money, any fight involving Mayweather is known to be boring, and it seems like the fans are robbed. However, they didn't learn and still watched Mayweather's fights. Probably, they were hoping that Mayweather would lose, but it didn't happen, as Mayweather is just too good and knows how to dominate his opponents. Even Pacman in their fight looked amateur, LOL.

In fact, I didn't see any of Mayweather's fights where he doesn't have any advantage over his opponent. It's true that he got some warriors in his record but it's either his opponents were too young or too old just like when he fought Canelo and then Pacquiao. Overall, he might be undefeated, but I don't think that he's the best boxer ever just like how he used to call himself.

For him (Mayweather), is always a win. Whatever the people think of it, as long as it was clearly declared or announced nothing can be change, he retired as a champ without a loss.

beating a young Canelo and an aging Pacquiao, though as a fighter, there's no excuse when you lose the fight,
Mayweather will forever earn that glory after he retired his gloves.

Moving back to the topic, Spence, if ever decide to take another shot, he can still try to regain his glory unlike
with Mayweather, both Alvarez and Pacquiao did not get that chance to take a rematch.

I slightly doubt that the scenario would be the same if there was no rematch clause to start with, Crawford already hinted that he's done at 147 and might fight at 154 next, part of that means that if a rematch clause wasn't secured on their first encounter, we might not get to see a rematch between the two of them.

Just like what happened to Pacquiao and Canelo during their days when they fought Floyd Mayweather Jr. because there was no rematch clause on their contract. Just a thought though.

Source: https://www.dazn.com/en-US/news/boxing/stephen-fulton-posts-reaction-following-naoya-inoue-loss/10j0j4pso5rsx15754a8n9vdeu

In spite of everything, what I have said is what he wants, a simple and good revenge, worthy of someone like Fulton, for now what they are going to concentrate on, I am sure it will be the fights that are coming for Inoue It is something exciting because the fighters in this category are going to want to measure themselves against him, in part they must be quite curious, because a new boxer in the category and he does these things, it is something that I like a lot , this makes the category more dynamic. I am sure that when Inoue achieves his goals here, he will continue to grow and search for a new category,  for me this Inoue is like a genius of the sport.

Fulton's reaction to this loss seems kind of poor to me. He is not giving any credit to Inoue and instead only talks about himself. If he thinks he deserves a rematch then he is delusional. He didn't win a single round. Inoue has nothing to prove and should just move on. It wasn't that Fulton had an off night as he claims, it's just that Inoue is superior in every way imaginable. Fulton should instead focus on rematching Brandon Figueroa since that was a controversial decision that deserves a second fight.

Yeah, it really haven't sink in to his skull that a Asian boy beat his ass to the ground, knock him out and he can't bounce back. Not very sportsman like coming for Stephen Fulton. And that's why a slew of fans are on a offensive on him, even his own fans saying that he should move on because they know he can bounce back but at least give credit where credit is due, that is he lost to Inoue.

Now, moving forward for Inoue, he is looking for Tapales, and at a very young age, he is setting a record that might not be duplicated. To become a 4 belt champion in 2 division. And who knows where he is going to stop. Maybe at 126 lbs, he can still continue and dominant as if it is still the bantamweight division.

Well, this is something very good, because if things happen with Tapales, it wouldn't be bad, although Fulton is not very happy, he said that things didn't work out for him, but he is worthy of a boxer who is going to ask for revenge, Although before Pedri has a rematch, they have to do a training from another world so that he can be at the level of Inoue, if Tapales is at the true level for Inoue, let it happen, because otherwise there is no point in organizing a fight so that it is very easy for Inoue, Inoue is a boxer who must already fight with the most famous and must show why he changed categories, and this is undoubtedly what will silence many who do not believe in the Japanese.

Here is something that may be relevant to Inoue:

Here is something that may be relevant to Inoue:

Five weight classes in, and Naoya Inoue hasn’t found a single fighter that can push him to his physical limits. (photo by Ryan Hafey)

After taking care of business in the bantamweight division, Inoue (25-0, 22 KOs) looked around despondently. There was simply nothing more to prove. Becoming an undisputed world champion was a fun journey but after placing a checkmark next to that goal, the 30-year-old Japanese star needed something new to conquer.

