1181  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is Addictive...Pay Attention to your Gambling Habit!!! on: September 18, 2020, 01:31:31 PM
Gambling is additive depending on what kind of person you are.

There are people who are good at self-discipline and self-control, while there are also people who are not good at it and very greedy in gambling.

We have different perspectives and reason why we gamble, some of us are making it as a source of money even if it's not. Some of us are making it as a habit or as a stress-reliever so that they can release the tensions in themselves. We should always remember that gambling is risky and the only thing that is good in it is its entertainment that it can bring to people.

1183  Economy / Economics / Re: Covid economic impact - How can Bitcoin help to boost global economy? on: September 17, 2020, 12:11:39 PM
Bitcoin can't directly end the economic crisis because bitcoin is just a tool in the market and economy. Don't expect too much and rely on bitcoin too much because that will probably disappoint you. Although bitcoin is already famous and have a lot of user, it is not guaranteed that bitcoin can do anything. Remember that bitcoin is still under development and working on its own to become the best cryptocurrency. Bitcoin can somehow help global economy when it becomes totally adopted by most of the countries in the world.
1184  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why government Don't kill btc? on: September 17, 2020, 07:24:36 AM
It either the government accept bitcoin or ban it. But, here is the fact, bitcoin will continue to thrive as a non centralized crypto.

I believe governments have started seeing the positive side of bitcoin.

They only have two options: either to ban or to accept it in their country.

Bitcoin will never be dead even if the government is against it. There are a lot of bitcoin fans here in this world and it is really impossible for them to vanish instantly. Governments are not prioritizing about banning cryptocurrencies especially bitcoin, is because they know that there are a lot of profit in using bitcoin and regulating it in the market and their economy.

Governments are benefiting from it by those transactions fees that they can collect in every transactions that the customer do.

1186  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: My taught of plagiarism, spamming and scam in forum. on: September 16, 2020, 03:28:19 PM
Some ought to plagiarized cause they are kind of hefty lazy they can't have their own words, and some don't take credits where they get their information, lazy one as well. On regards with spamming I think it's fully addressed now by the use of merit system.

I think scamming here is a bad idea if ever there's one tries to, their are numerous guys outta here that are active and doesn't condone such acts plus with the trust system in its back.

Plagiarizing is really the most known prohibited thing here and we don't tolerate that here in this forum.

You need to make a reasonable post, quality, and informative so that you can prove your point to other people.

It is not that easy to make a good post if you are willing to earn a merit and if you truly deserves it. You just need to do some effort, spend time reading a lot of articles and news regarding the market, economy, cryptocurrency and in the world. But you should also consider posting if it is necessary, so that you prevent yourself from spamming.
1187  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The acceptance of cryptocurrency worldwide on: September 15, 2020, 12:07:25 PM
Cryptocurrency will one day be accepted worldwide. Because it bestows us a lot of windfalls. Although there are some impediments, in my viewpoint, the proportion of windfalls is more. Hopefully one day everything will be great.

Bitcoin's volatility can be a hindrance towards its acceptance in the community worldwide.

It will surely take a lot of time before this bitcoin to become fully accepted by the people because it is still under development. It still have a lot of flaws although it is the most popular cryptocurrency and it is profitable. My perception towards bitcoin is that it can possibly become accepted in public but this is not the right time to think about that.

Bitcoin was made to dominate the market and we just need to wait for it to happen.
1188  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying a private jet with Bitcoin? on: September 15, 2020, 11:27:27 AM
This will probably not have a huge impact towards bitcoin's adoption in the market.

Not all people are dreaming about a private jet, not all people are planning to buy a private jet so I don't think that this is effective. It is much better to have a normal transactions when buying goods, products, groceries, or even bills with bitcoin because it is much more practical than a private jet. It is much effective and useful to utilize bitcoin into our needs instead of wants. So think before buying something if it will benefit the bitcoin community and reputation but in the end, we are free about the things that we want to buy with bitcoin.
1189  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbee: Is bitcoin a real currency on: September 14, 2020, 09:55:18 AM
Although bitcoin is not tangible like the actual coin, it still does exist in the market and it is real that most of the people are benefiting this coin and can change someone's lives.

It is not real in terms of its physical form, but digitally, it is.

Bitcoin can be a source of profit, then you can turn it in to fiat so that you can benefit it in the public. It is not yet in the mainstream because of a slow adoption in the community, and that's one of the reason, they are saying that bitcoin is not a real currency because we can't see and touch it with our senses.
1190  Economy / Economics / Re: Can legalisation of Cannabis help US economy? on: September 14, 2020, 09:25:42 AM
Legalization of Cannabis is not that easy to achieve especially if the government and its people is not open-minded to do it. It is true that cannabis can be abused because it is addictive, although its benefits in our health our really good and essential but we need to consider other factors such as addiction and crimes. I also want cannabis to become legalized and be regulated properly so that there will be no conflict towards it and its people. Also, cannabis will surely help the economy grow because as we are not seeing those people making transactions with it, there are people who are rooting for a legal transaction of cannabis in the market which is really hard to see in the future.
1191  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Don't use your bitcointalk account password on other websites on: September 13, 2020, 11:02:43 AM
Prioritize the security of your account above all because it is not that easy to earn your rank here.

Never settle with only one email that you will use when you access other platforms. Using VPN is not that hard to do, you can learn how to apply it in Youtube and any other tutorials because it is really important. Always make a unique password, as soon as possible maximize using letters, numbers, and symbols to have a unique combination of passwords. Keep in mind that bitcointalk account is not that instant to have, so value it and take care of it to prevent scamming and hacking.
1192  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It is possible that bitcoin will use nowadays in cash less transaction? on: September 13, 2020, 10:17:39 AM
You forgot to mention paypal, credit card, online fiat etc. Government only trust e-money pegged by their fiat with par 1:1. Many government even banned Bitcoin on their country (e.g. Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal [1]) and I don't think any government will adopt and use Bitcoin, especially Bitcoin is high risk due to high volatility.

