1061  Economy / Economics / Re: Let's Be Honest. We Are Waiting for $100/BTC to buy on: July 20, 2016, 12:05:16 AM
Let's cut the crap. Most of us are just waiting for Bitcoin to finally hit $100 to buy a huge quantity. Am I right or talking out my ass?
Let's be honest I'm not waiting to see bitcoin so low as $100 per btc, it is too low comparing with the current price level. We are looking forward to reach $700 hopefully this week even though it is near, less than $20 from this target.
im also not waiting for such small prices, i think that the price is definitely going to go even under 100 if it will drop that low because people will be afraid of holding their bitcoins
Bitcoin price can crash anytime because it is not stable but I think that it will not crash to $100 immediately as it needs some time, the bitcoin traders would lost a lot when they see that they lost ~85%, the lowest that can go can be $500 and the highest $700 for this month.
1062  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Tesla was sold again for Bitcoin :) on: July 20, 2016, 12:00:04 AM
I know very well the Tesla prices and there isn't any tesla model that costs 200,000 Euros (~221,470 USD). The maximum price that a tesla can cost is 147,500 USD including taxes and other things, but the fact that was paid in bitcoin I don't think is fear to pay a double price.

it was sold in finland. most scandinavian countries have insane import duties even on ancient second hand junk. i dunno what the score is in finland but you'll be paying a hefty premium compared to the us most likely.

I'm not aware about the import duties in Finland but I'm aware that in Norway Tesla has sold lots of cars there, it is also known as the best selling car in the recent years, if the duties/tax/vat are ~$70k for a tesla car in Finland then this is absurd.

I already had replied to a PM but wanted to post I here as well to see if anyone else was having this issue. I'm stuck on a bug that tells me I need to verify my email address, but I had done that with the last tests. I wasn't sent a new email to verify either.

Try to click on the same verification link (if you have received it once). Also I confirm that I have received the payment for the first round and I still try to continue contributing to make the platform as less buggy as possible.
1065  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should Bitcoin even have a future? on: July 18, 2016, 09:27:50 PM
Why this kind of opinion about bitcoin? Bitcoin is increasing every day and many people are expanding their business on bitcoin too.
More people using bitcoin means that more services will be, personally I think that bitcoin has a good potential to be the first digital currency.

Yeah and above all it will be the best digital currency that will be used and accepted everywhere and also holding higher value in future.

I'm not saying the best but I could say that it is one of the best digital currency along with paypal, the reason that I say that it is not the best one is because it is not accepted everywhere and the fact that bitcoin is not allowed in some countries makes me mad.
1066  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Using Bitcoin for those in need. on: July 18, 2016, 09:15:19 PM
I have seen bitcoin be using many times in the donation websites, also few users here use bitcoin for charity. For example, bitcoincharity.org aka donatemedia accepts bitcoin for donation, few members also wear signature here.
Bitcoin is spread everywhere and accepting donations on bitcoin is fantastic.

That's true but I don't think normal users who are working really hard to earn bitcoin will believe in charity and will prefer to donate their hard earned coins.

Saying the truth bitcoin is not as hard as we think to own, people can work hard besides bitcoin (paypal or in real life) and then buying bitcoins and still able to donate, but for people that earn only in bitcoin that's a bit hard for them.
If people do not trust these charity websites then this is another thing to be discussed.

Are you the owner of this website? You have posted that we need to contact you on skype, why?
The support button does not work in your website, the website looks so buggy buttons everywhere and not working.
Btw, how do you earn from by offering cloud mining service?

1). You don't need to contact me on Skype, it's actually their for support. If anyone wants support, they can contact me on Skype.
2). The support button isn't destined to work Smiley, it just has the support email ID. We have live support for customers help and customers can even contact us via email / Skype.
3). We are partners with multiple cloud mining services and have our own setup at a DC. We generate profits by mining multiple alt-currencies and in parallel doing auto-trading of coins.

1) Alright then the skype is additional contact support.
2) It can be fixed with a line of code mailto:email
3) Why i asked was because most of cloudmining scam users.
4) I'm getting a warning on the website:

I just logged in with my account on bter and it worked (through 2FA), however they haven't credited my account yet, it has become a long time since they made the last part of 'refund', I have send them few tickets before but I always got an answer after a month or two and same answer nothing worth to mention.
1073  Economy / Economics / Re: Have $20 worth of bitcoin, how to earn more with it? on: July 18, 2016, 08:10:34 PM
About $20 worth of bitcoin what comes in my mind are two things: trading online by buying and selling altcoins and/or starting buying and selling accounts, methods how to create/earn something etc.
Recently I see many threads about Pokemon Go but still couldn't understand what's going on there, take a look there too, it's trending.
1074  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People Losing Passwords & Wallets... on: July 18, 2016, 08:06:02 PM
This is one reason why I LOL when others post on these forums that BTC is the simplest, easiest to use, safest, most secure thing going. All that more than credit cards, debit cards, banks, Paypal, etc.

