Issue is still open. They continue asking me info and some questions according their mythical "compliance program". So for now i'm preparing legal actions. After all the ID you sent them, they still want more information from you. They are pathetic scammers. They messed with the wrong person because you exposed them here. All that happened was a start-up company (Republia) with no working live product was taken over by a South Korean acquisition expert company (Paxnet) on the basis that they deliver their blockchain technology on time otherwise they will be put out on the street. |

Just Reddit has a post saying they have partnered with "Coinexis" but when going to the "Coinexis" website it just brings up a WP template ICO page where "Coinexis" itself is raising money for an ICO. They have 112 members on their Coinexis Telegram chat at the moment. It is very convenient timing they "partnered with Coinexis" while "Coinexis" itself is trying to raise as much money as possible (many say for an exit scam). It seems to many highly probable that the same team behind Vibeo scam are behind "Coinexis" which inevitably will be a scam too. Imagine making an announcement that a scam project that does not even have a working product (other than a chat app that you can get a coder from Philippines or India to make for maybe $250) is somehow "partnering" with another anonymous company nobody knows of that immediately wants you to part with more money in their company as soon as you land on their website. And the company (VIBEO LTD EOOD: http://www.info-clipper.com/en/company/bulgaria/vibeo-ltd-eood.bgd8e7jyo.html?retry=1) was based in Bulgaria rather than Canada where the OP (ivo.vibeo real name Eric Sebastien Dechaux) claimed he was from Their Medium does not even mention the "take over" and the last update was on Oct 11, 2018: https://medium.com/@vibeoIt seems the whole thing was a scam using template chat apps to demonstrate "technology" when the whole premise was to have an ICO just to make money for their own pockets. Could you explain a little bit about your team? For me it looks like only 2-3 people in it, all other just users what you bought in LinkedIn (it is easy to do), and change thier last work. Do you all stay in Bulgaria? Like your Founder from Canada, and I see some devs from east Russia. Yes, I don't trust you have 15 people in your team. Also all have one phone, but you wrote about 2 offices on your site.
Also I see that you register your domain in https://www.key-systems.net/ and it is Germany, and site don't have English version. So who knows German? I didn't see anyone in your team from Germany.
This project idea is good but I want to be sure that I'll give my money to people who want to create something but not who want just get money and disapear. Thanks.

You are totally wrong and I actually feel your post is offending to all my team who are working very hard on this project. We are indeed 15 people and the team will grow to 22 in the coming weeks. Let me answer your points:

-Most of the team are from Bulgaria, except me, I am from Canada with grand parents from Bulgaria so I know this country very well. -I don't have any dev from Russia, you are talking about Mikhail, he is not a dev but our sys admin, taking care of the entire infrastructure, I know him for many years and this is someone I trust, he is 100% part of Vibeo team.
-We have indeed 2 offices, one is the main office and one is the development office, we partnered with LimeChain in Sofia. Some people are working remotely but all from Bulgaria. We will have everybody in the same office after the ICO.
-I haven't registered my domain on the website you've mentionned, we own different domain for vibeo including vibeo.net, vibeo.ca and vibeo.com (highly valuable domain) but only vibeo.io is active and linked to vibeo app project.

Was it a scam from the beginning with all the premine? Stay clear of MNX and their lies, everything they say is a lie, they will make promise and dates and they will blatantly flat out move on to the next one.
Hows the ATM machines?
Do you really ship your "mnx" cards in the name of a lithuanium recruitment agency?
Do you really send "FREE" upay cards for people who have paid money for these FREE cards?
Then when you ask the question about it in their support chat they just ban you.

What you wrote is entirely true. They sent out cards in the name of some under investigation Lithuanian company. They charge MNX to send you a Upaycard (that they got for free). Without notice or warning they ban people from their Telegram channel if you ask a question they do not like. They delete any post that asks questions or criticises them in their censored Minex scam thread |

It does, it's just that the jsfiddle doesn't "live reload". After making the code change (e.g. changing the salt) you need to hit "Run" and then redo the verification (and you'll see it prints out different busts) You seem to know a lot about coding. Are you a full stack dev? |

On the issue of the HYIP scams, it's a major red flag that they still haven't denied publicly (at least on this forum) their involvement on them. They are helping these scammers by omission. But it's likely that someone is using their names abusively. Of course, that doesn't change a thing about their selective scam on my case. The key thing in your case as you rightly pointed out is they selective scammed you and that is the reason they claim to be a legitimate business. They pick and choose their customers to scam depending on their situation so if they scam 1 in 25 or 1 in 50 customers but the other 24 or 49 are happy then the numbers of complaints are tiny. Rather than carry out and open scams many scammers pretend to be a bonafide business but behind the scenes they are criminals waiting to sting their next customer playing the long game. |

The Republia and Minex scammers will not be paying any bounty.
All the fools displaying the Minex and Republia avatars along with signatures, especially self-confessed paid trolls such as yurez83 will end up with nothing.
All the promises made by the scammers to pay scammer fool yurez83 and other fools will be broken because Borys and co are not honest at all.
The scammer fools think they can keep pumping up the thread with positive posts and get bounty at the end? They are now asking for KYC just to steal your ID so they can sell it later to the criminal underworld and will never give anybody bounty.

(4 posts by 4 users deleted.)So 4 users have had 4 posts deleted since the system to display deleted posts was implemented and at 20 - 30 posts before that must have been removed. They have deleted my posts also. Cards still dont work. No whitepaper just nothing from them for over a year. Safe to say they will exit scam as soon as Instabuy is empty. I am not sure about the exit plan yet. They still have maybe between 10 and 30 cards they sent out. The cards are useless, worthless and without doubt they are trying to buy time for Borys and his inner circle scammer alliance consisting of Temhuk and Racquemis1 along with paid trolls such as Jedgar, yurez83, akira128 and a few others. Their "instabuy" is one way to make more money. Much of that money was diverted to Republia and of course was used to help fight the Court cases that Borys have been involved with regarding tax evasion and fraud. This bank started to have serious problems in March/April 2018 due to illiquidity so Danish state had to intervene.Danish state financial agency, Finansiel Stabilitet took control over bank Kobenhavns Andelskasse at 13th Septemeber 2018.They found that bank has almost no assets ,so it has to go in bankruptcy process, where all depositors can get only 100.000 Euros per account,as a state guarantee measure. At the same time ,users of Upaycard services started to report serious problems with money withdrawals in all forms. Upaycard started to stall,making all possible excuses,especially demanding already verified customers to give them a whole bunch of additional documents and when customers did it, they decilned them due to any possible reason,playing back and forth game with customers.You can find a lot of serious compaints about it on Sitejabber Upaycard review(plus few obvious positive bot posts).
