1161  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Earning online more preferable than offline? on: June 21, 2023, 09:27:17 PM
Earning money online is far superior to working at a physical establishment during the day. Although offline is highly appreciated and difficult. Trading is a great approach to find your true self. It will put everything to the test, including your greed, emotions, patience, discipline, how you handle failure, control, common sense, and resolve. I strongly advise anyone who is going through a terrible time in their life to learn to trade since it provides them a clear sense of purpose other than waiting for jobs. So, which is better, online or offline?
I cannot say that trading online is way more profitable than an offline job especially for those who are only trading with limited knowledge and skills. But if we can keep our job and do trading as our side hustle, I guess we will come to maximize our income. There’s no need to chose actually as both are profitable if we do it to the best of our capabilities, but working on them both will certainly make our life create big changes especially when it comes to our finances.
1162  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Crypto another form of gambling? on: June 21, 2023, 08:52:10 PM
I was kinda surprised when I read the news from Financial Times that the cross-section of the UK's MPs that seems to see it as needless to regulate cryptocurrency suggested that it should be viewed as "a form of gambling" and be regulated as such.

Without relying on my own understanding of "gambling," I quickly used the help of the Oxford Dictionary through Google, and it states;

1. Play games of chance for money; bet.
2. Take risky action in the hope of a desired result.

The second one seems to fit crypto best, so it's clear they know what they are saying.

Now, do you agree that crypto should be seen as a form of gambling? And if this eventually comes through, what should we expect as the constraints it might still bring to the crypto space?
Crypto may be considered a form of gambling for those who are taking risk unknowingly. Since they are not aware on how to deal with it and knows nothing about risk management, then most likely everything will fall into gambling. But for everyone who has high knowledge and made lot of experiences from crypto, knowing it gives certain profits as long as you do it will skills and working strategies, then it’s too far from the outcome of gambling.
1163  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A Nigerian Father Rejects Son's Gambling Win on: June 19, 2023, 09:54:00 PM
Right! He needs his father now more than ever to guide him and steer him towards the right direction so that he will not be in an unwanted situations because the boy now has enough money to do what he wants and just because he's just a boy even though his age is already legal to do some things, he can still do some things that the father could not imagine as they money he have now can make him steer into a different direction that is different from the father's teachings.
Fathers are the best presents to children because they lead and provide stable pathways for the youngster to explore in the modern world. Gambling without the knowledge of the parents implies that the youngster has been betting for a long time, most likely winning the Lotto and attempting to celebrate with his father; perhaps the occurrence caught his father off guard; I understand where his guardian is coming from. Winning such a large sum of money through gambling is one of the first steps toward escaping poverty. Finally, the finance balance has been activated, and the primary objective is to shoot solid targets.

Considering that the boy was able to gamble all by himself is already a good reason to do it himself and decide for himself whether he will gamble for entertainment or for whatever reason or not. Respect is always on the table even if he caught his father off-guard by handing him that huge sum without any knowledge that he's been into gambling for quite some time already, what I don't understand is, due to the lack of information by the OP, why did the father rejected it. Is it because of their religion? Or because the father is very strict when it comes to gambling? As he knows for sure that it's very addictive especially if it's not used properly.
1164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trade altcoins during the bull run or just hodl? on: June 19, 2023, 09:41:00 PM

During the bullrun season of course we just trade it because if you trade you can accumulate your favorite altcoins,
so that there are more of them and sell them when they reach a new all time high, but if we choose hodl, then our altcoins are just that.
if you accumulate these altcoins and increase the number of coins, your profit will be much more.

That will be a huge mistake instead of hodling it down and wait for the bull to run next year or in the next few couple of months, you should know that holding and trading is different because even if the goal is the same, the outcome will not be the same if you will try to trade what you have during the hold season because there's never a guarantee that the price will wait for you until you're done with you goal. My advise is, separate your portfolio from the ones you want to trade and from the ones you wanted to hold.
1165  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: June 19, 2023, 09:21:15 PM
[....]
Last season before it started, it was the Boston Celtics deemed as the favorite to crown as champions and it stayed that way until the end of the regular season. I wonder which team would be favored in the next season. At the current rosters, my bet is on Denver Nuggets the defending champions, or the Phoenix Suns. With Beal, the Suns once again have 4 All-Star starters and looked stronger than the previous season.

