So, Rent-a-Ray ... WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU GONNA DO I have no road map so far and i did not break with TZM. It was a self-triggered consequence. TZM did not want this coin - so why running after? I remember that some guys were talking about a rescue attempt here!?! I have some really important things to do at the moment in my real life. But besides: a friend and me are doing 2-3 zeit trades a day on Cryptsy. More than most of you are doing, eh? ;-) If someone has a plan, an idea and the time -> get in touch... Cheers, Ray |

Ok, wallet is sync now. But I lost all my coins. - salvagewallet option is a trap and I did not backup the wallet. It's my fault. I wish you all good luck with Zeit. Salvagewallet is no trap. Nobody ever lost coins while using this parameter. Start with -rescan and your coins are back. |

It was a small test. It is showing us, that it's not possible for a collaboration with TZM. They are small minded - not open for any compromises. I like a lot of their ideas, but some things are impossible!!!. We are able to change the world, but we aren't able to create a fantasy world - let's change our course - without TZM. I am sorry about those hard words, but a life without any kind of currency is fantasy - it's Star Trek, not reality...  |

The last downloaded block is the 320143. Synchronization does not go away.  Start with -salvagewallet at the command line. |

a problem is i can hire someone to make a 100% zeitcoin clone for .5btc
Where is the problem, we are 99,9% mintcoin (with mintication and an an unlock menu button)? Latest Wallet was latest mintcoin source. Most of the coins are clones - and you need no 0.5 BTC. Maybe 0.1 BTC. But after cloning you have to bring it to all major exchanges etc, BCT with people which trust in... That's the big problem. |

I personally think, that the name is our smallest problem. We're having a lot of others. 1. We have no manpower behind the coin - active community is very small. There is no development at the moment. Let us change this. 2. Altcoinmarket is sleeping: there is LTC, DRK, Doge, BC and BTC. Solution as a community: One little trade a day - No need to push the price, we want to show the world that we are active. 3. We need some ideas, a leader and/or a voice of zeit. (maybe a good looking girl with a zeit youtube channel or a blogger and ZEIT supporter  ) 4. Sometimes i think, i am the only zeit-miner at Hashco.ws. This is a good scrypt based multipool. Get your ASICs in. 5. (i cannot talk about this point - it's a wonderful idea but i have to check it out first) The advantages of zeitcoin are plain: Ultrafast Transactions, low energy and easy to use. Edit: If that all is done, we make usecryptos to our homebase with a ZEIT/USD market. A long way ..... |

We need some people for that. I did most of the design shit and website, Client (with beejay). But i have a lot of RL work at the moment.
What we need is:
Webdesigner
C++ Developer (Client)
Guys for the social media
New URL
Good Connections to all big Exchanges etc...
A new name and a new direction
a new coinlogo
(and a lot of things more....)
Zeit is the german word for time. So we could change the direction completely, but "Zeitgeist" is more than suitable for this coin. Zeitgeist is not TZM.
It's efficient, it's green, it's fast. <-- That is Zeitgeist.

I agree with you. I personally think it's better to have one leader just to streamline decision making. I'm not trying to take away from anything you have contributed. I'm an investor/bagholder that saw a lot of potential in the team here including yourself. I bought in and have continued to buy in as the price decreased because I know there are people here who have not given up on this coin. That is something that a lot of coins don't have. I'm just trying to get a grasp of the current situation, and understand what barriers are preventing progress from being made. Well, i ask you - what should we do? Do you want to help as a (the) leader? Let's start an experiment and let us see what's going on in the next 3 months. Zeit is one of the most honest coins out there: No scam, minimum pre mining, very low transaction delays and POS only. Can you sell this advantages to the people? Let us know!!! We need people with experience. People which are able to enchant possible investors. |

You don't understand i am sure  Community is waiting for anyone who have good ideas etc.. This coin hasn't any CEO or a Master Dev. Dev has left long time ago. There is only a domain name (zeit-coin.net is safe in my hands) - the rest is open source, including all GFX etc. |

I can't see a real active community here - that's our big problem.
We had some guys here, talking about big plans with ZEIT - rescue plans etc. They did their two posts here, shortly after we hit the LTC market - that's it...
Zeitcoin is a victim of our human nature. There is no real interest in a non profit coin.
Btw. have a short look at the BTC market @mintpal.
There is no real activity on most of the coins.
It is always the same story.

I moved my zeit coins from Windows wallet to Mac wallet....the coins gone missing. It deducted from source wallet but did not show up in destination wallet. Both wallets are synced.
