1181  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best eSports Betting Sites on: July 08, 2020, 10:48:51 AM
I do not really believe in the list especially if it talks about rhe rank of the list. Most likely the top list defines by survey by getting samples from the participants. This means that it is not all will going to participate in the survey and the result will not really tell the top list.

However the list may indicate that those esports betting sites may do good. So, I advise to all the who do the bets to make a careful research before joining. It might be better to start with small bets first to test the site and its platform.
1182  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slots are better than Dice. on: July 08, 2020, 10:36:23 AM
Truely speaking, slots is an EV- game just like dice. You may get a lot of sensory overload with the colours, music and lights but these are only distractions to keep from seeing your losses. They are both going to make you lose more than you win if you dont stop at a point of win.
It was already stated by OP that loses is inevitable due to house edge.

However, OP has a good point too. I might agree to him with the reward system if both will be compared. Slots relatively bettee letting you take wins even if jackpot is not hit. This will delay your playing time and will let you still lose in the end if you are not lucky enough.

Sometimes winning may depend on luck. Playing hard in dice or slots with tha much luck will let you win in the end and take home a bag of money. This is what scenario is going to happen sometimes in real casino. Few left with bag of money but still more individuals left with little cash left.
1183  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My suggestion on Bitcoin adoption on: July 08, 2020, 10:29:34 AM
Bitcoin indeed is not yet being adapted and used as what its purpose should be. For now, creators were still not resilient on bringing bitcoin to the next level instead they just I think waited for the right time introducing this system world wide.

It may be hard also to introduce the system because of the news spread widely to which they tag bitcoin as scam. I am not negative on bitcoin and not believing on it but I had only stated the reality that happen in our place.

So this adoption process takes time and let time reveal when the community embraces the bitcoin system if it is proven to be good for the community
1184  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ESPORTS - predictions and tips (Dota 2, CS:GO, LoL) on: July 07, 2020, 07:13:16 AM

1185  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Chess on Sports/eSports betting on: July 07, 2020, 07:05:00 AM

Right. There's no need for you to do research things and stuff if you are just looking to have fun or do the YOLO strategy. Everybody wants to have chess games to be on bookies soon. And hopefully some platforms will create a p2p type of game with bets against real players or can have an option to play against AI but with certain levels to check difficulty. I think that's going to be a good pastime and hobby whenever it goes crypto.
Yes it will be possible on promoting chess using the p2p type of game. It will just need a certain advertisement and it can be done using social media. Still it needs the approval and subject for regulations.

But if it must be push through then lucky we can use the forum for the publicity of the chess game. It may be that much but the target users here were good since most of the users here do already know how to use crypto as an exchange. Hope to see chess will be part of p2p gambling platform.
1186  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: July 07, 2020, 06:41:58 AM

Will see, I'm not seeing PBA cannot resume this year though, I am thinking on how the people on their organizations especially the players will be able to survive, though they are earning well but they are just receiving their salary too and they have different lifestyle, so just like what NBA did, I think PBA will still resume no matter what.

Also, I'm thinking of the PAGCOR casino, it's billion pesos revenue that we will be missing if that will not be re-open, so these are big revenue generating business that are vital to help the economy of the Philippines.
No, it is possibly not for now for there are guidelines being set from the IATF which for now sports that has physical contact is not allowed. There are only certain provimces do allow for now to open entertainment esrbalishment due to zero record of covid case.

Besides the PBA l organization coule not risk als to let the players resume their plays for all the blame will be to them. And again this is a violation for now not only in physical contact but clearly the no crowd gathering policy of not more than 10 individuals.

If you are just hearing news to resume PBA then that is just rumors for now the Philippine country striving to fight the transmission of virus and then in just a small amount of mistake lockdown will going to happen again. Pretty sure it will be a disaster.
1187  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 1.1 BTC in 35 Days on Sportsbet.io on: July 07, 2020, 05:04:52 AM
You surely had take some time in sharing the insights you had made during the bet how you come up with a profit.

Most gambling sites are like this. One may be able to while other were keep losing. Whatever strategies being made still it will not a guarantee that betting platforms will be more like a milking cow station. Gambling sites are design for past time and also and also to have fun, excitements where money is at stake.

I guess as what you had been mention that there is a slight advantage on what you had been made for the live sports betting and that is the good thing where you ca bet and have the result fairly.

Still you are lucky on this part after winning consecutively congratulations by the way.
1188  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I have a plan of teaching college students in my neighborhood Bitcoin on: July 07, 2020, 04:19:45 AM
Well guess I am an educator too in secondary level and doing a part time job on tertiart level.

I know most of education system has similarities being copied from one system modified or improve and there were guidelines being imposed. I do not know how these could be possible to teach bitcoin in students literally in formal or classroom instruction. This surely will violate guidelines on the teaching process regarding on irrelevant topics to be discussed for example bitcoin.