I am pretty sure that there are many teams that are interested in Chris Paul. A buyout is very possible knowing that the current Wizards team is not at the same level as the other top teams. And if I were Christ Paul, I will spend my last years in the NBA on a serious team as much as possible.
Celtics will still be up there as one of the favorites. How about taking CP3 in exchange of Smart? I think that will be a good deal for both teams since Wizards will likely let go of him anyway. Celtics will get a real point guard and a veteran at that to finally push this team. Chris Paul should have no problem in this since he'll be in a good team while Tatum and Brown will benefit from his mentorship.

That should be good if the Wizards will just accept a 1:1 trade for Marcus Smart in exchange for Chris Paul towards the Boston Celtics, but I really doubt that though because even if the latter is not the player he used to be, he still have a good figure in his head and that could really cost the Celtics some few picks or at least players just to get Chris Paul on their line up. Overall, it will be big help for the team if they are able to get CP3.
1166  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would Bitcoin Be Badly Hurt if Binance Goes Down? on: June 19, 2023, 08:24:21 PM
I actually think that if Binance really does fall for whatever they're going through, then there's going to be another exchange that makes it big in the crypto space with a lot more users. Because users who used to use Binance will definitely move to use other exchanges that are no less good than Binance even though the effects caused by this are not wanted by many people, which might result in a decline in the price of cryptocurrencies.

This is true.  There will always be other exchanges. But then it might lead to more troubles because people will now start using various exchanges and they might not know which is trustworthy and which is not. For an exchange to be as big as Binance, it will take time. It takes time to build trust, especially the kind of trust that Binance has built with its customers.

If Binance completely does down, it will affect Bitcoin price but that's all it will do. I don't believe it will go below $16k though.

That is very much expected if any big exchanges will have some troubles and worse shut down, especially if it's Binance who have already been trusted by the public. But all of this will be temporary and the prices may go down for quite some time while investors are still figuring out a way to find another trustworthy exchange that can replace the Binance, after that, there will be a correction that will restore the order and so the prices will rise again after the doubts.
1167  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: June 19, 2023, 08:03:44 PM
Now, Canelo's camp is aiming for an easy task, a money making a fight with lesser risk instead of taking good competition
to bring more boost in his career.

So, Canelo will no longer pursue a rematch against Bivol? I thought he was willing to solidify his legacy by avenging his loss to Bivol. Perhaps he was just too emotional after losing the fight and wanted a rematch right away. However, he may have come to realize that, given Bivol's weight class, it would be difficult for him to secure a victory.

Talent-wise, Bivol is superior than Canelo for me. He has good defense that's hard to crack that even Canelo's lethal body shots won't have an effect to Bivol. A rematch at the Light heavy weight division would still yield the same result, a Canelo loss but if it is in the Super-middleweight division, there is a chance that Canelo would win but it would be very risky for him as he will defend all his belt on the guy that beats him already so i think it is unwise for them to fight Bivol for now at either LW or SMW division so best for them is to cherry pick once again hehe.

It's up to him if he can ignore what are the people is saying and ignore the money the fight could offer and bring to them, but as long as legacy is involved. He surely wanted to even out his score with Bivol, but as of this time, and as the time goes by, his chances are getting much lesser and lesser especially after what he have showed to the audience in his fight against Ryder where not everybody or majority was impressed by his performance.
1168  Economy / Economics / Re: I don't believe you on: June 19, 2023, 07:31:21 PM
Well, i hope everyone has the same thinking as you. But, nah, some or most of the people here trust these kind of exchange (e.g binance, poloniex, Gemini, coinbase) than trusting their selves when holding large sum of money, and taught it will be at risk if they are the one holding it. As lazy as what they are doing to their money to banks, then unfortunately suffer when times comes to very worst.

It is true that exchanges you mentioned in your posts have maintained the trust of their account holders since their establishment, by successfully maintaining security of funds and mitigating hacking issues. We also need to acknowledge that exchanges play vital role for development and growth of crypto industry, and in providing liquidity for executing our trades. Despite all these advantages, it is in our best interest to maintain funds in our own wallets because past performance doesn't guarantee future results.

Even after these facts, we should still know and stick with the reality that it is still risky to hold a large sum of funds inside any centralized exchange because as long as we don't have the full power on our own coins, it's safe to say that it's not safe and we do not have 100% control of it. Even if it's the most successful and most trusted CEX in the planet, there are still no guarantees that it will be safe to store it.
1169  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue | WBC & WBO 122 lbs bout | July 25 on: June 18, 2023, 08:54:18 PM
The closest that we can see the odds in my opinion is Tapales, another good Filipino boxer. So the plan is as we have heard is that the winner of this fight, vs Marlon Tapales next for unification.

