1081  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in Southeast Asia? on: December 13, 2020, 08:27:17 PM
wow, sounds like a really interesting trip. Best of luck in your journeys and hopefully you are able to only use BTC along the way. That would be amazing.

Hoping that his cryptocurrency journey will become successful because with that statement, I really understand how passionate and hard-working he is in making transactions with BTC.

I just like his courage, willingness, and how he trust bitcoin so much when it comes to investment in the long run

We just need to support him so that he continue what he is doing in crypto world.
1082  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China will bring up the Blockchain Engineering Bachelor. on: December 13, 2020, 04:50:00 PM
This just means that china is serious and really interested in the blockchain technology and want to apply to its people. This is a bold move, after all, china always leads when it comes to technology, it only matters of how it will be used by their government.

But there are rumors before that China is against the use of Bitcoin and they want to create their own, and right now I'm not updated about it if it is true.

Their government is against it and they want to make one where people will invest to it and it will grow their economy which is a good move if many people invest on it. A country who engaged in Blockchain Technology will really achieve faster and immediate development in their economy and businesses that will help them to grow more as nation.
1083  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbies dont be Alone Here! Ill help you! on: December 13, 2020, 04:06:03 PM
Being mindful when dealing in many platforms is important especially that we don't know who to trust.

There are a lot of people who are abusive when they engaged with newbies who are unknowledgeable about earning and how bitcoin works.

Thank you for letting those newbies what they should do to secure their assets and to become aware about how scammers can ruin the image and reputation of bitcoin to people who are starting to invest on it.
1084  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Back then and Now Non-believer to Believer on: December 13, 2020, 08:36:43 AM
I was so much curious about bitcoin some years back and end up scammed up my hard earned money which make me fearful and negative towards cryptocurrencies.
But slowly i have learned a lot of things, experienced more and i'm changed and now things have changed. Now i am a hodler and very positive for the future and will always be consistent in it.BTC

It is always the mistakes that will help us to grow and to realize everything that we did from the start.

It takes a lot of courage, risks, and hard-work before you can recover from that losses and always remember that bitcoin is volatile and you can make profits or recover your losses depending on how updated you are.

I just don't want you to give up on bitcoin investments because you are not the one who suffer like that, just understand that investment is full of risks.
1085  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Millennials’ impact on the future of digital assets. on: December 12, 2020, 07:17:15 PM
Several more generations will be able to trade bitcoin. But of course, what awaits this asset in the future will soon depend directly on millenials.

Bitcoin's adoption and community really relies on this Millennial generation but bitcoin doesn't rely to us.

Its volatility can be manipulated by many factors such as other cryptocurrencies, world issues, economic issues, market issues, regulations, and etc.

But as we are now living in a world full of technology then we are the one who are responsible about its growth and popularity.
1086  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Analysis of optimistic and pessimistic states of Bitcoin on: December 12, 2020, 06:47:51 PM
None of us will be around here in 21000  Grin

Maybe he just said it to prove that he is being optimistic about the things that can happen on Bitcoin.

It is not bad to become pessimistic towards bitcoin because you are just thinking of the possibilities and you don't want to hurt yourself expecting too much from bitcoin.

We should always consider its volatility because if you deny it then your views towards bitcoin will really hurt your feelings and can cause disappointments and doubts. Be mindful of your mindset towards bitcoin and making prediction is not that bad unless you make it depending on the the possibilities and reality.
1087  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A friendly reminder on: December 12, 2020, 06:13:01 PM
It is your own will and decision if you want to buy more bitcoin in the long run.

Although it is not bad to invest most of our asset in bitcoin but we should also be mindful about the possible things that might happen in the market.

It is really hard to become so confident with bitcoin, we should also invest on other coins or businesses that will help us grow and become stable. Bitcoin is volatile and there are a lot of things that might happen 5 to 10 years from now. It is hard to say if bitcoin will really boom soon, there are factors that can affect its price and those factors are unpredictable.

If you really trust bitcoin and you fully rely on that, then go on.
1088  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will never replace fiat cash. on: December 12, 2020, 08:27:33 AM
Bitcoin never meant to replace fiat.
It is an alternative, a store of value and a an electronic cash system.

What store of value is it storing? It`s not like gold where the value that is stored is actual metal.

The fact that they are in a different platform makes bitcoin also a store of value in a digital wallet.

Bitcoin can be stored in a wallet where you can safely handle it confidently.