Stephen Fulton became the perfect target. He was a well known name, had an undefeated record, was as skillful as they come, and most importantly, held both the WBC and WBO super bantamweight titles.

Well even the same things can go in a very focused direction that they can make Inpue fight with Davis, I don't know, but I think it would be a very interesting fight, however I could say that things with this boxer could turn out in the best way, Personally, I think that Inoue is on another level, despite the fact that he is testing this category, he has a great level as a boxer and can do things very well, be it with Davis or with whomever, I am curious that fights of the same type can take place. Japanese with several of the most famous boxers in this category, I understand that Davis's promoters say these things to provoke a good fight, maybe now everyone wants to fight Inoue, but it is up to the Japanese to accept the challenges.

Personally, boxers should not say so many things about Inoue, he has earned respect for many things he has done, so far he has not done well, he has not lost to anyone, boxers in this category should respect a little more the trajectory of this boxer.

Steph Fulton can pursue a rematch, he does have the right for it if he wishes so but that is if Inoue's camp will still be interested on him because he doesn't have anything left to offer now and for the latter, it's already a closed chapter and they are now approaching to their new journey without Fulton's name being involved.
Unifying all the belts in super bantam is now their main goal and after that, it is said that Inoue will have a few mandatory title defense before he again moves to the next division.

Anyway, about Tank Davis, he's good and I'll give him that. A battle against Naoya Inoue will be a perfect sight to see because they are both powerful and a KO artisan but they are just too far away with each other now. Furthermore, I don't even expect that Davis will pave a way and will meet Inoue at 130 pounds. It's a good fight but I don't think we can witness that soon.
1023  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: August 04, 2023, 04:26:58 PM
Brian Windhorst came out and said that no other teams outside of Miami have come forward to seriously make a trade offer for Damian Lillard. I’m not sure if it’s his contract, his age, or other teams are just trying to respect his wishes to end up in Miami, but it’s starting to look like Lillard might be a Trailblazer next season. I’m not sure how good that will be for his reputation if he’s disgruntled after being labeled as the most loyal player in the NBA.

Maybe they are also afraid that Lillard will not play with them since he release a statement that he only want to play on Miami. So maybe from this many team avoid him since they might lose a vital piece on their roster and Lillard is not fully committed on their team. Don't know if this trade plan will proceed since Blazers and its fans doesn't like the trade offer given by Miami so most likely we can still see Lillard wearing a Blazers uniform next season.

The kind of statement he made is powerful enough to make other teams, which he didn't choose, try to prevent him from getting there. However, it doesn't help the NBA overall, as players now seem to dictate, rather than acting as professionals and playing according to their contracts. Lillard should not have said it publicly; the negotiations between his team should have been handled confidentially. Now, if the deal with the Miami Heat doesn't succeed, can the Blazers still expect Lillard to give his best next season?

It is speculated that Lillard might not suit up with Portland and could sit up the rest of the season if he is not traded? Not sure how true this is, but if yes then it will hurt the Blazers for sure and maybe Lillard will have hefty fines from the NBA itself.

So his career is on the balance right now, yes he wants to move out and maybe Portland might have realized that it's time for them to change course as well. And it seems that is the case because they have sign Jeremy Grant for a $160 million contract extension for 5 years.

Not maybe because I think Lillard will really face tough consequences because it sure looks to me that the NBA's warning was serious enough for them to make the things for real and we have the Portland itself who will give some fines as well, just like what Simmons had when he was having tantrums in the Brooklyn Nets. But in the end, it's the Portland's loss if in case they will be forced to resort in that kind of situation. So, what's left for them is to trade Lillard before the season commences before anything goes horribly wrong.
1024  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Did Bitcoin Bring a Smile to Your Face? How Did You Make It Happen? on: August 04, 2023, 03:15:23 AM
I'm new to Bitcoin and the Bitcoin forum, but my curiosity is overflowing. I've come across numerous articles and blogs that share exciting testimonies of how Bitcoin has transformed lives, inspiring some individuals to even quit their jobs. It's heartwarming to imagine the joy on their faces. I'd love for all of us to share our happiest moments when Bitcoin brought a smile to our faces and the steps, we took to experience that happiness.
It would be more self-fulfilling if you have bitcoin in your life without leaving your current job. That is the correct mindset to deal with bitcoin, and when it profits, surely you will experience all out happiness without worrying aside if your bitcoin price suddenly crashed because you still have a reliable job to cover up in case you lose.

