1081  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to explain bitcoin to teenagers or children on: August 21, 2017, 02:26:43 PM
Start by defining what bitcoin really is, how it started, and when it started. Some people think that bitcoin is not real so you can show examples that may let them realize that it is real. One great example is to show your income. Money will attract them. You can also teach them what you are doing in order for them to understand the nature of bitcoin well. But I guess this will only work for teenagers. Children doesn't think much of the money so it will be that hard to explain it to them.
teenagers won't care about how to make money mostly. so i think it won't work smoothly . better to lure them with something like buying game easily without have to create bank account or provide your id , it's fully have an easy access and then everything would went smooth . and they might would start to looking for how to earn it by themselves .
1082  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many Bitcoins needed for martingale on: August 21, 2017, 02:07:11 PM
I already tried that in several online gambling sites but it's really not working. Maybe half an hour, you feel like you are controlling the game but a couple of minutes more you are on your maximum bet and poof , all is gone. Huge bankroll also doesn't work because 20x continuing losses only apply but not 20x continuing wins.
it's actually works but in temporary time only. i mean in short term you might have a profitable session , but the greedy always there waiting for you . and guess what usually happened? yeah your desire to get more and more winning lead into bigger lossed than what you have earned before. the conclusion are you won't make money no matter how good you are or how large your bankroll it is.
1083  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Frustration in betting. on: August 21, 2017, 01:46:37 PM
Funny enough have been looking for just daily two odds. But seems it's impossible
Now am down to daily 1.50 odds daily. Please does anyone knows a genuine tipsters or site that I can pay to give me daily odd of 1,50. Or 2 odds
or can anyone in the house assure me of a daily 2 odds or 1.50 odds. Then I will pay you. Odds should be 100% becausE my stake are always high
a working tipster are just myth / superstition i think . luck in the end are the only thing that could make you win no matter how good you are in making analysis and tips to bet. believe me sooner or later you would get tired use the pro tipster service . better to use your own guessing. it's fully about game of chance.
1084  Economy / Gambling / Re: BTC Dice websites with faucet & 9900x roll possibility? on: August 21, 2017, 12:52:21 PM
I agree it's better to stay with provably fair trusted websites and not go support scam sites you will waste time betting there and when you get lucky and finally have your fun ruined by them not paying out and scamming you.
sounds like wasting time looking for the luck  Grin , and it's not worth in my point of view . unless if you have certain bot that allows you to run it with a single click and everything run automatically like collecting the faucet itself and you just need to fill or skip the captcha (i'm not sure this could be done) . better to try your luck for once in a week or a month at that 9900 multiplier. goodluck Cheesy .
1085  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What makes you trust a new cryptocurrency? on: August 21, 2017, 12:40:49 PM
the code.

even if i don't understand it, when it is open source and if it is popular it can not have anything shady in it.
in fact bitcoin is not only open source but also there are very good documentations out there which you can use to make everything without needing the traditional wallets. you can even create a private key with a dice physically and then write a little script yourself to sign transactions.
that's correct and i agree with your opinion when it's open source nothing can be hidden , everything are available to accessed and it's make people secure. also when the network are stable enough people won't feel to fear doing transaction and get stuck there for days. a good and well known developer also could be part as consideration i think .
1086  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Giving up gambling is not easy on: August 21, 2017, 12:32:24 PM
It will be very difficult to give up or stop playing gambling when you are in a state of defeat, especially in large numbers. Well, I understand his feelings. It will be very difficult to lose a lot of money in one day, so maybe you will not give up to get it back.
- Yes, we certainly will not accept loss, especially when the loss becomes too large, we will find a way to recover the loss, and if we fail in gambling, we will stand up from there. We always hope luck will smile but gradually after a long time we do not get anything, the loss is still increasing and we become addicted to gambling. The problem is that in ourselves, if we accept loss, we will give up gambling easily but we always live in regret, we live in hope the money will come back, we do not accept the truth, that is the reason we can not give up gambling
that's why you should learn how to gamble responsibly , otherwise you would wasting your precious time on something that you can't control and could finished badly. take a little time to think about the future and think thousands steps before you make any decision, if you think your life in harm due your gambling habits , then you have to looking for a professional help they would gladly to help you out in very easy way.
1087  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Trading vs Gambling on: August 18, 2017, 06:30:44 AM
I've been gambling for years, witnessing that I've lost everything a lot of times, I know that trade does not always compensate for small losses.
Why not trade can compensate what makes you say that the next best alternative after gambling is trading over here you need brains luck won't work at all. In gambling luck also doesn't work always but trading if you have good sources and good brains you can easily make good profit
yeah it's makes sense if you expecting to make money through trading rather than through gambling it's a reasonable one indeed. besides trading gives you less risk with a little bigger rewards you can learn it by take a look to those people who successful enough invest their value by trading , pretty different for those people who successful through gambling it's work temporarily only, in the end mostly just get back to zero due the -EV .
1088  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the most amount of bitcoin you ever had? on: August 18, 2017, 06:19:46 AM
i bought 500 BTC in 2011 when the price was $3....