So if that happens then we can compare at least what will be the odds for Casimero. As if we are just changing the name of Tapales here. So before we talk about Casimero vs Inoue or Fulton, we will see first Tapales vs Inoue or Fulton and I think it will be a great fight although going to be very hard for the Filipino as he needed all the tools to beat either boxer.

You are right there mate, WBA has given the clearance to Tapales to fight whoever wins on the Inoue vs Fulton fight, they have not ordered Tapales to defend his belt via mandatory defense so this action is good for the Filipino pug.

But for me, Casimero has the higher chance of defeating either Inoue or Fulton but he has to do his thing first (win every fight) before calling out whoever will be the unified champion in this division.

For his part, Tapales is already a big winner by just fighting for the unified belt as i think this could be the biggest purse that he will receive in his boxing career, that's for sure.

Yes, I also believed that Tapales really did a good job in his career, as opposed to Casimero who seems to have to reset everything right now at 122 lbs. So it's going to be very difficult for Marlon to overcome who ever he fights next for the unification fight.

But who knows, he had a good year already,  and upsets can happen anytime. And even if he loses that belt of his, he will still be in the rankings and maybe will be given another chance to fight for the belt or face tough opponents. So definitely there will be exposure for him.

Just watching Inoue vs Payano riht now, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OxRLwFkrWgQ. That straight right hand though, it's crushing.

Before Casimero's career took a downturn, he was already nearing his peak, and his success was more impressive than Tapales'. He had notable victories that contributed to his ongoing popularity, even though he is no longer a champion. Therefore, I believe we should trust him. As long as he maintains his patience and remains focused on winning his upcoming fights, there's a good chance he will have another opportunity to fight for a championship in the future.

And I think Casimero has learned his lessons from that huge mistake, and if I'm not mistaken, he has a whole different team now, taking care of him (he has a Japanese manager), and most importantly the people behind him, trainers, nutritionist and others. And we have seen that he has won 2 fights already, although the first win was questionable or at least very controversial.

But we should wait though, we can't compare his path with his fellow Filipino Tapales. Marlon is enjoying more successes now as he is a 2 belt champion. Nevertheless, we know that Casimero is still very much on the hunt for a belt in the super bantam.

It's definitely the latter and not the questionable win because he totally deserved that win, it's just that his opponent, Ryo Akaho, faked everything and that the back of his head is hurting after receiving a punch from Casimero. Fortunately, IIRC, Casimero and his team did reviewed it together with the rest of KBM and found out that Akaho was just a good actor and was afraid to take the defeat into his career. Gladly, all that is behind now and Casimero is steadily winning and upping his ranking.
1170  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Dad's retirement money is invested in Bitcoin! on: June 18, 2023, 08:15:00 PM
I don't know how I make decisions as a boy.
My father is a military man. He has served in this military sector for 25 years. His term of service is almost at an end. After two months he was going to retire from the job. He will get retirement pension after his service life in the military sector and he has many plans based on this retirement pension.
His first dream is to build a house with this retirement money. But right now in my country all the materials needed to build a house are very expensive so building a house right now can't be a good decision. And I don't feel safe keeping his pension money in the bank because earlier there was inflation in my country where some banks went bankrupt.
So right now I am not able to give him any proper advice as a boy. But one thing I've been wondering for a few days is if I invest half of my father's retirement allowance in Bitcoin, am I doing something wrong?
I feel like if I invest half the amount in Bitcoin for a year after receiving his retirement allowance, I might be able to hand over more money to my dad at the end of the year.
Hope I get proper advice from you.

As a boy, you should try not to think about these kind of stuff because first and foremost, it is not for you to think about. Don't take it wrong, I understand that you're just trying to help your own family especially your dad because that money is a present for him from working 25 years straight in the military, now, instead of thinking hard what would be the best thing to do with it. Why not ask your father what he wanted as it is his retirement money in the first place? Aside from the house that he dreamt of course because we all know that it's just a liability especially if the land is not yours or the land is not situated in a place where its figure can go up to 2x to 5x in the next 5 to 10 years.
1171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 4 Altcoins to look at in 2023 on: June 18, 2023, 07:48:31 PM

3# DOGECOIN

Dogecoin is an original coin and has been around for a very long time. Dogecoin is very famous because of Doge and it will always attract some people to buy it.
Compared to copies, like Shiba Inu or Elon Doge, Dogecoin will always be an original coin, not a cheap copy.
Dogecoin can be promoted easily because it's a timeless coin.