However, it’s undeniable and inevitable to see people experience financial breakthrough with bitcoin. But that will only happen if you’re not greedy on the side, and you let your bitcoin investment sleep in your account without pressuring yourself to sell it especially when you experience financial breakdown.
1025  Economy / Economics / Re: Things you should know about Money mindset on: August 03, 2023, 09:59:53 PM
Most oft the time we make many mistakes or mindsets in handling money, which become the reason why we do not advance in life. Because we are too negative about money. This is bad and our minds are closed to the potential we can reach if we have the right mindset and only use our money in the right way.

And as we talk about this, you will now know the different correct mindsets about money and first here are the following:

[1] There is money everywhere - When we were young, many of us were taught by our parents to study hard and then enter a good company to work after graduating. And there is nothing wrong with this, But there are also many of us who until they are old know that this is the only way to earn money, but you will notice that this is not the only option because you can build a business, offer a service to earn money of money.

It's not like before we were told to do IT because it's popular, or do nursing because it's in demand in other countries, do HRM, Police and so on. I'll just repeat, there is nothing wrong with these professions, it's just that the times are different today. And you can make money almost anywhere.

Many people have not been able to do their passion or talent because there is no money there, such as those who want to pursue art, leverage their talent or turn their talent into a hobby and turn it into a business. But in reality you can make money from the above. Because someone is making money from designing, drawing and digital art is doing it now. Even though there are hobbies such as taking care of dogs, iguana cats and others, the others make content on YouTube and earn money, and these are just some of the things you can earn as a hobby.

Bottom line is that you can make money as long as what you do has value. Because there are potential audiences or communities that need it for sure.

[2] Your income is not limited - Many of us have the wrong mindset about money so most of us persevere or endure the salary. But the truth is that there are so many opportunities and there are no limits if you are open-minded to other things or jobs.

Don't be like someone I know who has been working for 15 years and earns 350$ per month, Yes, there is nothing wrong with his job, but with the skills and experience he has, he could have earned more than his salary of triple if he just used his skills. That's why his perspective about money is too limited.

Because sometimes, we think that's the perfect job for us that's all we've got. Who knows that other opportunities in other companies might be better. Or let's say abroad, because you just don't realize it. I remembered that before, my former co-worker changed companies and now his salary has tripled compared to before. Because currently his work is lighter and the benefits are better unlike what he used to work for.

That's why it's not because it's your first job, it's there until your retirement, it's not because the people you work with have become your family or close to you, it's there for life. You should look for other opportunities and don't be afraid to try. And when your income is only up to that, it might be possible to learn other skills, like you might have a business, we don't know.

Maybe the best thing for you to do is to get rid of the belief that that's the only income you deserve.

[3] Spend to earn - You also need to have a mindset that is not just saving or saving or always relying on free money just to increase your money. But it's true that the aforementioned are important, But if you want to earn a lot, it usually comes at a price. Because you are investing for yourself and your future, that is why it is also spent and time is really taken.

They say "The more you learn is the more you EARN." So don't beat yourself up because that's for yourself too. If you want to learn something, buy a book, or watch youtube videos and type what you want to know. Attend seminars or study to increase value in any marketplace.

And for that to happen, I think you need to invest in equipment, such as laptops, mobile devices or gadgets that can help you develop yourself.

[4] There is money on the Internet or something new - Nowadays, posting is not the only thing you can do on the internet, because if you look at most of the communities on social media platforms, they are already making money, especially on Facebook and YouTube, Most of the million users of Facebook and Youtube are content creators because they know that there is money on the internet, what they think will go viral, they just take out their cellphones and record a video and they can earn money. just that simple, map travel, food, sports, hobbies, and others can now be turned into content on Facebook and YouTube.

You really only need to leverage the things in front of you to take advantage of them, even Tiktok, Instagram, and others are really being used in terms of earnings via the internet. That's why if you are positioned in Shopee, lazada, milktea, Bitcoin/cryptocurrency and others, for sure you will make money, as long as you know how to use it correctly. And often on the internet what's trending there are many people who really earn money and many people ride it because it's viral and trending.

