1081  Economy / Services / Re: Up to 0.035 BTC weekly for YOUR SIGNATURE *New rules on: January 13, 2015, 07:35:13 AM
Bitmixer was a totally reliable campaign while I was in it but it just comes up short in the overall payout scheme when other one's are booming and shelling out decent coinage. My hat is off to BM tho! And, the best of luck to all you users and sig pushers.
I agree. Their pay per post rates are generally low, plus you need to post constantly/evenly in order to get the max payout. Before they had no posting requirement and their campaign was generally considered to be the classiest out there. People would post casually and the payments would be very steady

I am curious as to why they wanted so much more exposure all of a sudden

I think it has something to do with the rise of other bitcoinmixer services, I really like bitmixer.io simple and allways on time!
1082  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Zen Hashlet PayCoin unofficial uncensored discussion. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :-) on: January 13, 2015, 06:07:45 AM
I just had a very daunting realization tonight that is going to cause even more issues with everyone in cryptos.

paycoin, GAW, and Bit license

In essence, the latest revisions of Bit license gives immunity to coin creators (developers) from having to apply. What does that mean when a company creates a coin? I'm not trying to spread FUD, this is the exact type of issue that once again I claimed is going to bring very unwanted attention to BTC/LTC/Doge/etc. If a company can create its own money, they basically became a federal reserve. Sad

But we as people add value, if we don't add value, it remains shit....
1083  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DOGED] DogeCoinDark [POD] - Scrypt - Global Darknet is LIVE! UNTRACEABLE! on: January 13, 2015, 05:54:22 AM
Really hope the Doge/LTC communities catch on to this alt.  Price has remained low...but the last couple days it's bounced above 1/2 sat for the first time.  This could be the beginning to an awakening...oh snap!

What just happened yesterday? Price just shot up 400%.

I guess all DOGE fans are also joining hands with DOGED to form strong community?
pump i think?

don't think so if you take the time to learn about the coin you will realize this coin has a great future and a brilliant present with it's features. atm still way under priced.
oke i hope it wil rise
i have a lot of it haha  Grin

LTCgear upgraded their upgrade script.

Brand NEW look....same message Sad

you can still login through the http://ltcgear.com/wp-login.php to check your account.

This guy can simply close that site and go away but choosing to suffer investors, that's not funny at all

That's the only hope I have left, if it's a scammer it's a really bad one Smiley
1085  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Zen Hashlet PayCoin unofficial uncensored discussion. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :-) on: January 12, 2015, 09:08:01 PM
HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

Escrow, unreal, the ponzi keeps going.

Let me get this straight in my head.  They want to sell you the coins at the current rate and they're so certain they will be worth 4X more in the future, they will buy them from you years down the road if you put them in escrow.

But, they already have 12M premined coins for free that would be worth that much, there's no need to buy anything!

HAHAHAHHA

What a fucking joke!

It still baffles me that well-thinking, intelligent crypto enthusiast buy into this and want GAW (!) As the central controlling organization for their investment, this is exactly what crypto fights, centralization.

The good ideas in the philosophy behind paycoin should be incorporated into bitcoin, we still need the killer app. We need a system where people can get a substantial bonus by registering, when people can use it just like a banking app plus free money then it will really take off!!
1086  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [NLG] Guldencoin.com/download — 1.3.1(DIGISHIELD) now available MANDATORY UPDATE! on: January 12, 2015, 08:23:15 PM
With the active communiry Guldencoin has, could this community be the one that designs THE killer app, which makes it easy and most of all safe to use cryptocurrency. I think in that aspect much can be learned by looking at banking apps. But in order to make it THAT easy, semi anonimity true addresses isn't possible, because for main stream non tech interested adoption, in my view,  adresses need to be registered to names, for those wanting easy to use, in stead of the crypto anonomity we are custom to.

The real challenge is in developing a system capable of evenly distibuting a fair amount of guldencoins, registering in a safe system and rewarding that, so people can add eachother to social media and really get the ball rolling. That way people can pay eachother, companies can register etc. I think something like that is needed to get non interested people in Smiley free money is free money at first Wink

Technically, they can be self funded by the buyer.  You just need a holo, and a smooth place on the back to put a private key.

