1101  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Which will be best non-KYC exchanger after Ku-coin? on: July 08, 2023, 11:52:19 PM
As we all users of kucoin have knows the news of Ku-coin putting the KYC verifications mandatory for all users on 15 july 2023.
Ku coin was one of my favourite reliable exchanger specially for the non kyc system. But now they are also putting kyc mandatory ,
So I need some suggestions Which can be a reliable non kyc exchanger like kucoin?
No I wasn't aware of that, well it's sad because it was of the last large exchanges not requiring KYC. Now since OKX doesn't accept people from my country, only Huobi remains. It's not a bad exchange but I'm afraid they will ask KYC soon as well. Only smaller exchanges like Poloniex or Yobit would remain if it happens.
1102  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Virtual bug? on: July 08, 2023, 11:41:43 PM
I work for a casino house a couple of years ago - I could make a serial reference since it's been said in most of my post here.
Alright,?? Cashiers were assigned to manage the activities and book on desired games for all validated customers, but i normally noticed something very displeasing - sometimes, I felt bad for any gambler that lost in that same way and It looked to me like a kinda "money heist" program.
Here is it; A gambler could bet on correct scores - mind you, this all happens only in Virtual games - let's say, 3-0 and, since the games are being displayed on screens for them to confirm Thier winnings, it could even happen that the game stops at the 82nd minute, maybe with a 2-0 score, but once it rules out and updates the scores on the score sheets,.what we all see is 2-5...
Now the question is, how can 5 goals from the away teams be scored in barely a time to blink?? Could that have supposed to mean something different? Maybe a bug? Or is it some sort of misprogramming?
A misprogramming thing is a bug, 5 goals should never manage to be scored in less than 10 minutes, especially at the end of the game while the other team is leading, because it would look as a scam. So it's better to have a realistic behavior respecting common stats for soccer matches.
1103  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are successful gamblers seen as addicts? on: July 08, 2023, 10:59:01 PM
I wish I could have posted this in a more better place but since the thoughts came from gambling addiction, I thought it wise to ask this question over here and I hope we can discuss and get this straight.

Just as the tittle already ask, I really want to know if people who are successful in gambling also seen as addicts because I believe  for one to be successful in gambling or whatever they choose to do, there must be some good amount  of time and effort invested in it as well as money and we know that a successful  gambler must have invested  both time, effort and even money to make any reasonable  winning  and these also are features of an addict as there are always excessive time spent on a betting site.

Now let's be sincere, will you also classify a successful gambler as an addict?
Losing excessive money is one of the criteria of gambling addiction. But it is not fulfilled for the successful gamblers, because they don't lose money, they earn some. So if it would the only criteria or the main one we should say no. But time spent and feeling a need to gamble also come into play
1104  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: July 08, 2023, 09:56:31 PM
As dwyane36 already mentioned, the price skyrocketed from 0.0042$ to 0.0075$ without apparent reason... Right now it is hovering around 0.005$ but it also shows it can be risky to bet on the price as the price can jump with almost 90% out of the blue.

It looks like there was a reason for such an unexpected pump, but I just didn't pay attention to it at the time. It turns out that there was an announcement back on July 2 that FUNToken has been added to the ChangeNOW service. Overall, it's good that there is another service for exchanging FUN tokens, but it's worth noting that there is quite a big spread at the moment. For example, if you want to buy FUN tokens for BTC, the exchange rate will be ~19 sats, while the rate for selling FUN tokens will only be ~15 sats.
Well it's a big pump for only a listening on this exchange. If it's the main reason, the market had overreacted IMO and I'm not surprised by the market correction which happened lately. FUN is around 17sats ($0.0051) now. Anyway thank you for the news.
1105  Economy / Gambling / Re: Whats happening with Betnomi? on: July 08, 2023, 08:42:11 PM
when trying to access the site. And I deposited $250 on the platform just before that(I got sponsored for playing in poker tournaments recently). I hope everything will be alright soon, because I want to play poker on this amazing platform. Smiley
All you can do is hope for the best. I remember only two days before Chipmixer disappeared I mixed some coin and I was lucky to be able the get the coin back. If I was a day or two late then I could lose a larger amount of bitcoin. You never know what can happen with a centralized service anytime.
Yes you never know and sometimes they are honest and make their best to avoid to completely scam their (past) customers. For example Hotbit had a rather bad reputation but when they closed they gave several weeks to their users to withdrawal their remaining funds and they even extended the deadline at the end. So Betwrong could maybe get lucky and get back his funds.

If it's an exit scam, the last thing they will care about is their image and reputation... please think twice before writing signature quota bullshit....

And no, they did not start well; they had some huge trouble in the past, and even us as BTCGOSU had spoken out about their shady practices and how it looked like an exit scam in not a very long term.

However, I hope we are not right on this one, since it would mean people have lost kind a lot of money
What do you mean precisely by shady practices? Because even some of the biggest (crypto) casinos have shady and dishonest practices. Only few casinos have a perfect reputation actually. Do you have a link showing those past claims? He would interest many customers.

Koukou loulou !

https://twitter.com/rabatifrane/status/1675689675783127041

Roll Eyes

Just to clarify, 15k usd doesn't change your life (at least in the EU or western countries).
But It should be keept in mind that generating this amount takes an amount of time like a part time job (you have to study the odds, you have to study the events, you have to place/follow bets... pretty much any day of the week including nights)... Why not Just find another side job (probably much safer and lesa stressful?
Essential ...you must be good gambler!
we are already talking about excellent profits...
People that decide to make this "career" trying to reach other profits and they are using other stakes...
The answer is simple IMO, it's because you've just hope to have the chance to be able to win way more than that. That's the core of gambling expectations, being able to win what a full time job will never be able to offer you even by climbing the hierarchy of your work to the top. Bettors dream of the story of Bill Benter. He managed to become billionaire by gambling.