But of course we must be careful and be aware because not all trending is okay, we still need to be balanced in this matter.

[5] Your Money is Unlimited - It's true that money runs out but expenses don't, But if you know money, it can possibly prepare you for your old age, your children and the generations to come. So this is where investing comes in, the money you use should earn more money, instead of just spending it on useless things that just by saving that as time goes on the value will only decrease due to inflation.

The moment you realize that you need to invest in yourself, and in things that will make you more money, for sure your life will change a lot, you need to invest in assets that will bring you money as long as you live. Like investing in business, stocks, building a platform or investing in Bitcoin or cryptocurrency that can provide profit in the future. And other things that can give you a good cash flow of money.

[6] You don't have money forever - It's not true that until we get old you don't have money, it's actually a wrong mindset. We should not use the difficulty we are facing as an excuse just for that matter. If anyone wants to get out of poverty, you must change your mindset, think that there is hope, and you must believe in yourself that you can get out of poverty.

A person will not really advance or become rich if he has a poor mindset in his mind, even if they don't change it. Because you feel like you're not like this, I'm just poor, I don't have the ability, and so on so you can't start acting.

It must start with ourselves that you have a strong burning desire or drive to get out of your situation. Because if you just lie down and wait for what's coming, nothing in your life will ever change. YOU MUST TAKE ACTION NOW...

Money is everywhere and that there are a lot of opportunities to earn. Work hard and keep going whatever endeavor you are into right now. Although making instant money is impossible, but for some reasons, you can always make money if you keep working on it. And once you have that significant amount of money, value every single of it and never spend like a one day millionaire. Otherwise, all your hardwork and efforts to earn that valuable money will be put into waste and everything will be gone just like a thin air.
1026  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which is more profiting self trade or AI on: August 03, 2023, 09:42:16 PM
Lately, there has been some development here in the integration of AI in trading on some stock assets and cryptocurrencies, and to a large instead, AI has ground in acting and executing trades and recording profits, but it has not been for long so as we can't tell what the success rate will be, but for the fact that the reality on the ground has shown and proven their existence in trading stock, so as that which one will you prefer if AI is proven to be effective.
Will you prefer to trade with AI or you prefer to do the trading yourself?
Note that AI trading can never be forever reliable so I have to focus on self trading in order to develop more of my abilities and skills in trading. Although beginner traders might find it more appealing and impressive to use the AI trading but simply because most of the newbies these days want to take shortcuts in trading to achieve instant profits. And they believe AI can do that, not realizing that it’s also not perfect and has its own flaws.
1027  Economy / Economics / Re: Can your passion lead to an increase in your net worth? on: August 03, 2023, 09:26:32 PM
There are many diverse opinions about following one's passion and wealth. I read two stories of people who followed their passion, and in a short period of time, the businesses became very profitable.

In story 1, Defossey left a job at Apple to open a BBQ restaurant in Mexico City. It made $9 million in sales last year. In story 2, Sean Audet, a 30-year-old, spent $0 launching a food photography side hustle, and now he brings in $134,000 a year.

The people in these stories followed their passion and created wealth through it. What is your opinion on following one's passion in relation to wealth? Can your passion lead to an increase in your net worth? If yes, what is stopping you from following it?

With passion, I know it will get me far ahead. But let’s not just focus on passion all alone, because any success can never be attainable without knowledge and determination, patience and the consistency to move forward despite of some failures and losses at some point. Passion is just an additional factor, but without it you can never achieve your whole success especially in taking risky decision with your investment.
1028  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can I earn from cryptocurrency as a starter? on: August 03, 2023, 07:58:27 PM
Hello Mates, I wish to venture into trading but I'm just being mindful of the current market situation. Looking at the market, I see instability.

