Alright fellas!

I'm through to the next round in grand style, At the end of the day, it wouldn't have mattered if my opponent is Omikifuse or LTU_btc, there was just no stopping my team this time around  Wink

Nadal is also one set and a break ahead against De Minaur that would further add to the solidity of my teams performance because should Nadal wrap this up, then a Dimitrov win would hand me a 5/5 in the tennis H2H question  Grin

Don't kick a man when he's already down doesn't happen in the EPL, does it ? Liverpool are literally done for in the EPL title race, 5 points from the last possible 15, where did it all begin to go wrong for them ? because to be honest, it was looking very likely to be a grand sendoff for Jurgen Klopp about a month or so ago, a trophy at hand and looking to be in pole position to scoop at least 2 of those 3, now it's all come crashing down real hard.

Wow! I can't believe LTU lost his duel on penalties despite having more attempts, but it's seems to be huge blessing in disguise for me, as I've gotten a point lead over my new opponent already with the tennis question, and there is just a single question difference between us after that which is RB Leipzig vs Dortmund where I have a goal in each half and he does too, only difference is I'm with over 3.5 goals, while he went with under... Anything other than that is next round for me  Cheesy

It looks like I'll be up against LTU_btc as Omikifuse didn't take all his penalties (didn't answer all the questions, or maybe it's my browser that's malfunctioning). That said, against LTU there is only a couple of advantage to look forward to, first I hope Palmer isn't fit enough to play, that's cruel of me, but I mean it is what it is  Grin, Both Maroszan and Mussetti have been eliminated, a Nadal win would then put me right on the edge of qualifying for the next round.

I guess it's time to go for broke! There is no way I can find way my into the top 10 without some kind of magic, but then miracle do occur, so maybe there is an iota chance for me, 1% Chance, 99% Faith  Wink

There are some good odds to exploit here and hope for the best, good luck fellas!

De Minaur vs Rafael Nadal rematch tomorrow, I knew both of them would meet each, so one definitely has to leave before the deadline given, I thought about deeply and knew I could have chosen to play it safe by going for a Yes, Yes or very safe with a No, No, the latter being the better choice because should in case whoever wins tomorrow then losses out on Sunday match, that way, I would get both right and there is no way I would get both wrong with it, but instead I chose to go aggressive with a Nadal - Yes, De Minaur - No. I do hope this doesn't comeback to haunt me  Lips sealed Lips sealed

I was thinking about the same, but then I checked who the opponent could be in the next round, which as far as I know will be played on Sunday before the deadlines finishes. I did pick No, No for Nadal and De Minaur, but I knew that while it is kind of playing it safe, the winner of Nadal - De Minaur will then be up against Tiafoe. On a good day Tiafoe is probably able to beat an out of shape Nadal or De Minaur. But it wasn't an easy one at all as Nadal now has had his first tournament and I am wondering whether he can now significantly step up his game.

Sorry to burst your bubble Tiafoe is not that guy, if you ask me, he's being getting his ass over and again whopped by Ben Shelton. He's not going to be anywhere near a match for Nadal, nor De Minaur. Tiafoe is actually one of the most overrated tennis players in my candid opinion.

I'm so looking forward to the Nadal vs De Minaur game today, I doubt I'll be missing a single second of it.

The NFL draft result is out, and we have QBs for picks No. 1, 2 and 3  Grin with a total of 6 QBs in the first 12 picks so far.

I just tuned in to the games and was surprised with the Magic vs. Cavs game. I thought my eyes were were fooling me when I saw the 106-66 score. This was like watching a regular season game featuring Celtics vs. Pistons. I know they are leading 2-0 and will be 2-1 soon but this is still embarrassing way to lose. Gamblers who placed bet on Orlando with a double digit -handicap surely made some good money here.

A huge win from Orlando Magic they just proved to everyone that them being in the playoffs was no fluke, whether or not they have good experience of the playoffs, they showed that they can play good basketball both in offense and defense, they completely tore the Cavaliers apart right from the very first quarter, they didn't give Cavalier any chance whatsoever to be in the driving seat or dictate the game for them.

76ers were also able to secure the win against the New York Knicks, with Joel Embiid dropping 50 whopping points against the Knicks defense, giving how the previous games transpired, I doubt anyone would have anticipated a player dropping 50 against this defense.

I almost won this combo. If only the New Orleans Pelicans had won, I would have won this combo too. I thought the Pelicans would win that match because Game 1 was a close match and they almost won Game 1, especially if CJ McCollum had made that last shot. I also managed to predict 1st half/full time for Celtics vs Heat but another leg ruin it. Of course its Pelicans again. 😤

Damn mate, that was some tough pill to swallow especially when the Heat with the most odds had won and cover the Over, almost 3x the odds of that of the Pelicans.. Better luck next time.