....aaaand sold 465 BTC in 2012 when the price was $6  Cry
crazy ! but yeah anyone mostly would do the same as you when see your investment has increased 100% in value . i personally hold 20 bitcoin in mid 2013 when the price around $100 and sell it all six / five months later in the end of the year for $250 . guess how much worth it today Cry . it's always full of regret when you didn't believe in bitcoin right?
1089  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin is the new era of currency? on: August 17, 2017, 05:03:10 PM
For me, nothing can change the traditional currency. Bitcoin may be an alternate currency when it  comes to payment to diffrent kinds of things.  Bitcoin can still go under different changes it may depend on the community. but still Bitcoin is a big hit on the world Smiley.

We dont know what will happen on the future. maybe some environmental group may push this crypto currency to save tree's because we all know that fiat is made out of paper. if we use digital currency paper's and trees will be saved from being used.
its so hard to predict what will happen in the future, but if there's a lot of people supporting that kind of goal maybe we can assure that plan. if it become the new currency in many country it will be easy to transfer and use money.
yeah that's why people speculating about how bitcoin could turn to a real currency that would really needed in the wide community. it's easy and safe to use more than what provided by any other payment processor like paypal or whatever. it's the next generation of money , an advanced technology in banking system.
1090  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If money would not be a problem, would you still gamble? on: August 17, 2017, 04:48:04 PM
If I have enough money then I would never gamble. Why should I risk my stability?  then is far better to play a video game rather than gambling.
You feel that video game is far better than gambling, but at the same time this lasts till you give a try with gambling. Once you give a try to the same, you feel gambling to be the better than any other way of spending time if you get a small profit just because of luck in the beginning. Even if you have lot of money, the same will drive you forward to gamble.
we can't judge it based on your own urge. some people can really so idealist. what i mean is when you have enough money to live or even too much but you still have a stong desire doing a hobby like gambling then i can't see any reason they have to stop it and looking for another option to do just like what you have said.
1091  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Play with your profit or not? on: August 17, 2017, 03:39:40 PM
When you guys are gambling and already doubled your bankroll, do you still play with the whole money you got or you take away half of your bankroll and start playing with your profit or not?

Mostly play with profit. No reason to go on and lose that day  Cheesy

Well then you can play with all you money in the world and become a beggar since you dont have any care in the world for your money. For those who are gambling for fun though you may play with profits since you are trying to have fun and losing money is not that important to you. However those who are trying to make some money - they must bank every profit they get and not play with that anymore.
i'm not really sure about those people who gamble for pure having fun. it won't happened to the kind people like us who still have a lot of needs. pure fun in gambling are only for people who don't know wehere have to spend their money/bitcoin and love to get thrill through a game. which i think it would not often we can see it around. play with profit or not doesn't matter as long as you can control , you would get profit in the end or get nothing.
1092  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you feel when win in gambling? on: August 17, 2017, 03:30:32 PM
It will be the most satisfying feeling when winning, however it could be tricky if you cannot control your emotions. The one thing what make people lost in gambling is when they don't know when to stop. When you are winning seems like there is no reason to stop right?  Grin

They know when to stop but they choose not to stop. In the end everything depends on wether someone wants to stop or not. If someone feels that he has not enough yet then he wont stop. It is as simple as that and everyone makes their own choice, most people are unsatisfied when they win small amount