I wish to get the needed guide on how and when to start trading Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies inorder to make some profits to settle some of my needs. I appreciate you all for your kind response in advance.
Beginners are not supposed to trade and earn from crypto, since they should focus more on maximizing their learning and honing their skills as well. Maybe if they become more exposed to the market and have learned a lot from other’s experiences in trading and investing, they can start trading on their own with a little amount at first. But they should remember that trading will eventually make them lose, so they should not fear losing from it but instead make them as a motivation to learn and improve their abilities and skills with trading.
1029  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 18, holding my bitcoin and looking forward :) on: August 03, 2023, 07:37:11 PM
The only thing that can stop bitcoin is probably the government. After understanding the purpose of bitcoin it gave me more confidence on buying it and not seeing it as a 'investment' but more of a freedom digital currency.
Times without number government have tried all their best they could do to stop bitcoin but they couldn't,  and I want to let you know that government can't stop bitcoin, Bitcoin will continue to exist for the next generation .

Op you are doing a right thing by investing in Bitcoin,  it time coming you will see the benefits of hodling Bitcoin.
Overtime, the government has kept its distance from bitcoin, and even banned it for some certain reasons, but hey bitcoin is still very alive and is making its way to its new all time high when bitcoin halving starts to appear. So I just want to say this that you are in a right place with bitcoin. And at a young age, I envy your passion and your full determination on bitcoin accumulation. So just keep doing it, and you’ll reap what you sow in the perfect time.
1030  Economy / Economics / Re: How Long in Years Should I Wait Before I Close Down an Unprofitable Business on: August 02, 2023, 09:56:44 PM
If there are no potential profits coming in within a year, then for me it’s best to think another business that will most likely to click in that certain area or location. You can actually chose not to close your business but maybe use the same location to create another business that will most likely gain more demand from the people around.

Business uses a trial an error method too. If the first idea does not work out, then do not waste your time on it. Proceed to your next plan and try out a new business idea then maybe that will work this time. Just be patient if everything does not work based on your plans, learn from it and grow.
1031  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Happy to reach 50 merit on: August 02, 2023, 09:39:20 PM
Earning merit is really hard this days , since there are lots of things they consider for post to be meritable,
I Have been here for a year now, and still have a lot things to learn, but thank you for those who supported me to reach for where I am now,
but for me this is still a long journey, but its all worth it, thank you for appreciating my post, and giving me information's that i don't know, it will help me along the way on achieving my goals in crypto and this forum.
To be able to share and help others, those who only need a merit to reach a certain rank, post your most merit post, other post that you think is meritable is welcome and I'll review your post , please don't get mad if you don't received merit, keep learning, and don't get frustrated on setbacks.
One thing I have to advise beginners is that don’t be too obsessed with this meriting system. The forum is not all about getting merits, but the most important thing here is we are learning a lot especially from the experiences that have been here ahead of us. And learn lessons from them so that we will never repeat their mistake and eventually regret later on.

However, if your primary goal is to obtain profits through participating from signature campaigns, then maybe you should work on how to get merits. Just enjoy your stay here and learn as much as you can. Soon enough you will be able to make constructive posts that will make you capable to earn merit.
1032  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Borrow to Buy Bitcoin is Not Advisable.Consider the Factors Before Doing That. on: August 02, 2023, 08:36:35 PM
Bitcoin is a high risk asset so should only invest at an amount that you can afford to lose, and not by borrowing money or taking a loan just to own a portion of it. Because if you do that, you are already losing even before you take profits. The monthly interest might be very annoying so instead of investing bitcoin for long term, you might do it for short term and sell some of them for immediate profits so you can pay your loan. That way, your investment might not work because you tend to panic instead of patiently waiting when its price will skyrocket.
1033  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is copy trading a viable option for newcomers? on: August 02, 2023, 05:28:31 PM
Copy trading has gained immense popularity in the crypto industry since its introduction. Bitget, being one of the pioneers in this field, remains one of the largest platforms for copy trading cryptocurrencies. Many consider it an appealing choice for beginners, but is it truly effective for those who are new to trading?
It depends. Some beginners are already wise and knowledgeable enough not to follow random traders but they really make sure to make an intensive research first on which traders to follow. Remember, their money is at high risk so if they follow traders who were never successful in the first place, then it’s like putting their trades into suicidal.

However, I believe most of the traders are only greedy but they were never capable enough to trade. That’s why they start to rely on copy trading expecting to gain profits instantly, not knowing that they were lured by those traders pretending to be professionals but in reality they’re not even traders in the first place. So the risk involved in copy trading is much even higher than to trade all by yourself and learn the basics with consistent trading.

