1081  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Golem vs. SONM ? on: June 23, 2017, 07:02:14 AM
They look like same project with different name. Sonm has already made progress in their services while Golem is still making progress.
1082  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can someone explain how this alt coin bubble formed.. and why hasn't popped yet? on: June 23, 2017, 07:00:16 AM
When Bitcoin price rose, every news channel was advertising it. It caused huge surge of new users investing in altcoin, they bought everything they could find so they could make a quick buck. Some of them are pumped though
1083  Economy / Speculation / Re: I have been waiting for Bitcoin to reach $3000 on: June 23, 2017, 06:57:30 AM
If it hits $3k, it's only going up from there. I wouldn't recommend selling at 3k.
1084  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Where would society be without the internet? on: June 22, 2017, 07:51:25 AM
It would be better, everyone seems to be running around with their own opinions these days and you can easily ruin a business/reputation with fake reviews. There are some good parts as well but majority of the people are too focused on unnecessary things that has no place in reality. Quality > Quantity. When quantity of the information increases, quality degrades.
1085  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We can't buy something with Bitcoin quickly on: June 22, 2017, 07:32:58 AM
If you're dealing with merchants who deal with bitcoin on daily basis, this should not be a problem. I think this should be only of concern if you're a first time customer or something.
1086  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How would you store >100 Bitcoins? on: June 22, 2017, 07:30:43 AM
I would store them in different wallets, offline. Keep them in different places for security reason.
1087  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Coinbase hacked!! Eth DOWN, on: June 21, 2017, 03:27:53 PM
I don't know if it's usual but coinbase has been quite slow for past few weeks. Probably because of traffic.
1088  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many people are asking you about Bitcoin now? on: June 21, 2017, 03:25:05 PM
I've had few friends who've asked me how to purchase bitcoin. Other than that, I have not heard anything from strangers.
1089  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is about to take over Bitcoin on: June 21, 2017, 03:22:43 PM
I think there are few reason for this. ETH is much cheaper for investors compare to Bitcoin. I think people are thinking that BTC pump has hit its peak, so they're investing in ETH instead. We'll have to see in few months once BTC price has become more stable.
1090  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY][ANN] openANX - Real World Application of Decentralized Exchanges on: June 21, 2017, 03:20:58 PM
Subscribed to the tweeter bounty company. Very good company. Thank you. Smiley
When should start the project?

Thank you for the participation in the OAX Bounty program, Den_mike!
There should be the User Group Signup in the Q4 2017, and somewhere in the Q2 2018 - the openANX Prototype Release.
You may check the Milestones on the site: https://www.openanx.org/en/

@PolyPanto Possibly 10K, or he joined some time ago. Den_mike?

Are you updating the spreadsheet, I sent email to AsiaNexgen few days ago to update my ETH address on spreadsheet but it"s still the same. Who should I contact? Thanks! and thanks for your previous replies.
1091  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any tips on how to tell if a coin will flop or not? on: June 20, 2017, 12:55:17 PM
You should always look at the project first to see how unique it is, partners etc. Check the developer previous record to make sure he is not a scammer. Look at the following, if altcoin has huge following it's more likely to be a success but when it comes to new project you have to take a risk.
1092  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How to make 1 bitcoin in a month or 2? on: June 20, 2017, 12:52:48 PM
Few ways to do it:

You can sign up for signature campaign on btctalk.
If you already have btc, invest it on something that has good potential
Take advantage of pump (highly risky, not recommended)
Faucet
If you have something to offer, you can provide it as a service for bitcoin in exchange.

I think 1 to 2 btc in two months without any investment would be difficult.
1093  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY][ANN] openANX - Real World Application of Decentralized Exchanges on: June 20, 2017, 06:31:36 AM
I don't see any update on the spreadsheet for Week 2. Also, how long does this campaign last? I only see column for week 1 and week 2 on the spreadsheet. Thanks

Hi, last week file was updated on Monday.  The signature campaign will be until July 1st, in case the ICO will finish faster, the week will finish regularly on Saturday.

Thanks! When do you release the stakes for signature campaign?
1094  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: ANN [PTOY] Patientory Healthcare on the Blockchain on: June 19, 2017, 03:43:49 PM
Nice project. I don't know how I missed this one. As someone who has worked in the healthcare, I can tell you that it's pain in the neck to keep customer information secure and it's a multi-billion dollars industry. If it hits off, this can be very promising for investors and healthcare providers. Good luck.
1095  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think of people that treat Bitcoin solely as an investment? on: June 19, 2017, 07:02:37 AM
Bitcoin price is volatile. I think most people realize it and use their money accordingly. For me, I think it's a great long term investment than short term. It would be great if everyone can start using bitcoin more instead of fiat but I don't see that happening.
1096  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If we all planned to invest in an altcoin? on: June 19, 2017, 06:57:05 AM
that depends on who hold the majority of altcoins. I don't think pumping should be promoted, it damages the project in short and long term.

1098  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Where to buy ICOs on: June 15, 2017, 07:29:54 AM
You can buy them anywhere, check their thread to see where it's listed. Some sell them through escrow, others on exchange etc. I don't think there is one exchange that holds all ICO.
1099  Other / Politics & Society / Re: When will Religions die? on: June 14, 2017, 05:01:08 PM
It keeps people in line, I don't think it's going to die anytime soon. If you check the history, every civilization disappeared from earth the moment it went away from God. Religion is very much needed for the well being of everyone.
1100  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is more profitable: a gambling site or a dating site? on: June 14, 2017, 04:46:40 PM
Gambling site much more profitable, you can get to more audience. Not everyone is interested in dating, things like tinder/bumble is what most people prefer. It would be difficult to compete with them.