Precisely, because all it depends how we think or want to do it. If we want to stop it is definitely going to be demonstrated with evidence of a real and not a Word, because it is sometimes a Word sometimes do not comply with the deed done. One thing you do have to think about are our minds, when the mind is already clean then it is sure to stop from gambling will not be difficult. Because that is something that is easy, because it's clean thoughts

it's in very rare case i think someone could feel really have to stop right after their winnings. honestly i have ever experienced it , i do win huge amount of money through sportsbetting parlay and few seconds later i feel i have to stop and cash the whole money out and i did it. guess how the feeling after i decide to leave with a lot of money in my pocket? i feel so proud and have a quiet heart ( not beating anymore just like when you stake money in 50/50 chance lol )
1093  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Biggest Misconception About Cryptocurrency on: August 17, 2017, 03:22:52 PM
Yes i agree...
It is indeed a misconception to think that cryptocurrency will not last forever.
I believe the day will come wherein fiat will totally be meaningless then cryptocurrency will come in to play...
And thats the day we all needed to be prepared for...
it's even promising when you really know and understand the real purpose of bitcoin invented. feel how good and benefical bitcoin it is. more than how useful fiat today , it's form of financial freedom yeah it's decentralized. also when you know deep enough about how the money concept in bitcoin where noone could regulate it and the supply are fixed , think about how the demands grow so fast.
1094  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Worst mistake in gambling on: August 17, 2017, 02:57:25 PM
I think that the worst mistake to do when you gamble is trying to make big profits in short period of time. Wining in gamble comes with smart moves and waiting for the perfect moment to strike. Being greedy will only lead to one result; an empty bankroll.
perfect moment to strike , it's just part of superstition i think. you can't really rely or believe on something like that to get luck and win. greedy aren't the only one thing that worst . people too early say that , while there is worse thing more than that. it's when you have a lot of debts because of gambling and you can't survive to pay it all then decide to end your beautiful life terribly.
1095  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you feel shameful for being a gambler? on: August 17, 2017, 02:48:29 PM
I sometimes like to play gambling, but I'm not ashamed of it and I do not see anything wrong with it. Perhaps the feeling of shame is experienced by those who can not stop and lose all the money.

There's nothing to be ashamed of if you are gambling. You should be shameful if you are in the walls of your parents and their money are the ones you keep on using just for your satisfaction in gambling. It's not a man-like thing to do if you do that and you will be feeling shameful eventually upon doing that.

We should be ashamed when we gamble and lose alot of money. After that imagine that we leave the game with nothing but desperation. We are going to have stress, that is why only play for fun so that we dont have to suffer after we lose alot of money especially feeling ashamed about it
yes that is right that we should only feel shameful if we are not playing gambling in a right way.  for example if we are playing gambling without any planning and which is causing us a big lost then we should feel shameful. but i do not think that we need to feel any shame if we play gambling with  planning.
so you think the right way to gamble are when you have a plan and didn't lost big ? i don't think it was that easy and simple. gambling are a complicated way to entertain yourself moreover make money from it. you would need an extreme luck and a very discipline attitude to reach the next level of a gambler which what you called as 'the right way to gamble'

I certainly agree with that matters and it was jus a matter of right decisions to have as a gambler. With a right act as a person your personality reflects as you wanted luck at your side as always, but gambling was just a chances which you sometimes lose and win. So as for me we have nothing to be ashamed with if we are now ruining other people's privacy, and as long as you're doing the right thing as a gambler managing your funds very well then go on and have fun but never abuse your gambling habits.
yeah the game of chance that leading people into bigger problem in daily lives. what i mean are when you want to make gambling as a way to make profit steady but then it turn to an addiction and messed up your life. wasn't a good thing that people always expected isn't it? even when you win big , people around you sometimes would just see you as a useless person.
1096  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you would win a Jackpot what would you do with the money? on: August 16, 2017, 11:42:23 AM
If you would win a large amount suddenly, like a jackpot or a lottery, what would you do with the money? Especially if the money is coming to you suddenly, unexpected, and you were not prepared to win such large amount.