1115  Economy / Gambling / Re: won cash x drop but no prize?? on: July 02, 2023, 07:37:05 PM
The casino itself should be the one contacting the game provider if their users experience this issue on their website. It’s very unprofessional for them to just passed you on the 3rd party game provider without doing their part on contacting the provider as you are their customer. Cashdrop should be drop automatically if you win the contest after the tournament ends.

Can you provide here what’s specific tournament you join so that we read the ToS and help you by understanding the full mechanics of this contest. Upload screenshot too that provng that you really win the contest. You can upload screenshot on talkimg.com and paste the image link here.
You're right mate, it's the job of the casino to deal with that. Usually when we complain to the customer support of a 3rd party game provider, they say we will get updates from our casino and not from them, at least when they bother to accept our query instead of just inviting us to contact the customer service of our casino.
They usually explain they don't manage funds and players' balances, only the casino is doing it.

Anyone who has played here for awhile and is familiar with coin flip would you say the game is playing differently now then how it was a week ago?

For me and others, it seems that they have stepped up the level of rigging to where it is actually changing the outcome of the game in real time.

I know ppl will claim "probably fair" but that's a load of bull just to make games seem fair to attract users. This game is literally doing the exact opposite of what I do. It's learning and predicting my moves and doing what I just did right after I did it.

It's messed up because for us not familiar with developing and all the complex technical stuff it's hard for us to even describe the situation.

Unfortunately the more you gamble the more you are likely to encounter a long losing streak one day, as you are likely to encounter a winning one. But because of the nature of the gambling games and their house edge, you are more likely to lose money than to earn some at the end. If you really think an AI or an algorithm is learning how you are playing why don't you just try to thwart it?
1117  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are there real sports bet groups on: July 02, 2023, 05:04:05 PM
If someone claimed they have the right strategy for gambling and winning more times than losing, why can't they use the strategy for themselves and change their lives first?
A successful gambler is able to earn an amount from 7-15% of the total yearly-wager.
Do you play a total of 100k USD ? Ok you will win 15K USD max.
Of course there are exceptions (and lucky or unlucky moments) but in general this is what happens.

As you can imagine these are not life changing numbers, and there are absolutely people who bet just for themselves. For example, do you know the betfair premium charge?
It is clear that there are a number of operators who are able to earn significantly higher figures than those stated above, but we are referring to 0.5% of total bettors!
https://support.betfair.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6156/~/premium-charge---what-is-it%3F-will-i-need-to-pay-it%3F#:~:text=The%20premium%20charge%20is%20an,and%20meet%20a%20certain%20criteria.
You really don't find those figures life changing? Assuming you're a daily gambler, you can quite easily roll over 100 times your bankroll in one year. It means you can reach this 100k USD wagered mark with only a 1000$ bankroll. Winning 15 000$ or 10k from 1000$ is just huge. Especially because the next year you will be able to multiply your bankroll with this money and make 30k or 40k instead of 10 or 15k...
1118  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Top 40 Twitch accounts for gambling advertising on: July 02, 2023, 03:55:09 PM
Gambling faces limitations, so marketers are exploring new ways to promote. Social media have become one of the methods. I have already written about the top 50 Instagram & TikTok accounts for gambling advertising. But gambling is strictly regulated on these platforms. Therefore, Twitch may be a more suitable platform.

Twitch allowed streamers to share referral codes and links without restrictions for a period. Today, it is prohibited to stream sites that include slots, roulette, or dice games and aren’t licensed either in the U.S. or in other jurisdictions. But following the rules, influencers can stream various gambling sites on Twitch.

We have collected 2,505 Twitch channels related to gambling and I make the top 40 of them sorted by the number of hours watched.

idxNameFollowersLanguageHours WatchedTop category by HW
[...]
Unfortunately your list is not up-to-date because several big streamer mentioned there, don't stream anymore on Twitch. For example Egorkreed has been banned from Twitch and Roshtein don't stream there anymore. It would be interesting to have a specific list for gambling games : roulette, blackjack, poker, and sport betting because slots streamer are not very hard to find honestly.

If you bet with little money, maybe 1.01 or 1.02, you won't get satisfactory results, that's why it should be with big money, you can get enough results, but with a high level of risk, although in the end you rarely find failure, but this has been discussed in this forum. also about betting Odss 1.01 or 1.02 where people bet for 1 million dollars on sports and then lose.

Broadly speaking, it is unlikely that there will be a drastic downward price movement on FUN tokens, but all possibilities can happen if in the end there is such a surprise. For me personally, of course, I will avoid this kind of bet with small odds because I am a small gambler who bets with small money but prefer higher Odds on betting predictions. Even if you lose, there's no problem because I understand part of the risk and let's just say I haven't been lucky.
I agree with you, betting on small odds without large amounts don't give interesting winnings usually, especially if you have to take into account external costs like transaction fees for sending the funds and withdrawal fees for withdrawing your winnings if your bet wins. And if you try to check what the Kelly criterion strategy would recommend for those odds, the amounts are usually so scary that even high rollers advise against following it for such bets. So usually, I avoid this kind of odds but this time I don't why, I was really confident in the result.

It's sad if they really encounter serious financial troubles as some people above are assuming, because it was one of the very few casinos active on the forum. I hope it's just a temporary issue and they will be back in business very soon.

Even last UCL pool was sponsored by them, the bitcointalk community reward and in many other communities works they did in the past to bring the brand so far.
The Bundesliga pool too, maybe @Cygan is aware of something btw.
