You will get dividends in ETH but it will be profit converted into ETH you can sell ETH same day and loss for you.

At exchange ETH and ICN are 2 diffrent tokens price doesn't matter.
ICN can migrate to Lisk if needed or another blockchain in future.

ICN just use ETH to pay dividends that is all.