We are having an event on the boxing exhibition coming this August 05 and this is between the Iconic YouTuber VS the ex-MMA Fighter, here is the event details and cards,

Paul vs. Diaz

DATE: Saturday 08.05.2023
TIME: 08:00 PM ET
PROMOTION: Most Valuable Promotions
VENUE: American Airlines Arena
LOCATION: Dallas, Texas, United States

So, it is indeed final then because I sincerely thought that this fight did not materialized because of some issues along the way or it is not that profitable to make as I'm not hearing any news or noise about this fight in the past few weeks. Now I'm thinking that the reason behind that might be because of the big events happened recently that is why I did not hear any updates regarding this event.

Going back to the fight, and just like what I have said in the previous discussions concerning this fight, my bet would still be on the side of Jake Paul. Not because I admire him or what but because of the reason that this is a boxing fight and not a UFC fight where Nate got the advantages. It'll be the same as the Jake vs Woodley fight, the boxer will still have the last say and full control of the fight.
1035  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Saudi Professional League 2023/2024 on: July 31, 2023, 06:17:37 PM
My guess if ronaldo will be angry if al nassr will get same result like the previous one.

Of course Grin it would be a great surprise if Cristiano Ronaldo will not get furious if they will still get the same result after having a bad run recently. Being the captain of the team, Ronaldo surely cannot hide his frustrations and disappointment after every loss because they have prepared for this Cup and even poured so much time just to get the team in shape to have a much better chance in the games. Still, we cannot even deny that they still need more experience because Ronaldo mainly in his age cannot carry a team anymore.
1036  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA World Cup 2026 :Canada/Mexico/United States: Discussion Thread on: July 31, 2023, 05:55:48 PM
Surely FIFA will come to a good decision in this regard by thinking about the audience. It is FIFA's responsibility to ensure that football fans can easily enjoy the game on the field. While getting a visa for Mexico is relatively easy, visas for the US and Canada are not so easy. It is very difficult for people from countries outside of Europe or America to get visas for Canada and America. Those who go to enjoy the football world cup directly on the field usually enter the countries where the football world cup is held with a tourist visa, but it is very difficult to get a tourist visa for America and Canada. Hopefully FIFA will definitely come to a discussion with these three countries and come to a decision on how to simplify the visa process.
I don't think it is difficult to get tourist visa for US as for Canada I don't know.In here many of my friends have already gotten a tourist visa for 2 years, not for the World Cup but to enjoy traveling and seeing US,once they have done so they can apply again and it will be far more easy the next time. For the moment right now they don't ask stupid things, except the normal bureaucratic procedures which come down, who you are, your legal and marital status and what is the level of your income (to find out if you can afford to go there for tourism and not for illegal migration purposes).

So even when the time comes for 2026 World Cup they will make it easier than it is although for me it is easy enough right now for anyone to get a tourist visa from US until now.
Depends on where you live, I do not know where you are from but if you are from an Asian or African or middle eastern nation, then things start to be harder. If you live in Europe, then your friends getting it is understandable, or if it's not just tourism and something else, like education or business, then it's easier that way as well.

But, when we are talking about having a situation where you end up working towards being just a tourist, those places are harder. We are going to end up seeing if it's going to be an issue or not, USA visa is one of the hardest ones to get for some of the nations and we are going to see even here people trying, some will go, some won't be able to go, and they will probably all write here.

Third world countries tend to have a much difficult procedure before getting that visa compared to the ones who are coming from the first world countries or allied countries of North American nations where it is very easy for them to acquire it, some countries doesn't even need to acquire one because their passport alone is more than enough to make an entry. Quite unfair isn't it? Well, that is the reality that we are living in.

It's another story though if the rematch is actually needed and interesting to watch. For me it is not anymore necessary. A rematch is usually interesting when the fight is close and that the winner will have to prove once again that he is indeed the better boxer. In this case, Crawford has nothing to prove. He is clearly of a different level. Spence wasn't able to compete.