Yes, it can be promoted easily and it is indeed a timeless coin but OP, you should know that this kind of altcoin is also reckoned as a meme coin where most investors are not that interested to invest in it because of the risks entailed with it. While it may give and grant you the profits that you wanted but it will come to you at a high price because you can't possibly know when will it move again and start to make a rally.

Therefore, investing in this kind of coin is pretty much not advisable to do. I mean, there are a lot of coins in the market right now that are less risky yet profitable.
1172  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Promising altcoins? on: June 18, 2023, 07:26:31 PM
Don't invest in XRP. Most people say XRP may go at least 20$ after they win sec case. Bro it's been 14 years now and it's still in the same place. Instead of investing in XRP I will suggest you to consider about Arbitrum, EDU, Hooked protocol, RNDR, CHZ altcoins. Because their use cases are good. Also try to invest more in ETH  and BNB and less in altcoins.

But let's say If I got 1000$ to invest I will invest 600$ Bitcoin. 150$ In ETH another 150$ In BNB and last 100$ in altcoin. Why? Because BTC is the always king and BTC show us strong movementd always when others are dumped 70-80% inbear markets.

Why do you say $100 in altcoin mate? ETH and BNB is already an altcoin or an alternative coin for BTC. But yes, I do agree, XRP is quite dangerous to invest on and personally, I'm also keeping a safe distance with that specific coin because I don't think that it will give me the profits that I wanted in the later years compared to the ETH and BNB that has been very well in the market especially in the recent years.
1173  Economy / Economics / Re: The cost of living is trying to kill the living on: June 18, 2023, 06:37:05 PM
Living expenses if only for necessities such as food or monthly payments are reasonable. But usually people are too ambitious to fulfill their prestige with goods that are very expensive but those goods that cannot be stored for a long time will experience price erosion. Therefore, people who think the cost of living is expensive are those who continue to obey their prestige even though it is only their desire to be able to have things like other people have even though it is not a necessity of their life.
We can always chose to live simply even if inflation is here for good. As long as you have your own job to support and pay your monthly bills, then rest assured that you will still survive despite of the goods and services prices that continue to surge. But if you live life according to the norms and trends in your surroundings, then expect that your finances will never be enough. The cost of living will certainly kill you in the end.

I understand what you're trying to say mate but you should know as well that your job is not going to support you permanently as that is just a temporary one even if we say you're already a regular at your job or does have an authority over the others which make you higher. Unless you are the owner of the company and does have a vast network of investments, then you can somehow say that you can really survive without worrying about the inflation because you are always producing funds even if you're sleeping.
1174  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: June 18, 2023, 06:11:53 PM
many folks have said that he (Jokic) brought the playing style of Europe towards the NBA.
And the truth is that from other region are the ones that's dominating the NBA on its own land.
When I saw one article about how the Miami Heat was defeated twice by a European, it made me smile. Dirk Nowitzki and Nikola Jokic. Truly, the NBA today is changing, thanks to the Europeans that had been coming into the league. Who knows, maybe Doncic is next. Another player who plays differently from other players. No such thing as the "hops" or "speed" but he can definitely score inside by only using his brain and his strong body. Vice versa of Ja Morant who is relying upon his speed and hops.

Nikola Jokic changed the way we look at NBA and especially at the younger players who never saw how Magic, Bill, and Larry did it. It's almost like this, the Joker revived a strong big man, not like a "Shaq" big man but more of a versatile big man. And, I have no doubts Jokic will keep on passing more records from way back some of us were born.
It just seems that the NBA isn't marketing Jokic for some reason but it's good that these Europeans have made a lot of changes to NBA's basketball.
Whilst those teams aren't focused on having a big man that can do almost everything, shoot outside, assist, get free-throw shooting, rebounds. Almost everything.
The Nuggets is so blessed to have Joker and they've managed to take care of him until they've finally got their first ever NBA title.
The same with what Dallas Mavericks did for Dirk Nowitzki, they didn't let him go, took care of him, and somehow managed to get a championship with him. I love teams that do this, just being patient and waiting for the right time with one loyal player. I wish the Denver Nuggets will do the same thing for the Joker, become the face of their franchise, and better a duo that will bring them another championship with Jamal Murray.

We can say it is really their time now. From being defeated in the bubble, to Murray being injured and Nikola Jokic shouldering everything yet he still made it to the playoffs without his co-stars. Jamal Murray is the key to their win, he said it and then he did it. He actually knows they will make it this time with his healthy body and then Michael Porter Jr. is also at the prime of his career.
The addition of Aaron Gordon is a big one instead of Gary Harris, they now have an elite defender who could stop superstars like KD, Lebron, and Butler.

