Also, has the white paper been released yet? In order for this project to be successful, it needs a massive adoption. This startup could possibly excel if It had a mobile app. Google Play store, & Apple store would open the door for a wider audience, as The majority of consumers as of today, do all of their internet realted activities with their smart phone.

Yeah I was wondering the same thing. This messaging service looks promising, the rewards for nodes seem pretty interesting. I would love to get a glimpse of the working model when it's ready. I hope someone turns this into a phone app. Now that would be perfect. There are times where a cryptographic messenger could really come in handy, especially when your mobile.

Is snapup registered with, or in partnership with any retailers. I'm curious as to how the items that will be available, will be 80% to 90% off? Do you have a warehouse, like amazon to store these items, do you act as a third party, being just the platform?

Can you explain the use of the token, and give a detailed breakdown of the reward system? If I'm not mistaken, in the white paper, it says that if you participate as a node, you receive some of the transaction fees? Is this correct?

Overall it's the mascot that really caught my attention. The name Snapup is a perfect fit.

Yes it is quite daunting, but look at it this way, you are now apart of a decentralized cooperation. A living, and breathing entity (metaphorically speaking ) with seperate parts, each with their own function, working in unison.
   The pioneer, Satoshi Nakamoto, whether a single person, or team of people, can be seen as the Prometheus of modern day economics. He set in place a small mechanism that set off a chain of events that have snowballed down hill, and cascaded into an avalanche.  Blockchain technology has took the world by storm.
    Welcome to the new world, a digital age of innovation and decentralization. The blockchain is only the beginning. Hodl on folks, it's gonna be a bumpy ride!  

The key to any new announcement of a coin, or new startup is to take time and check out if the project is solid, do your research, and if it's to your liking, get in early. I've been a member here since may of 2014, and didn't start posting until about a month ago. I missed out in 3 years worth of investments.
     However, its better late than never. The best opportunities seem to have small windows, so you got to be careful not to miss them like I did!

Now, regarding the legalities of ICO's and crowdsales. It's hard to say exactly, but here is an article that simplifies the legalese and makes it easier to understand by using a terrific analogy.

Use this analogy for every ICO you come across, in order to navigate the law safely, because the seas of legality are rough, never calm. If you are ever unsure about the legalty of an ICO, just contact them, and ask if american citizens are legally eligible to participate. This can save you a potential headache later on.

This is an e-commerce platform. It takes more than the one million dollars they've raised thus far, to establish this big of a platform. On top of that, they're competing with 3 or more other startups that offer similar options. If you read the white paper (if you haven't done so already), you will see that a project of this magnitude requires lots of time and money to be successful.
   It's true that many ICO's raise a ton of money in a relatively short amount of time, but to fulfill this projects needs and projected goals, 60 days seems adequate enough. Besides, the mission statement is all in the white paper. Here's a bonus, it's an american based startup (if you didn't know), so there are regulatory hurdles in place, as compared to other ICO's who operate overseas, who's tokens could be labled as securities (according to recent statements given by the SEC regaurding legalities of ICO tokens).
      I hope this clears things up abit, of course given from a spectators perspective !