Indeed, it is. It would be much more exciting and deemed necessary if only their fight ended with a split decision or at least unanimous decision but since it wasn't and we know that it was really a one-sided fight then just like what the other guys have said and I bet people around the world are saying the same thing that a rematch is not something that is needed anymore. Even at 154 pounds, I doubt that it will bring such hype just like the hype that was produced in their first encounter, even half of what they did, I still doubt it.
1038  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Alejandro Santiago for WBC bantamweight (july15,2023 on: July 31, 2023, 04:32:15 PM
I don't think anyone here expected Donaire to lose, but it turns out the opposite happened. We thought Santiago would be a good match for Donaire's target to KO his opponent, but Santiago has matured and knows how to play the game well. He clearly knew how to beat Donaire, resulting in a unanimous decision win.

What can I say, I guess it's time for Donaire to hang up his gloves. He is already old, and it's evident he doesn't have the same activity he had in the past. To think that Santiago isn't even a top contender, and he still defeated Donaire via UD, that's enough to conclude his boxing journey is over.

Congratulations to Santiago! It was a good win for him, and now he is the champion.

It's just that Donaire can't pull the trigger anymore and yup nobody expected (at least we Filipinos) of this outcome. Santiago is ranked lower then in the minds of an ordinary fans, this fight is one that would make Donaire look good in the ring and once again break another record but turned out that this could be the end of his colorful career, nothing to be ashamed of and nothing else to prove so yeah, it's time to hang up the gloves for good.

Congrats to those who back Santiago, very juice odds.

Nobody surely saw that coming and we can somehow tell from the odds that most of the bettors were putting their money towards Donaire to win, which is very reasonable as how could we go against him against a boxer that is not yet making any name in the industry and haven't got a good fight. Well, after this, safe to say that his rankings will improve a lot because defeating Donaire is such a great achievement.
1039  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the largest meme coin ever? on: July 31, 2023, 03:54:03 PM
There are many list of meme coin who are constantly trying to catch big crypto investors but in short investing in meme coin is risky and more loss than when you hold meme coin for long time to get rich quick. Because big investors of meme coin will never wait for more profit and they will sell all tokens when they get dream profits.

Still risky for me mate, whether if it's for short term or long term investments, meme coins are still the most unpredictable coins in the market. It couldn't get better than that.

Sure it can make you rich quickly if you are able to ride the wave on time but that as well is a mystery because nobody knows when it will move again unless you are one of those whales who are partly the reason for its movement. Of course you got a choice to make if you're only inclined in investing towards these coins but for me, Dogecoin will be the best option among the other coins in the market now.
1040  Economy / Economics / Re: Reason why you will never become rich on: July 30, 2023, 02:44:10 PM
The first reason why you can never be rich is too much  responsibilities, carrying family problems on your head which we all know family problems are always around the corners and can't be totally eliminated. The best help to offer family is to put yourself in a better financial position,  don't struggle to help family,  struggle to put yourself in a better financial position then take away your from dependency. How do you take them away from dependency? If you have a company or business you are running or a connection,  you can connect your family members to your friends let them work for them so that they can earn their own money or you have a business you are running, they can work for you to earn their own money.  As long as their is still dependency they will continue to depend on you and demand from you.
This should be phrased differently so people don't misunderstand your point.

Your family problems aren't yours but you can help them if you can. Yes, helping doesn't mean giving money, and yes it will be best if you can give them work instead. However, that's when we talk about family members that are still in productive age. What about your parents for example, what do we do if they need money for medications, etc.? So there's no general rule for this thing, each should be treated based on the case. By ignoring them, you may or may not become rich, but one outcome is certain, that is you'll have no family. Managing this issue is important so they won't depend on you every time, and on the other hand, you still have a good relationship with them.

People have been having the same problems and it is not that new anymore because family problems will always be with you as you grow, and it's just it is getting harder as you become older because responsibilities will also grow along with you. Now, you may or may not help your family, that is your choice because I don't think that it is our responsibility either as we are not born in this world to help them but as a human, it's just hard to neglect that and that is why it seems like it is our responsibility even if there is no written rule for that. Remember that is much better if you have a family to depend on, not financially, but someone to run on.

My advise would be, help yourself first because you cannot help others if you yourself is not yet on the position. Just like building a house and stacking bricks to build a wall, you cannot finish your house if you will always give those bricks for them. But that's just situational because we all have our own different choice to make.