Hopefully that will be the case and that they will really take care of what they have right now because it's not every time they can land someone like Murray especially Jokic who can make any team suffer without meaning it, but who knows, there might be a time that both franchise and player will have some misunderstanding on their contract. But looking at it right now, I think it's still safe that Jokic will remain a Nuggets for a couple more years.
1175  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Interested in investing in Bitcoin my childhood friend after losing business on: June 17, 2023, 10:27:09 PM
For several days now my friend has been asking me for some advice. Telling me that he wants to invest some of his money, telling me where to invest it. My friend works in a private company and he has saved some money from there. With that money they went into business in a four person partnership, initially he made some profit in the business then he suffered some financial loss. My friend knows that I am involved with Bitcoin. He got some ideas about Bitcoin from me. So he wants to invest money in Bitcoin. I didn't tell him anything about the risk of investing. Since he wants to invest, should I advise him to invest?

You ought to tell him everything what you've learned and know about cryptocurrency and bitcoin, to be specific. Because it's you where he got some idea about bitcoin yet he is not that well informed about the reality where there are risks entailed with every coin in the market and before he start to invest, you should be aware if he already did his research first before he starts to deposit some funds so that he will not be surprised about the phenomenon we have.
1176  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue | WBC & WBO 122 lbs bout | July 25 on: June 17, 2023, 10:07:16 PM
It is possible for the fight to happen if Inoue is willing to take the risk. However, as long as he is under the Top Rank promotion, it might be challenging for him to make his own decision and prove himself against a tough challenger like Casimero.

Personally, for me, it doesn't make sense.

Why Naoya Inoue or Top Rank promotions should adjust for that possibility just for the reason that Inoue should prove himself against a tough challenger? Regardless if a challenger is considered tough, then make their way up to be eligible for the title match.

In the first place, Casimero's camp is the one to blame for why the chance of fighting against Inoue didn't happen. Therefore, he should be the one to make adjustments, not Inoue or Top Rank making that move. I'm with Quadro Alas, of course, against Inoue, if they will fight. However, if only Casimero's camp did the right thing, he should be the one fighting Inoue in the Undisputed Title Match at the 118 division and not Paul Butler.

Would Inoue still be interested in fighting Casimero in an undisputed bout if the previous scheduling issue had not occurred? Inoue and Casimero were initially scheduled to fight, but it was unfortunately canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, even after the pandemic subsided, Inoue did not make the fight happen. This situation can be quite frustrating, and it's understandable for fans to speculate whether Inoue is unwilling to risk his record by facing Casimero.

Just think of this, Inoue fought Donaire twice but could not even give Casimero a chance to fight him.

The fight didn't happen because Casimero has problem making the weight. He is the WBO champion that time, and for sure if Naoya Inoue wanted to get all the belts then he has to fight John Riel that time.

Casimero will just have to defend his belt against Butler to seal a fight with Inoue. Unfortunately, he can't make the weight so Butler became the champion and then he was knockout by Inoue to get the last belt. If only Casimero doesn't have problems with his weight that time then maybe we already have seen them fight in the ring already.

Yes, at that time, the odds are really not in favor of Casimero because his weight is really dragging him down and making him inactive in the industry because of the same problem and just like what happened when he got stripped before he fought Butler, that might happen too if his fight with Inoue have been restored. But that just cannot be as after Covid subsided, another variant hit them again and made the government of Japan to close their borders to all foreign people.
1177  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Easy or hard to quit? on: June 17, 2023, 09:46:05 PM
I've seen case scenario where people make good profits and never visit gambling a again and already invested in other businesses and today are still doing well.
Most times people want the easy way to make money and gambling seems to be that way that's why most persons wouldn't mind to lavish a huge profit with hopes or getting a bigger one and that's one thing that also drags people to addiction.
I personally can quit gambling  after a huge winning bjt it all depends on the amount won because money worn are sweeter than money earned and that's one thing  that will  keep dragging people to gamble.
It is easy to quit gambling after winning huge but there is no guarantee that you will be able to quit gambling addiction. It is called addiction and that is why many gamblers fail to leave casinos even after winning big. We may educate gamblers who suffer from gambling addiction, anyways mental health is not going to be ok with a gambling mindset, IMO.