I'm still very undecided about any bets for today, I like the Denver vs Lakers match up but I think there will be some tweaks to the roster, I don't know exactly what to expect but if there are not much changes, I likely would go towards Jamal Murray assists or PRA over, the current line for Jokic and Anthony Davis which have been my go to pick in the first 2 games is now ridiculously high from my perspective, Both of them are @ 13.5 Rebs each @ less than 2 Odds, so I'm going to pretty much pass on that one. Perhaps, I could take a risk with a role player, Reggie Jackson, Reaves, Gabe and Dinwindie are those I have in mind, I'll make a decision very close to the tip off.

I used bench boost and I did well despite some players being blank, but thanks to players from Palace and Everton I managed to score high points this gameweek 34, I used bench boost now because I know that in gw 37 everyone will use bb and tc and it will be difficult get high points there, I trusted Salah again for doubleweek and it was a disappointment, but happy with 159 points

Hahahah man congratulations to you, that was a crazy and bold play, nobody can expect the players you have in the bench collecting so much point in the same round and being from weak teams.

Im still expecting to see the system counting my points from bench because in my starter i have 3 player less, two spurs guys and Palmer.

It's impossible to use two chip for a single game week, so no one can play Bench boost and Triple in game week 37 alone, it will be one or the other.

I need to start considering FPL chip as a curse and never pay attention to it, it's has always be more of a nightmare whenever I use any chip

here is the result of my benchboost after Doughty got autosubbed in with -1 point  Embarrassed

Gentlemen! It's time for the final matchday. This is the only and final submission for Pot B, while on Superbru's Pot A, I will remind you once the finalists are known.

For Pot B, ML outcomes are on the first legs of the semifinals, with bonus outcomes for the second legs as well as 2 sets of outcomes for the final. Loads of big odds to choose from, many of them are actually based on outright odds from Rollbit, so these aren't (all) guesswork. Good luck for Tuesday!

A quick question, regarding the questions that involves a player's goals and/or assists and then those involving the number of goals scored by a team or in a match, is it just the 90 minutes that are taking into consideration right ? or does any potential extra 30 minutes count as well ?

I can say now that currently, it's coach Spo is the best coach in the NBA.

So because Miami Heat won a game at Celtics Spoelstra suddenly is the best coach in the NBA ?? Big Joke, it's a series I hope you remember and it's a best of 7 series, and If you think the Heat are capable of getting this upset, I'll take you on a sidebet of 1 mBTC that the series doesn't go as far as a game 7 and the Heat doesn't win it.

A couple big games tonight on TNT. Both the Los Angeles Lakers and the Philadelphia 76ers are fighting to stay in the series and get their first win to avoid going down 0-3, which will likely mark the end for either team. I like the Sixers’ odds better than the Lakers, but I’m sure LeBron doesn’t want to get swept by the Nuggets again.

The 76ers really get carried away easily in close games at the final minutes of the game, they really need to start pay more attention until the there is no time left on the clock, it's a 48 minutes game and playoffs for crying out loud, they should stop getting sloppy after playing hard ball for 47 minutes and throwing it all away in the last minute. They were able to avoid a major disaster in the play-in game vs Heat, it was the exact same play Lowry throwing a careless inbound pass to Maxey with a huge miscommunication between Maxey and Embiid, they were able to get away with that simply because the time had elapsed before the ball went out, that should have been warning enough for them, not them getting caught up by the exact scenario that cost them an important win on the road.

I'll probably back the Lakers here, but 9 consecutive defeats to Denver makes them look so owned by this Nuggets roster, we'll see what Ham, James, and AD can come up with as a counter punch, because another sweep or 4-1 loss could mark the end of Ham and the Lakers journey together.

Good pick as you predicted it right, without Butler Herro find ways to bring his teammate to his battle, providing 14successful assists and really played well to snatch this game 2 against the home team, not just a deadly shooter but also he showed that he got that skills finding his open teammates.

checking the current stats, SGA already got 24points and still have a whole 4th quarter to play, good luck !

Thank you!

SGA ended the game with 33 points, maybe I'll start consider some 5-10+ fold ACCA for the player props as I look to be hitting them with some good success rate, I'm currently around well above 90%+ from my single props since the playoffs started, I think I have only lost just once. Hopefully, I can keep the streak and momentum for a long time.  Smiley

Checked the match awhile ago, and saw the Celtics and Heat match. Just did a little research why the odds is x9 and just find out that Butler is not playing and it's Boston's homecourt but I've saw the defense and 3's of the Heat and thought they can win without Jimmy and turns out I was right. That was some good bet but I haven't staked too much, but still it's still x9. Congrats to me!  Grin

That's some nice nice one! Congrats!

Miami have gotten to even the series as it heads back to Miami, I hope they're not looking to cause another major upset here like they did with the Bucks a year while playing as the 8th seed as well.

