Yes, but how many Cannabis coins are there that are going to build physical, brick and mortar facilities, comply with each legal Cannabis states laws, and regulations, and network the entire Cannabis medical field, all on a blockchain? Their goals seem pretty realistic, plus they're backed by a well-known musician/celebrity (The Game), whose cultural influence is heavy within the urban communities.

This project is way too solid, for their team not to succeed in the monetary goal. The whitepaper itself is highly detailed and looks professional. They even specifically say, their coin is not a security asset. Though I'm still not sure if the ICO is open for American investors.

I've been saying that all along, but I guess it is the protocol that is the most important aspect of this project. They could of least did a "proof of concept" for several different devices, besides just the pc.

Thank you, I just checked it out. It is nice to see a bit of transparency within a crypto based startup company. The more videos created using actual team members, the less likely it is to be a scam, in my opinion.

That's what I've been saying, if this company can manage to pull something like this off in at least one legal green state, then it's inevitable for other states to fall in line. Where better to start, than in good ole sunny California, where state level legalization has been continuing to push Newgrounds in the Cannabis industry, almost every year!

This doesn't make any sense, did you read the white paper at all?  Paragon would only work on the foundation of ethereum , utilizing the ERC20 token standard. The paragon startup is about creating an entire economy, and ecosystem, based upon legal cannabis, and it various uses.
   The white paper states that Paragon has plans to establish brick, and mortar paragon spaces whithin every state /country, where marijuana is legalized. What this means is, using ethereum as a a platform,  Paragon will create a transparent ledger, that networks everything that is marijuana related, from medical doctors, and dispensaries, to legal offices, and focus groups, all within Paragon's framework, which is transparently, and conveniently stored on the blockchain. Any and everything related to legal marijuana use, will be connected to the blockchain, and easily auditable, in order to comply with laws, and regulations. The token is the center piece of financial tech that will help build the company from the ground up.
       Example: In the U.S, when you buy packaged food from the grocery store, their is usually a label with nutritional facts, and information located on either the side, or back of the package. The same will be for marijuana related products.  Let's say you would like to purchase some legal pot to smoke, but want to know the exact type of high you will experience (indica, or sativa), the duration of its effects, how bad you'll get the munchies, possible side effects, how much thc per gram, whether or not gmo's were used in it's life cycle, etc, and it all would be eaily verifiable on the ethereum blockchain, from when the seed of the plant was sown, to the day it's buds finish curing. That's just one small aspect of Paragon's envisioned economy, soley focused on the sale, and consumption of the cannabis. Now imagine all the other fields associated with cannabis, and its many uses, and their you have it. Paragon in a nutshell!  Sorry for the wall of text!

You are partially correct, REAL startup is incorporated out of Singapore, but is recruiting workers out of both, Barcelona, and Singapore. Unfortunately, it is not open to U.S based investors, based on the SEC securities regulations. Coinfabrik is the company who is handling the security audits. The company is legit, it has a U.E.N code, and a physical address.
    The more tokens put forth into the crowd-funding of real estate properties, the fewer tokens will be available for circulation, in turn, driving the price of tokens up, causing a natural growth in initial liquidy. There is income to be made all around with this unique economy, from the tokens themselves, to the rental properties, and then the hard sales made from selling the property outright, which reimburses you your invested stake of tokens, plus generated profits from the sale. I can't invest, but like I said, I'm following this campaign closely, in order to learn, seeing how I've always been interested in real estate.

For one, the real estate market is huge and is constantly growing. There will always be people looking to buy, rent, sell a property. Even though property value can decrease over time (due to a number of circumstances), real estate proves to be a good way to preserve your wealth, whereas your property can be considered an asset. One of the best advantages (in my opinion) is the residual income from leasing your property out. You can earn monthly, quarterly, annually, etc. A nice little bit of steady income in your piggy bank!

Many of these "Green" (pot friendly) states have made recreational use of Marijuana legal, meaning if you want to smoke a joint or two in the public, you can do so comfortably without any hassle from the local law enforcement, even if it has a real pungent odor. In many cases, you can carry around an ounce (depending on what state, quantity amount may vary) on you personally. So this startup shouldn't have much legal trouble establishing themselves, so as long as they follow each "Green" states laws, and regulations, which is why I personally think this startup has good potential!  

 I reread the white paper again and realized that this startup will not just be a crowdfunding platform, but a diverse economy. The simple fact that backers of the campaigns receive Kickcoins, up to 20% incentive of their original investment, will secure the trust of potential investors, in the event, a campaigns "investor incentive" feature doesn't pan out to be promising. This assures stability, due to the fact that Kickcoins will have an asset value, and be tradable on the crypto coin exchanges.
    It's like the investors of a campaign can't lose, having a safety net in place, in case a project falls short! I must say, that is a very generous thing to do, especially if the campaign turns out to be a fraudulent one.

Yeah, I guess you're right! If someone wanted to pull a scam on this platform, it would have to be a pretty elaborate one. I'm not saying it can't be done, but on this platform, it would be to pull off.

The marijuana laws in the united states are becoming more and more relaxed. Even though marijuana is illegal on the federal level, it has been legalized across several states within the U.S, including places like California, Massachusetts, Colorado, and Rhode Island, just to name a few!

Is this ICO available to ordinary U.S citizens?  I know some members of the board are of american decent,  but I was wondering if your average American crypto enthusiast was able to participate in this business venture?  It sure looks promising, being marijuana regulations are softening up a bit on the state level.

I see that the California native, and famous rapper, The Game "Jayceon Taylor" is one of the board advisors. I know he is a heavy marijuana rights advocate, and not just because of the lyrics in his music. If he's backing this project, then this startup is definitely legit. Though I'm not the biggest fan of his music, I do support the advocacy of Miss Mary Jane! I will check the white paper out in a few minutes! This could be huge! 

Kick will be here for the long run, this platform will be the foundation on which future ICO's will utilize to build their support base and funding. That alone makes this startup ahead of the game. Hodl on, this one's a hidden gem. If you don't get in now, you might just be "kicking" your selves later!  Be sure to read the white paper carefully though!

Exactly my friend, even if the tokens fail to move up in growth, as much as we'd hoped for, and intend, at least there is the drawback of collecting residual income from property shares. It's a win, win situaltion, like I've said before. All in all, this makes this a worthy consideration for potential investors!

Yes, WIC seems like a long-term hold for me. I've personally never invested in anything looking for a quick dump, but only did so for the potential growth. This is a project that will take some time for adoption.

Not to sound like a greedy douche, but these blacklistings are a sifting process meant to separate the wheat, from the tares. If you aren't active or don't keep up with the all the updates, you'll most likely be sifted out of the airdrop. The more people, the less coins every airdrop.
    This system makes it fare. Some aren't here to support the coin, only looking to quickly dump (so be it). Some of us are here for the long haul. When the new signatures came, many seen them but didn't bother to make the change. Many moved over 10% out of their initial wallet, even after being warned not to do so if they want to continue to participate, now they complain about being blacklisted, and in a fit of rage, sell their stake. Expect more bans in the future!

Is this ICO U.S friendly? I most certainly hope so! I'm reading the white paper right now as we speak, and I'm blown away. The white paper is quite extensive, everything being finely detailed and covered.
So far, every question I have is being answered.