The difference here between credit cards, PayPal and bitcoin are that you have someone upper you that take care of the security (not at all), so if they see something suspicious they lock your cards and contact you, but in bitcoin you are the only owner and you are responsible about your coins so once you lost them you can't get them back.
1075  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Bitcoin PTC/GPT site on: July 18, 2016, 07:47:17 PM
What ways could I develop this in to a bitcoin PTC/GPT site

http://paid-tasks.com

I have implemented a wheel of fortune and also a lottery ticket system but I would like your suggestions on how I can improve it to become more of a bitcoin environment.

If I were you I would invest changing the design of your website, it looks so old.
Maybe you can check where are your users coming from and if you have lots of non-US then you may include another languages.
1076  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Tesla was sold again for Bitcoin :) on: July 18, 2016, 07:33:06 PM
This deal is really a high amount of bitcoins, based on the article below 200.000 Euros.
And is equal to 335BTC which probably were held by an early adopter or by a rich people.
It's not easy to buy this huge amount of bitcoins at once, and Tesla is going to make a big step supporting bitcoin.
That is really huge transaction in bitcoins!
I wonder how many confirmation's that transaction needed Tongue
thanks to the guy that bought it,we will have our bitcoin more and more demanded Smiley

Guess it was double spent or zero fee Tongue, I think we should not care about that transaction but the fact the bitcoin was used in that deal which is not small. But a tesla does not cost 200.000 Euros?

Being Tesla, they let you customise your car and if you chose every feature it could easily hit 200,000 Euros.

I know very well the Tesla prices and there isn't any tesla model that costs 200,000 Euros (~221,470 USD). The maximum price that a tesla can cost is 147,500 USD including taxes and other things, but the fact that was paid in bitcoin I don't think is fear to pay a double price.
1077  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People Losing Passwords & Wallets... on: July 18, 2016, 07:27:15 PM
Another issue that I see to bitcoin users are that they do not make regular backups.
If you haven't done the latest backup then you can lose all the money if the funds have been moved to another address on that wallet.
1078  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how to start trading with a very small amount on: July 18, 2016, 07:15:26 PM
*quote too long

Personally when i was using Poloniex about a week ago ( i still use,lol it is a great market ) i have found that predicting ethereum is pretty easy,
at least for me.
But bitcoin price is higher,so for example i cannot trade bitcoin while having really small deposit ( on poloniex, dunno about other ex )

I have make lots of trading also on poloniex and the main coin that I've traded was Ethereum and it was amazing to see how often the exchange rate was changing and the main role was bitcoin price, as higher the bitcoin price went the lower the exchange rate was.

I actually had the same thing while trading ethereum on poloniex,it was really amazing to see how
price changes, and how it moves, related to bitcoin.
The spread was also great,i really recommend Poloniex

I have learned about ethereum very long time ago when the price was 10% of the price that is actually now, and wasn't much interested to invest in altcoins because it was risky for me as i didn't know how to trader etc, but through the time I had positive balance because of ethereum.
1079  Other / Off-topic / Re: Save you Bitcoin for your (grand) child / children? on: July 18, 2016, 07:09:09 PM
i am still a kid myself and also i am still single so i have to find a wife and have some children then think about what i am going to leave them Cheesy

but it is a good idea to put something away in cold storage for them and then put the password to decrypt that cold storage wallet in your will so they can find it and use the balance.
I think that it does not matter the age, we are free to think about the future and as far as i know in the rich countries people save since the beginning of the life and save money for university, marriage etc.
1080  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: reasons to buy from individual? on: July 16, 2016, 03:11:34 PM

What are the possible reasons why someone will prefer to buy btc or any other crypto to someone from the forum particularly than on the exchange sites?

The main reason seems that people don't want to share their personal details online, neither the ID(inc. a selfie with it), passport etc.
I can make a deal with that, in some previous topic have the same content with this a lot of people is said interested to buying from an individual person because to secure their personal data. and they feel doubt about the provider of transaction service about the security of their data. and choose a second way to using individual transaction or F2F.

As I mentioned before the deal person to person is the best way, sometimes safest but not always the fastest way and probably not always the cheapest way as those that sell outside want to earn more than exchanges.