Well, there are some gamblers who truly had the courage to leave gambling after achieving what they wanted but its percentage is undeniably low because not everybody had the same courage and strength to leave the world of gambling and besides, it's certainly not that easy to do because before we can come up to that situation, we have already accustomed ourselves to gamble and that makes it difficult to end.
1178  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: June 17, 2023, 09:26:24 PM
Everyone has a different personality, and perhaps Jokic's calm demeanor is what helps him win games because he doesn't panic easily. While the NBA is his profession, he still has a life outside of it. Just imagine if Jokic aims to further improve his game; he would become even more unstoppable. He has a relaxed and laid-back approach, making it seem easy for him to achieve a championship, while others who are overly hyped and desperate for a championship struggle to attain it. In short, Jokic is highly underrated.

I agree that if he starts taking things a lot more seriously, he will probably be able to perform a lot better. But not given enough importance is I think the mental health of a player. The way he talks I don’t think he is in the nearest mental health situation right now. He has to be frustrated.

There is now way that he will be frustrated about what is happening inside the NBA because judging from the way he talks and react about things, he seems like a player that really care and as long as he can deliver a win and gave his best, that will be enough for him. But I agree though, I think there's still a potential from Jokic that needs to be unlock, he just need to be hurt inside the court in-order to unleash his best version.
1179  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: June 17, 2023, 09:06:05 PM
Ok there is a rumor circulating around that Canelo's next fight won't be Bivol and not against Benavidez as well.

Again, this is just a rumor, it is said that it will be Canelo va Jermall Charlo. Jermall last fight though is 2019, so not sure why Canelo and his camp are picking a inactive fighter and not even a true 168 super middle weight boxer.

Sure Jermall is a middle champion, but he will have to go up in weight and fight Canelo at his best weight.

And it seems that Canelo is really cherry picking his fight now or someone in his team did. So let's see if this fight is going to be developed and will actually going to happen late this year. This fight though might hit Canelo's legacy as he duck Benavidez and then his rematch with Bivol.

So far, there are two things that might explain why Canelo picked Jermall Charlo instead of picking some bad boy in the same division as him or at least active.

1. They chose Charlo to keep Canelo warmed up until they can establish a negotiating position with Bivol because as of now, Bivol shows no interest in Canelo because of the terms being given to them even after upsetting Canelo in their first clash.

2. Canelo's career is in sundown already and what they are doing right now is just taking advantage of Canelo's fame while he can still sell a fight while picking a much safer boxer that will match the equation. I mean, that fight with John Ryder might be a tune-up but that also revealed Canelo's current situation and most probably revealed the likelihood if he will fight heavy named boxers.

Both scenario is possible, I like the second option though, yes, admit it or not, after his final fight with GGG, it seems all the energy was zap up from Canelo plus the injury that he suffered. Then we have the wear and tear, which is the usual culprit for a boxer to suddenly feel old and no longer in his prime.

So if Reynoso see that Canelo is on the way out or his career is on the sundown, then they pick a easy way with Jermall Charlo, a good fighter, known in the US is a champion as well. In paper it looks good, but Canelo has all the advantage here and they can see if Canelo still can pull the trigger or really on the decline already.

By now, they might've figured it out already because yes, his fight versus Ryder somehow made the picture much clearer because Canelo was already slowing down and it feels like he's not the Canelo like we used to know. And then there's the injury in his wrist that probably made his situation more worse than what they have expected, he might be not be that old but we can say that his healing phase is not that fast anymore due to wear and tear.

If your work is on a field and you need to go in many places then of course renting is the best. But I am sure that even if you've got that lifestyle, one day you'll be tired and you're dreaming to have your own real estate so that you won't pay anymore with rent.

And with having no property with being approved by the bank, I am sure that someone who's still young and can afford it will do that. No doubts of taking that potential approval and will buy property.
Regardless of your work location, it’s always our dream to have a property that we can call it our own. Especially for long time renters, the fact that there money only end up as nothing at the end of the year so buying a property is everyone’s dream. However, I don’t think loaning from a bank is a bad idea, I believe if you are capable to pay for that, then go and take a loan while you still have a job to that will help you pay your loaned money.

Nothing can be compared if you are the one who owns the place instead of renting it out, and as long as you have that option to buy it out using a loan then go for it because I know that buying a real estate is a dream of every people everywhere here in God's green Earth but not everyone can actually do it nor can afford their own place. It might cost you a much higher bill in the next three to five years but in the long run, it will be all worth it compared to just renting it out and in the end, you cannot even call it yours.