I'm getting a high scoring vibe from this game, I don't know why. It's very tough indeed to know which team would cover the spread in these matches tbh, good luck with your bet mate Wink

2nd Quarter Edit: Unrelated but is anyone catching the game ? Some OKC fan named "Eli" just hit a mid court short for a whooping $20,000 from Midfirst  Shocked Shocked

I'm sticking to the players props as usual, for tonight I've got two players in mind I saw Tyler Herro Over 4.5 assists @ 1.64, and I hop on that quickly, Herro didn't get that many assist in game 1, but things are meant to different for the Heat tonight and I was expecting Erik Spoelstra to make some adjustment that would have Herro on the ball a whole lot more.

Alternatively; I've also got Shai Gilgeous-Alexander total points Over 28.5 @ 1.83, SGA was a point in game 1, but that could be attributed to him starting a bit slow, I guess he should be firing on all cylinders today, if he can get going early.

138  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2023-2024 betting on: April 24, 2024, 12:56:44 PM
I think the road teams could be worth a shot today but the odds just aren't enticing enough so it's better to ride with home teams ML here than the road teams with a too low handicap line if you ask me, Dallas Mavericks are the only road team that could be worth backing ML, but they too have a couple of inexperienced players that's factoring into their entire result, but Kyrie and Doncic seem rather enough to carry this team, especially if Kawhi Leonard remains out for Clippers.

Indiana Pacers are way too playoffs game inexperienced for their own, and they look really out of sync or form in game, even without Giannis they'll need to correct a whole lot of things to be able force a long and interesting series for the Bucks, and the first things will be taking care of the ball and knocking down shots when they have the opportunities.

Same with your thoughts, i wasn't able to update here but I bet on the road teams last night. I won on the Pacers and the Mavericks but loss to the Suns big time, not sure if this team could come back in this series, you know, 2-0 deficit is kinda hard but let's see. Of the games that I won, the Pacers was the easiest but I have fun watching how the Dallas won, I just like Kyrie, he is in beast mode and so unstoppable.

So tomorrow we have 2 games, I'll skip the Miami Heat vs Celtics, but I like the Pelicans to upset the OKC Thunder.

Just like a placard with a sarcastic writing that I saw from a Minnesota Timberwolves' fan in the game last night which states "The Sun always set", I guess that meant the Phoenix Suns are no longer effective if I'm not mistaken ?

Frank Vogel really need to look for new answers from his role players, their big three alone just isn't going to cut it, they'll need help deep into their roster, they don't complement each other enough, maybe one of them would even be better of starting from the bench, and the lack of a natural point guard is quite evident in their team, Bookers performance have dropped significantly, maybe if they had kept Jordan Goodwin he'd have coming in handy right now.

That being said, the series is just 2-0 and it'll be utterly naive to consider it a done deal just yet, I think Phoenix could even the series on home court, but I'll go with Minnesota to win the series in 6.
139  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2024 NBA Season on: April 24, 2024, 09:39:13 AM
We should wait until game 3 is over, that's the best chance the Lakers could win because they are at home and they have the crowd to support them. I'm also betting on the legacy of Lebron because it doesn't look good if Lebron got swept again by the Nuggets which he is a hall of famer and even in the discussion on being a GOAT. I know the momentum is on the Nuggets but in the last 2 games, they Lakers had control at the start they just failed in the end which is something they have to figure out how to improve.

LeBron has proven many times throughout his career that he is one of the best players in the history of the NBA. So, even if the Lakers lose the upcoming game, it won't change anything regarding LeBron's greatness on the court. Just keep in mind the fact that no matter how great and versatile a player is, he can never win a championship by himself.

+1

I also agree that regardless of what happens in the Lakers vs Nuggets series, it is not going to deter LeBron James' legacy and status as one of the greatest player the NBA has ever seen, how many of his draft class are still playing basketball up to date, let alone performing at a top level which Lebron is still doing at age 39.

Lakers have their self to blame from letting game 2 slip through the fingers, but the series is still very much far from over and if there is anything worth nothing in the first 2 games, it's that the Lakers are an highly competitive team, and making the playoffs via the play-in and being up against the defending champion and 2nd seeded team in the west have not change that fact, with the series now heading to LA, you should expect a different atmosphere and a better result from Lakers, if the Lakers stood a very good chance to have won a game in Denver, I don't see what's stopping them from restoring parity on home court.

My bet on Jokic should be an easy hit, Jokic with a double-double already and it's still just the first quarter of the game, 3 rebounds more with 36 minutes left to play for should definitely be an easy reach for Jokic here  Smiley

Not sure what game to put alongside with another playoff game will need to review my choices in another hour when my reloads come in so to place a bet for tonight.

Have you considered Tyrese Haliburton on total number of assists ? He was offered at 10.5 assists @ ~1.85+ in game 1, of course he fell 3 assist short in that game 1.

He's currently still offered over 10.5 assists @ 2.00 Odds, I like this and I believe it should be a hit, he should have easily hit the number in game 1 too, but the Pacers were extremely awful in finding the bucket in that game, while their transition offense still look pretty well like something that should give the Bucks a real run for their money in as much as they finish around the rim and convert their open look shots this time around, Hali should have no problem getting a double digit assists.
