In this case, all you have to do is to retrieve the wallet seed then uninstall the current version, install an older one then import your wallet from seed.

All you need right now is the pin code then you will get your wallet's seed.
Now, just uninstall Electrum and install an older version then restore your wallet from the seed you've recovered.

فكرة ال NFTs في حد ذاتها لازلت غير مقتنع بها فما بالك ان تم إدخالها على شبكة البيتكوين.

ساحاول بعد اذنك الإجابة على بعض التساؤلات و توضيح بعض النقاط حسب معرفتي و تجربتي مع الموقع الذي ذكرته.
اولا، موقع viabtc ليس موقع نصاب او كما يعتقد البعض كل ما يقوم به هو إعادة بث معاملتك للشبكة.
أصحاب الموقع لديهم حوض تعدين خاص بهم و يقومون إيجاد عدد لا بأس به من البلوكات يوميا.
ما يقوم به الموقع أو الخدمة التي نتحدث عنها هنا هو ادراج معاملتك في البلوك الذي يقوم حوض التعدين بالعمل عليه. يعني اذا وفق حوض التعدين إيجاد او الفوز البلوك فسيتم تأكيد معاملتك.
لكن الموقع يضع بعض الشروط منها انه لا يقبل الا عددا معينا من المعاملات كل ساعة و يجب أن لا تقل عمولة المعاملة عن 0.0001btc/kb

خمسة آلاف دولار كحد أقصى للسحب لمن لم يقوموا بالثبات هوياتهم يعتبر مبلغ قليل خاصة انه المبلغ الجملي الذي يمكن سحبه و ليس مرتبط بفترة زمنية معينة.

لحد الان و على الاقل حسب المواضيع التي اطلعت عليها أين يتهم البعض تيبمكسر بالسبب في ضياع او الاستيلاء على محافظه، فإنه لا يوجد إثبات واضح ان تشيبمكسر بالفعل هي السبب في ذلك بسبب الاحتفاظ بالمفاتيح الخاصة على سرفراتهم.

لذلك من الطبيعي ان تكون بيانات بعض العملاء و المفاتيح الخاصة بهم لا زالت مسجلة و يتم الاستيلاء علىيها طالما لم يقوموا بسحبها او طلب تدميرها.

They certainly know the address you used to make the deposit and some other information they can get from browser fingerprints like your ip address, os, browser.. Most of these information can be obfuscated by using a private browser which is highly recommended when dealing with mixers.

Most if not all mixers aren't licensed so they aren't under any obligation to disclose their customers' data to any third party. No one would be interested in using their services if they do so, anyway.
Besides, most of them claim they don't store their customers' activity logs since they clear them as soon as the session ends.

I doubt any reputable mixer would do something like this but technically it's doable. All they need to do is to seize the deposited coins without sending the mixed ones.

I believe the strongest evidence you have here is that both accounts provided the same address. But I'm afraid you will need a trusted third party to verify this information.

I'm not certain, but I don't think provably fair live games exist. I can't think of any pf algorithm that can be used in live games! This is why I said I usually avoid them since you need to trust the provider.

You are right. To be safe, you need to download the app or get it's download link from the official website and it would be even better if the devs have pgp keys which you can use to verify the authenticity of the downloaded files.
You should never look up the app name on appstore or search engines and download the first results you get.
For newbies who aren't aware of this then at least I expect them to follow their common sense to recognize fake apps. It shouldn't be that hard to realize it's fake when you see it has few downloads/reviews when it's supposed to be a popular app! Reviews and ratings can also be helpful.

It depends on why you believe trustwallet can't be trusted.
If you don't trust its developers or think it has bad security and a malicious person can get access to your seed/private keys, then importing your wallet from seed into Electrum or any other wallet is not going to help.
If someone knows your wallet seed, he can steal your coins. It doesn't matter which wallet you use.
The best thing to do is to create a new wallet with Electrum and send your coins to it.

If you are so confident he broke your casino's terms of service, why are you giving him a second chance to file an appeal? What's going to change within a month?
Can you please clarify what do you mean by saying "kyc will be canceled", do you mean rejected? and one more important point: when did you ask him and his alleged sister to pass kyc, was it before or after rejecting his withdrawal request?

For better security, each cosigner needs to generate his wallet on a separate device, seeds need to be stored on separate safe locations too.

If you plan to use Electrum as cold wallet, then you need to follow the steps described on the guide above to create one then send your coins to it. Importing your current wallet into Electrum on a air-gapped device can't be considered cold storage.