Let's say you would win something like 200 BTC or more,  which I have seen many gambling websites payout from time to time. What would you do with it?

1) You would gamble with it again, trying to multiply the bet, to get even more money
2) You would withdraw the money, and invest it into some financial investment: maybe some cryptocurrency investment, maybe some fiat investment
3) You would spend it:
    A) Buy a car or a house
    B) Spend it on women or wife
    C) Spend it on your kids
4) Donate it to charity
5) Start up a business
6) Hold it in Bitcoin
7) Other

I would almost definitely invest some of it in bitcoin, a new business, shares in companies and real estate if possible. The rest will probably be used to pay off some bills and maybe go for a short holiday.

Short holiday? With that kind of money you can pretty much retire here, and travel most of the world.

If you were to deposit some of the money in a savings system, while you are not spending it, then it can even multiply itself.
yeah first of all , save 50% of the whole winning amount for a real business later. then go travelling around the world would be the first thing i do to spend and enjoy the money that come instantly from your lucky day. take a long break from gambling that actually mostly just gives people a lot of trouble. go for long holiday!
1097  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you set up limits for yourself? on: August 16, 2017, 11:22:59 AM
Limiting yourself is very important if you don’t want to be addicted on gambling. Limiting on how much you will spend to the gambling place the day you will play will make it better but hard to maintain specially if you become addicted already and lost the track of the limitation you set. Even it is for fun, self-discipline is important so that the limit you set will achieved.
Limiting yourself is the best way to make people stay out of addiction. But here majority of the users go out of their limitations, which is because of the random winning experienced in between the time. Better is to make a strong stand to limit the time and spending on bitcoin to be successful.
limit yourself doesn't mean that you would really won't get addicted, i really doubt on it. as IMHO 99% people who come to casino in the end of their career would feel they have got addicted. it's hard to not being a greedy person in gambling , money always makes you looks so bad even actually you don't really mean it.
1098  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How did you first hear about bitcoin? on: August 16, 2017, 11:15:36 AM
I first heard about bitcoin from my professor,he was discussing different types of money and he mentioned financial technology and later on explained about bitcoin and the pros and cons about using it. Sadly, it is still not widely known in my country.

just like how internet first time presents , not many people notice and care about it. but once they realize how good bitcoin it is to used in their daily life people come in droves use it like an addict. i expect bitcoin would in the same situation like internet was. it's been 9 or 10 years since bitcoin invented and so far so good , the development and growth are so smooth and fast.
1099  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: God of gambling is just on the movies on: August 16, 2017, 10:50:31 AM
He exists and his name is Dan Bilzerian. He is a professional poker player and he made his fortune by gambling. All he have to do is go to casinos, win money and go somewhere to spend it lol.

Dan Bilzerian made most of his money from the porn scene, not from playing poker.

He is a professional poker player but is not always win, no one remains undefeated.
Anyway he now has enough money to live how ever he wants, and not being worried about wining or losing a poker game.

Agreed because losing is definitely going to occur once anyone starts gambling and Dan Bilzerian himself is also not an exception here.
None in the world has 100% profit records available, everyone will have a loss at least once if not more than that.
if the case like this : someone gamble for the first time with capital from $5 to $10 to $20 to $40 to $80 to $160 to $320 to $640 and then stop at $1,380 then really walk away to completely quit gambling i think he has that 100% winning records. but of course it's something that extremely rare. it's not impossible nor frequently we could see something like that.
1100  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: In Gambling, Money is not everything on: August 16, 2017, 10:39:25 AM
Gambling a nice type industry to make money for people who own a casino. Aren't most casinos always visited by many gamblers, who in fact just handed over their money. Only a few return home bring benefits.

Worst thought. I would not accept that gambling is the nice way to make the bitcoin. You cannot utilize it make bitcoin instead you will face lots and lots looses with the gambling option.
If you looking for good way to make btc, try to set it up in low risk bitcoin related business.
yeah people to naive to say something like that. even they have experienced how bad the feeling get a losing streaks everyweek. you would get tired to say that it's indeed to make money , nothing else. don't wait until you become poor/broke. just think about how gambling are so destructive instead really gives you good things like earn you steady income. no it won't happened in the long run.