It is really impossible for bitcoin to replace fiat, did gold replaced fiat? No.

Exactly, because it is only an asset where you can make profit and wait for its price to increase in the market.
1089  Economy / Economics / Re: State influence for cryptocurrency on: December 11, 2020, 06:06:18 PM
What impact will it have on cryptocurrency in a country torn by recession in the COVID19 pandemic?
some developed countries have entered recession. I just want to know what impact it will have on cryptocurrencies in your recession-ridden country

Ultimately recessions are never good for any market.  People tend to tighten up with their excess money.  It might have a slight uptick but longterm recession will turn a crypto market bear just like other markets.

Recession is never a good thing in the market especially in crypto market.

This pandemic really bring a lot of bad things in our life, economy, and everything. Although it made bitcoin much more popular than before due to digital development and adoption, recession are still there and ruining the market. We are unlucky because businesses are closed and we are not having any positive movement or progress when it comes to economy and market.
1090  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin proved it once again on: December 11, 2020, 12:47:35 PM
It has always been like this since Bitcoin has become the most dominant cryptocurrency in the market. As long as the dominant cryptocurrency doesn't change, Bitcoin will continue affecting altcoin prices.

That's why we can't deny that bitcoin is the best cryptocurrency in the world and those altcoins are just its deputy when bitcoin is not doing well.

We all know that there are factors that hugely affect the price of bitcoin but when it comes to altcoins, bitcoin is the number 1 crypto that hardly affect its price.

When bitcoin is bullish then altcoins will not be that stable, but when bitcoin is stable, I guarantee you that altcoins will boom in the alt market.
1091  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC vs GOLD on: December 11, 2020, 11:33:24 AM

People will once in a while move their cash from one investment platform to another and that is what they have done from gold and other assets to Bitcoin now. It is not something new as everyone want to always safeguard their capital and keep a good profit margin. Soon, the money from Bitcoin will also move out elsewhere either to altcoins or to stocks or even back to gold. It is a circle.

There are bitcoin investors who are buying altcoins when they don't see any profits from bitcoin, they rely on profits from altcoins as they are observing the market. Just like what you've explained, if your asset is not moving then probably you will work for something like a different platform where your money will grow. If you realize and understand it is really a cycle and you are just circulating your assets and make it move in the market. But for me, the best asset is still bitcoin above all, although it is volatile because it can give you much larger profits.
1092  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I quit smoking and buy Bitcoin every week on: December 11, 2020, 07:36:33 AM
good choice for your health and your wallet! more you have also financial freedom meanwhile you enjoy to stay without smoking. saving money in bitcoin is always a good idea, and this seems a very good situation. very important, pay attention to relapses since isn't hard start smoking again after some months Wink

Maybe, he already realized that smoking is not worth it and can shorten his life.

It is not too late to leave our vices and addiction, there is always a solution and effective way if there's a will to stop it.

He is a good example that bitcoin can be the cure to our bad past, bad decisions in life, and bad experiences. Bitcoin can be the one who will help us to recover and become a financially stable individual. Once you are successful enough with bitcoin, try to find something that will help you as an alternative for smoking such as physical activities. Best of luck!
1093  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Cryptocurrency Beginner on: December 10, 2020, 12:28:27 PM
Purchasing alts only to turn them back into BTC is a complicated, unnecessary waste of money. Just purchase BTC instead, you're going to be better off. You can purchase as much as you like; purchasing an entire coin isn't required.

Altcoins are ways on how to make another profit besides bitcoin, if you invest on it so that you can recover your losses in bitcoin is not a good thing to do. Bitcoin is the best cryptocurrency in the market although it is so volatile and still developing itself. There's no such thing as a perfect cryptocurrency and if you will purchase a coin, focus first on bitcoin and hold it before you make another investment in another coins. Always remember focus on bitcoin.
1094  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best way to introduce Bitcoin and blockchain to people on: December 10, 2020, 11:56:55 AM

Now with the way things are going, don't you think the earlier the better we start educating people about cryptocurrencies??

I was in opportune to speak with most of colleague in city where I m telling them about usefulness of bitcoin many other currencies today they are happy, I m also introduce them how to make use of binance to trade today I m being compensated with some Satoshi as an appreciation.

Now, if I don't do that do you think I can be valued to that extent?
So no effort are being wasted so many are eager to learn based on other's result.

