Hi! I am buying hashpower for at least 10%, up to 20%, less than CM pays, but I'm loosing money. Any personal opinions?
I doubt you are. Why would people sell hashpower at lower than market price? What site are you using?

I know, I understand it's not the end of the world. But it's just like... I'm really impatient and I want it now :'[
Hehe, same here. I guess we should all be patient, we were lucky and patient to win anyway.

Of course that has nothing to do with you, but with the card you are distributing. And the deal doesnt look as sweet, when you look at what some banks pocket when you use their VISA card: http://raiffeisenpolbank.com/kursy-walut/tabela-kursow-walutThis are spreads of over 10% for each currency on top of the 5$+ for using their card at an ATM. Since you are dodging questions and the initial cost of the card jumped from 10$ to 25$ in just one day, i have to assume the worst. The cost of the card was simply unconfirmed when I made the announcement, details hadn't been decided yet. A solution to this would be simply to not withdraw cash at ATMs if your nearby ones has a high fee, and you can just pay for other stuff with your card.

Bank rates? Not at VISA rates? What are the bank rates and what are the extra fees for using an ATM?
There are somehow a lot of fees you are forgetting, like the exchange fees of ANX for instance.
The only fee that ANX charges is 2.5%. It's possible that the ATM operator will charge extra fees, but that differs from ATM to ATM, and that has nothing to do with us.

$50 max, lol. It'd cost $100+ to ship.. I guess I'm shit out of luck, thanks anyways for the help.
Tell me the specs, and I can tell you around how much it would be worth. What city in Canada are you in?
|
|

Since I'm Canadian, yeah it'll cost a fortune to ship I guess.
monbux is in Canada, and he does escrow. How much is your computer worth?

Even though the instructions in the first post don't mention it, the signup form requires a link to an enrollment post. Please take this as my enrollment.
Thanks.
No, the signup form does not require a link to an enrollment post.

Without Exaggerating, you can expect to earn 1 BTC in 50,000 years in a pool, if difficulty NEVER goes up.
Yes, that is approximately correct. Assuming there is no variance and you always get 100% BTC profitability, and there are no orphaned blocks, you would earn a sum of 1.062 BTC with 2MH/s at current difficulty in 50,000 years.

any info about when the payouts gonna be made?
Not at all. Of course not, since you can't even bother to read. Again, congratulations everyone. Payout will happen tonight.

I started using cpuminer with slush's pool. I have no external ASIC devices or anything, just my AMD processor, though the processor doesn't really matter to this question. I did the math, and here it is: 2 Mhash/s. About 7GHash for 1 BTC I'm guessing. (this is all approximate) 7Ghash / 2 = 3.5Ghash. (2 is my Mhash/s) That means it would take 3.5 million seconds to get 1 btc (Worth I think 600$ cad) with my comp running to get 1 BTC. I think. Approximately. So that's 40 days or 960 hours. I play minecraft a ton. No problem. I just want to know if my calculations are correct, if I run this while playing minecraft for a total of approximately 1k hours I would get 600$? I know there is tons of factors but just before this I got one (yay!!!) thing, which is feedback, and I checked Slush's pool (which I'm using) and it says Estimated Reward: 0.00000001 BTC. Now I'm thinking...hmmmmmm..... one hundred millionth of a btc from...idk... Can someone help me with my calculations? I'm still getting 2 MHash/s and idc if you say it isn't worth it, I play minecraft so much idc lol. Also if anyone knows how to speed up my MHash I'm pretty sure I'm supposed to be getting more. AMD A6-3600 APU with Radeon HD Graphics 2.10Ghz. Latest SDK or whatever. Idk. I looked through a ton of tuts. My bat code I'm using is: minerd.exe -o http://api.bitcoin.cz:8332 -u worker -p pass -a sha256d -R 2 It goes to stratum and gets some error unknown method getblocktemplate, It must be normal cuz I tried this on two computers same Mhash and same error. Anything I'm doing wrong or if my calculations are wrong then please say so. Any help appreciated. I want to make money for being on my computer, I use it a lot so might as well get some money X3 Thanks in advance You are assuming 7Ghash will find 1btc in 1 second. Ummm... Vod... Can you explain his calculation? I don't even understand. Why divide 7GHs by 2?

What do you mean 7GHs for 1 BTC? Where did you come up with such a figure? No, you cannot speed it up, since mining BTC with a CPU is shit, and it will do nothing except blow up your PC. You aren't even sure what you're talking about, you're like "I don't care and I don't know".

Just curious, what is the process to collect after you've won the arbitration?
Go to the courts and seize assets. The debtor has no chance to fight or appeal. What kind of assets that can be collected? Does this include personal assets like jewelries and collections? What if the debtor has no valuable assets? Does the debtor can be imprison? No, I suppose he can simply declare bankruptcy. If he declares bankruptcy and hides assets, then he can go to prison. Not sure about the US and Canada though.

Go to the courts and seize assets. The debtor has no chance to fight or appeal. But wouldn't that involve paying fees and lawyers, to file a claim to the court to seize assets?

Correcto.

My calculation is wrong. My address 1Cb2JZxh2R8UxLCuQofdNFm4qnSkga2YyU did not wager 0.36BTC, it wagered 0.373BTC. Please look into it.
You are correct. Thanks for spotting it! We fixed the script. Erm... shouldn't the amount that I get increase then?