I completely agree that there are other easier to use cashless payment methods. But a certain country's government doesn't necessarily need to adopt bitcoin or bitcoin to be completely legalized; what's mostly just needed is Bitcoin to not be illegal.

It is clearly depends in the government if they are knowledgeable about blockchain and regulation of cryptocurrency in the economy. It takes a lot of courage for the government to legalize bitcoin and adopt it in any transaction that they make just to make it become more popular in their country. Cashless transactions are much important right now due to the risk of getting the virus but like what I've said, it takes a lot of courage and willingness before the government engage to it.

Let's accept the fact that bitcoin is still in the process of development and it is not in its full potential yet.

1194  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Voted best trading platform on: September 12, 2020, 03:13:03 PM
Hello, according to you, which Bitcoin trading platform is best for newbie and professional investors? Personally I use Binance and very satisfied, the exchange stability, high speed and no margin.

You already said it, Binance is really the people's favorite in terms of the best trading platform. I'm also satisfied with its service and their response towards some issues that some other customers are experiencing. High speed and security is really what I like on them the most, it is really newbie-friendly and easy to access.

I used Coinbase before but I'm just not that satisfied and I think that it lacks some features but I'm not against this trading platform. The thing is it is not for a newbie who wants to learn trading.
1195  Other / Archival / Re: What will happen to bitcoin on a world war? on: September 12, 2020, 02:42:15 PM
I think there would be a rapid increase in the price of BTC because of uncertainty. Fiat currencies would lose their value as people scramble for food and shelter. Since gold isn't easy to carry around, BTC would be the perfect alternative since one can migrate to another country and access their BTC from the cloud. But all this depends on how bad the war gets.

Why??? People are dying due to the conflict between two or more countries then probably most of the countries near it will be also affected. I don't think that bitcoin will have an increase in its price because money will become useless and not be used to survive as people will not value and will don't care about it anymore.

That's the reality when we experience war. Development and advancement of technologies helped the strengthening of those nuclear warheads and explosive so this modern war will not be the same like before. Humanity can be vanished in just a week or two if war really happens.

Survival during times of war really matters the most, you don't need to but things amidst of war, some people are just scavenging market just like what is happening during riot.

1197  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin adoption because of difficulty faced by mankind on: September 11, 2020, 08:41:12 AM
Many of those unbanked people are so poor that they don't even have a phone or a computer, so using Bitcoin is not an option for them. And some are just so used to cash that they don't want to try digital methods.

Additionally, Bitcoin's learning curve is steep hence many people are quite hesitant to try it, not without some form of guidance from someone who has experienced it.

They are not digitally adapted into the new technologies that are existing in this world. They don't know what bitcoin is, they don't even have a good knowledge towards the market and the blockchain. Hopefully, universities will implement bitcoin as a course or subject. This is what we need right now, we need to go with the flow so that we can adapt in the things that is making our life easier and better.

You can learn bitcoin with yourself only, and you don't need someone to teach, curiosity and willingness will help you learn everything about it.
1198  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: How to protect yourself from fake giveaways. on: September 10, 2020, 09:18:48 AM
The best way to avoid fake giveaways is to stay away from them. From my own experience, those giveaways are a big waste of time, in the end you will regret how much time you wasted supporting them. It is better to create value helping members here answering their questions if you have the experience or knowledge.
I have the same thought, why waste your time for a giveaway when you can just work and earn it, if it really is a giveaway then they should have given it to you the second you join their clique.

People are easily be lured by free money schemes, they think that those are legit and people are willing to send free money.

They should understand that there's no easy money in this world and you need to work and take actions in order for you to help yourself grow and survive.

Work hard and do an effort because money will not instantly or automatically will go to you. Patience and hardwork pays off in this life full of struggles and opportunities. Don't wait for a fake giveaways, fake schemes, and etc. If you have more questions regarding this just visit more topics related to scams.
1199  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin for salary on: September 10, 2020, 07:24:52 AM
This is one of the good ideas that I've read when it comes to bitcoin adoption. Making bitcoin as a salary is really what can matters the most to those people who are educated about it. If you have an idea on what bitcoin is, then probably you know how important this cryptocurrency to someone who owns it.

It is very difficult to let people know that bitcoin can make profits, they just think that bitcoin is a scam and it doesn't have any value in the market. That's the reason why ignorant people prefers to have fiat money as a salary, because it is easy to use in buying goods, it is a real money and they are not that into the use of modern technology.
1200  Economy / Economics / Re: In COVID-19 everyone needs motivation on: September 09, 2020, 03:47:52 PM
If this is in relation to the pandemic - I don't thin k it's come off that bad we needed a downturn anyway as its a weird result of capitalism (a crash every 4-20 years).

In terms of the world, yes we do need to find ways to make everywhere a bit better (especially since it shouldn't be too hard in developed countries). I think there's a bigger problem that was mentioned earlier of people wanting short term change without any effort required - which benefits only a very few people and not even an entire population.

The governments are responsible for the good of all people, they are the ones who have power to help the economy rise again. They have power to implement laws, control the budget and use it in the right way. It is true that there are a lot of opportunities where people can engage as a source of money during this crisis but it is not that easy to find.

Individuals are working hard to cope up with this struggles in life, jobless people are increasing and it is our own duty to look for something where we can benefit of. Relying in the government and waiting for the aid or help is not a guaranteed option, we should deal with the reality that we can't survive if we don't move.