You can teach them  but you can't force them to learn it . There should be a reason for them to want it so you can easily explain it to them . If the person you want to pass your knowledge doesnt want it even you have a good intentions  you will be tired explaining it to them . If you really want that the better thing you need to do is to have a seminar in your city or state and invite the people you want to teach about blockchain and crypto do it in a group.

It is really hard to teach someone who is not willing to learn or who is not interested about it.

Learning without willingness or focus is useless and nonsense especially that if you are willing to teach but the person you are talking to is not valuing all of the things that you're saying.

Bitcoin and blockchain technology is a complex thing to learn because it has a wide scope that you need to understand not only bitcoin itself. You need to study the market, the techniques, the strategies, making predictions, and etc., also on how you will make yourself disciplined, wise, and successful.

Once you achieve that, don't hesitate to teach other people who are willing to learn just you do before.
1095  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Few questions about the bitcoin. on: December 10, 2020, 10:03:39 AM
You can invest your time practicing skills like programming, developing, designing, and etc.

They can pay you USD or BTC but make sure that you can do things that they want because there are businesses here that needs a lot of skilled worker.

Faucet can be one of your ways on how to own bitcoin or money but if you really want to make huge profit in bitcoin then you should invest and study its behavior in the market.
1096  Economy / Economics / Re: Pandemic will bring more economic progress in long-term... on: December 10, 2020, 09:29:45 AM
Have you seen any changes in your working environment like these?

Yeah, this new normal really made us adapt depending on what we are experiencing these days.

This pandemic made us adjust depending on the situation we are in. This working environment that we have right now is less toxic compared to the time where we actually go into the platform or workplace where do our jobs. Also if you are a full time investor of cryptocurrency, you need to understand those changes, with the exchange, banks, and other factors that can affect how you deal with the market.
1097  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Bitcoin is a Massively Underrated Opportunity in Today’s Macroeconomy on: December 09, 2020, 09:55:05 AM
You are right, it's greatly undervalued, but its value is based on people's perception. How do you value something that isn't physical and that another person cannot value for you? For instance, stocks have their IMO price and knowing the value of the company and their yearly revenue you can decide whether it's a good or a bad price. Bitcoin doesn't have anything like this, that's why many people think it's overvalued and in a bubble, while in reality it is not.

If people really don't understand the nature of bitcoin and how it works, they will probably make a lot accusation towards it.

Bitcoin needs to prove to them that it is a guaranteed asset for investment and trusted asset in the market.

It is treated like a useless currency because they are not seeing it physically and scams are destroying its reputation, but we need to change that mindset and start moving.
1098  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Millennials Are Twice As Likely To Buy Bitcoin Than Gold on: December 09, 2020, 09:00:14 AM
It is due to the fact that Millennials are easily attracted when they see an asset that is very profitable and have a huge price in the market. These days, if you ask someone what is bitcoin, they probably have an idea already so they will answer immediately. But still gold is much more popular as an asset compared to bitcoin because if you ask some indigenous people in a certain are, they know what gold is, so they will probably choose gold to invest rather than bitcoin. Also bitcoin is an active source of profit while gold is just a passive asset that you need to wait for so many years.
1099  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: World Map of Bitcoin Legality on: December 09, 2020, 08:13:44 AM
I think thats its just a matter of time and we will see the green in all the world because when you compare this map with the previous years maps this one have many changes...let me also tell you that in the unknow regions and even in some red regions governements dont care about people if they use bitcoin or no this mean that the people of those countries are free to use crypto without fear from governement punichment

I know that all of us are rooting for the whole map to turn green 5 to 10 years from now.

Those provinces or rural areas in the world will probably take more time to adopt bitcoin because they are not that technologically inclined and development is probably slower compared to those who are in urban areas.

Just like most of the countries in Africa, they are having a hard time to fully adopt bitcoin in their country because they are still suffering from poverty and slow development in their daily lives.
1100  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin at risk of regulation? on: December 09, 2020, 07:40:10 AM
This is the problem in India adopting cryptocurrency, they are having a hard time regulating it in their economy.

It is not that impossible for a country to allow and legalize bitcoin unless they can regulate it properly so that they will not have a problem on exchange and transactions.

Bitcoin is really new for some developing countries especially that it is decentralized and governments have nothing to do with it but to legalize it or not. Not all countries do have guts to accept bitcoin and let it circulate in the market because they have different mindset towards its existence.