1092  Economy / Economics / Re: Price drop : bitcoinners happy ? on: January 12, 2015, 07:03:53 AM
Merchants selling, miners selling. Bitcoin is still profitable to mine with better-than-average chips and cheap electricity. But the inefficient miners are dropping out, and will continue to.
If miners stop mining difficully drop also ?

Yes if the network hash rate reduces in speed it will drop down by x amount like it did a few times in Dec 2014 last year but soon went back up as more went online. In all honestly BTC mining is end of days now unless you got some serious TH power and free energy. I remember grabbing one of the first Avalon units and making 2 BTC per day with that with 60GH speeds now you need like 35TH to 40TH to even produce 1BTC per day due to the amount of  hashing power that is come online and is currently going on. By mid 2015 people are going to need at least 100TH basic to make anything and the power that is going to be eaten up by that is going to be stupid amounts. I have close to 1TH of power that's sitting collect dust now because it is not worth it to mine based on mining to power use to cost to result. The only time my units come online now is if a new alt coin comes along and I mine it at the beginning and after a few days soon turn off again due to some massive miners all jumping on it.

Then you didn't replace your HW fast enough, SP20 or antmiuners s5 still produce profit, even with this low exchange rate... It's all about power to gh/s ratio. And you''re predictions of 30 ths to produce a fair amount is a bit strong, with 5 th/s you still rake in a decent amount of bitcoin, it's all about expectations Smiley

1094  Economy / Collectibles / Physical Crypto Coins ★ All Physical Crypto Coin Suppliers ★ Community Thread ★ on: January 11, 2015, 07:40:02 PM
Hi Fellow Bitcoiners,

This thread was created because I came to realize there was quite alot to offer, one even more beautifull then the other. Because there isn't a thread dedicated to Physical CryptoCurrencies, I decided to create one Smiley. There must be others like me, not being able to find every physical coin available. I see this as a service to both buyers and sellers of physical coins, to let every interested Cryptofan find all supplier at once. If you wish more background details about physical coins --> http://www.coinfirm.org

Casascius ofcourse was the first, most well-known and valuable physical Bitcoin to date. Eventhough it's not likely any coin will ever become that valuable, there are a lot of coins today that are, in my opinion, much more refined and well-designed then Casascius, real pieces of art, yet a fraction of the costs!

This is the first rough list that I have collected to date. Sadly I don't have much knowledge on how to make it look nice on BTCtalk, nor to learn it Smiley. So if you feel the need to make it look nice, please send me the text with code Smiley It's also good for the community, and offcourse I will give you the credits Wink. If you miss a supplier, please let me know. Over the weeks I will add more details about each supplier, so it's easier to see on this thread what is actually available. I will add reviews myself, next week it will be the turn of the Kialara's, 2014 and 2015 edition, sadly not the gold one Smiley

To any supplier, if you're not on the list, please let me know and think about SEO Wink if you want your coin reviewed, make me an offer Smiley Have made some losses due to cloud mining, so BTC is scarce Wink

REVIEWS

BH Coins 4th Edition

After ordering totally on trust through the bitcointalk tread, which can be found in the list, I recieved the coins after 1,5 weeks. The coins are not expensive, around BTC0.05, yet they are very nice and have different finishes, mirror golden, antique golden, mirror silver and antique silver. In order to review them properly, I've ordered 1 of each, so 4 in total. All the coins come in airtight and exact size capsules. Also, everything was packaged very protectively. The package didn't look nice, but it got the job more than done. Also the hologram stickers and the certification of the coins are provided within a nice BH coins style enveloppe. These enveloppes can't be opened unseen, so no reselling wityhout the buyer knowing it has been opened before. These coins are normally DIY, but it was also possible to get the first few coins finished, so I did Smiley The address is provided within the airtight capsule, but you can also generate a new address if you don't have enough trust towards BHcoins, because they provide 3 additional hologram stickers for you to play handy man.

How it´s delivered

Back

Again, alot of bang for your buck. It's not precious metal, but the designs are very nice, and the price is right! Shipping is handled with care, and if not, you can see in the thread that if there are complaints, they will be handled properly. Would recommend to the not so rich bitcoin physical coin enthusiast or collector.

Crypto Imperator

After ordering 2 assembled 10.000 Bits coins, one limited and one normal through the Official Bitcointalk Thread, my order came in about one week later. Total cost including two airtight capsules and shipping to the Netherlands was BTC0.20987197. The coins came protected in 2 plastic containers, in which they couldn't move or scratch. I ordered preassembled, because I'm not that handy, but you can buy them also DIY. The capsules also fit perfectly, and are really airtight and serve as a nice showcase to me. The addresses are provided with the coins, but you can also see a small portion off the address on the coin. I like the added security that the coins only get loaded, once you recieve them.