Bitcoin is not yet formally introduced by the government and it is also impossible to for now because or rumors against bitcoin like scam investment.

However, I know that bitcoin will going to be part of the culture one day. Well just have to wait on when could it be just like the pandemic we are facing now. Some countries do consider it as the new normal way of living life adapting the current situations with the pandemic.

Maybe the rules can be improved somehow, with lightlord's approval? At least a part of them. For example, the rules related to excluding someone from the campaign.

Can this be changed and exclude users after 3 consecutive inactivity warnings?
Whatever rules may be going to apply and will going to exclude inactive users then i will definitely try my luck to join this campaign. After having been inactive for almost a year turns out that i missed to be back here in the forum. Of course still wonderful to earn few cents as well.

1193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Libra vs. Bitcoin - What's the Dif? on: June 28, 2019, 03:50:37 PM
This is my first time knowledge to know about Libra coin. It seems that libra coin is one of the most promising coin knowing that it is a project integrated to social media apps like facebook and others. But, the hype of bitcoin was not being caused by libra because it is the bitcoin block chain that will determine the market and not by the other coins.
1194  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain average confirmation time on: June 28, 2019, 03:47:43 PM
Well, average time for bitcoin block chain for confirmation will depend on the the transactions being done. Sometimes a heavy transactions for bitcoins will be the cause on delaying bitcoin confirmation time. Though we should.also consider that time is gold but mind you that it will reach to the one's wallet who requested the transaction. One will.just be patiendlt especially if one will have huge bitcon transactions.
1195  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: IS BITCOIN ATM PROFITABLE BUSINESS ? on: June 28, 2019, 03:43:43 PM
It seems so since bank are now experimenting and running beta test machies for digital currency. This because they had seen huge money flows on cryptocurrency and if one of their banks will allow crypto to fiat conversions using atm machines or vice versa will definitely will let that bank to earn more. However, it may seem hard for them to start because of government regulations.
1196  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Faketoshi aka Craig Wright seems goes straight to jail :D on: June 28, 2019, 03:41:39 PM
LOL, hope that AKA satoshi will be able to acquit this case. since it will be hard to prove a case against a system that is not yet being regulated and accepted in the US government except for exchanges that are caterimg this cryptocurrency users.

Anyway, i found this case hard to prove for CRAIG and well just hope that all decisions that court will be made is for the good of both parties.
1197  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Attack on Bitcoin on: June 28, 2019, 03:37:54 PM
How did you know OP? I was about to get interested with your post as it seems that you can be a good source when it comes to bitcoin market price pump. Yeah it did a market price pump and I was surprise that from 10.7K surging up to 12k + usd. This OP has very interesting knowledge to share with.

Anyway, I will be checking on your post OP and hope to see more updates from you.
1198  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Grand Theft Crypto: The State of Crypto-Stealing Malware & Other Techniques on: June 24, 2019, 01:57:38 AM
A recent report developed by cryptocurrency intelligence firm Ciphertrace estimated losses from theft and scams in the first quarter at $356 million with additional fraud losses of $851 million totaling $1.2 billion in total loss. Alongside the report came a study recognizing how the attacks were coming seeing an increase in malware and ransomware attacks.

A few other noticeable ways funds are being taken are through clipboard hijacking, website clones and social engineering. While it makes me positive to know we've figured out ways scammers can creep in - do you think the tech will be strong enough to avoid these?

https://finance.yahoo.com/news/grand-theft-crypto-state-cryptocurrency-053700942.html
In the future yes because bitcoin is still developing and people are still learning to avoid scams and frauds. This is part of the developments where losses could be determine at early stage. However, the team to which crypto investment regard has already establishing ways to avoid this and spreading awareness especially here in the forum. Just always take time to read threads and posts that is related to crypto scams and frauds.
1199  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Attack on Bitcoin on: June 24, 2019, 01:53:27 AM
Somewhere, a group is preparing an attack on Bitcoin. It will come around the next big pump. The attackers will have an exponentially large advantage of computing power. If the network isn't compromised, it will be severely damaged.
Wow, having bitcoin network seems I could not think that the network will be damage as we all know that bitcoin network are using supercomputers that could even accomodate high or heavy transactions. If you mean that bitcoin could go higher because of these possible pump then it will be possible as the system will automatically adjust its market price whenever there are large buys for bitcoin.
1200  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Development for Bitcoin to reduce CO2 footprint on: June 24, 2019, 01:50:26 AM
Well, there are many reason that one can reduce the CO2 production but we cannot say that it is only bitcoin that could be the reason for this. Whether there is bitcoin or not the sole reason to reduce CO2 production is to save mother earth and this is to produce electricity that could be use in household that limits and minimize the CO2 production. As OP stated those are the example of lesser CO2 production electricity generator in the likes of solar power panel, geothermal, windmills, and water pressure like in those rivers with high current.