Just like Criptoe's Guldencoin, very much bang for your buck. It isn't precious metal, but the design and coin itself is beautifull! Would recommend!

Silverwallets.com

After ordering 2 silverwallets through Blazedout419, I recieved the coins a week later. Very fast considering it's from the USA to the Netherlands. Eventhough I could order through the website, Blazedout419 didn't have a problem that I wanted to use the escrow service of PsychoticBoy. I was amazed by the beauty and refinednes. The coins are extremely well protected. They are packaged very tight into plastic containers, created just for those coins it seems, because it fits so perfectly, that the coins can't move and therefore can't get scratched. Also a handy how to guide regarding loading the coin and nice showcases are provided.

Physical Criptoe Guldencoin (NL-G)

I ordered my coins through the website physical.criptoe.com and after 2 weeks it fell on my doormat. The person on BTCtalk to talk to about questions is ny2cafuse. Because I really liked the design I ordered another one. Criptoe wishes to reduce the costs of shipping, so he sends combined orders to LTEX, so he can distribute it in the Netherlands. Eventhough this causes some delay, it's also significantly cheaper for the buyer.
The shipment comes well protected, no damage to either coins. The material is a nickel-alloy, with a nickelplated finish. The design is remarkable, very thick, big, heavy and shiny Smiley The edges of the coin are astonishing. It´s losely designed after the old ƒ2,50 dutch coin, yet much bigger and more modern. It has an blue finish and guldencoin writin out on the side.

It's designed for 5000 NL-G and through the Criptoe Thread you can find instructions on how to load it properly. 2 Criptoe Hologram stickers are provided with each coin. All in all very content with these purchases, every NL-G supporter should have one, too bad there are only 250 Grin

How it's delivered

Really beautifull coin, truly a must-have for every Guldencoin supporter or holder.

I've tried to contact thru pm vicvelcro to get more info about this coin since the official thread is still locked.

Some friends told me that this could be a nice coin since there is now a new dev team. The coin have very nice specs and at the current price level it looks very interesting. But before deciding to invest I always need to get more information. The ann thread is locked so the only way to know more was to contact vicvelcro directly.

What was originally a simple request to get some info, the conversation went as far as him wishing me to be physically hurt and death.

He sees manipulators and pump and dumpers everywhere. Yesterday he treated me post the entire conversation here, so since I'm voicing about it here, you can expect him to post it soon.

It seems he has a bit of behaviourial issues, also the silencing about topics only deemd fit to him is very strange, if you want a coin to succes, you shouldn't tie down a community like that... I still hold 50.000 ltcd, I figured after all I lost, I can bet another 0.07 btc down the drain or to the moon, who knows, but it doesn't look good with vicvelcro in charge.
1097  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: (Unofficial) Litecoindark Thread (LTCD Dead) on: January 11, 2015, 11:48:15 AM
I must say there is something wrong with this picture. If I have invested large sum of BTC into LTCD and with over time, it began to deteriorated to the point where the value becomes nearly 0, why somebody doesn't protested against it. There are complete silence. Something doesn't add up

I sold off most of my stash, while it still holds some value, only remains 50.000 ltcd. Made a loss of 3,5 btc. I think the dev team is slowly selling of all remaining ltcd, because this simply is just taking to long. Vicvelcro was waiting on emails from the others, that's what he said to me on the 3th.....

It's still a shame, the coin had some potential, community and tech wise with the first dev team....

I guess I got fucked

I still hold 50000, because you never know, it's still LitecoinDark!

I found the problem! I don't wanna use an online wallet generator, it's even safer to generate a new .dat file on a clean computer offline by starting the client and then exporting private keys and such.

Sadly the quality of the qrcode generated by the client is too low to resize it. When I resize the qrcode from the online wallet generator, it works. But I don't feel comfortable to generate an private address online, that means it's not COLD storage.

Still struggling Smiley
Have you tried to generate a new QR code online or with QR-code generating software with the exported wallet keys?

No not online, because I don't think that's fullproof. But I guess quality is to low then, you see the blurring wehen resizing.
