Cool, another NFT collection. mmm, I wonder what would make your collection rare and make them go viral? There are so many collections popping up nowadays. I notice on your website that you have not yet set a price, however it would be really good to know a ballpark that you will be aiming for. Since you are on ETH I would guess no more than 0.05? They are cute but I don't see special things like golden traits, but then you only posted a very small number of examples out of the 7777 total. Maybe let potential buyers browse the whole list. The other thing I would like to know is if you are going to put it for sale on a platform like OpenSea or if you are going to mint it and let users choose their own market where they want to trade or sell it.
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 3DPass - 3D object tokenization platform | New Proof of Scan algorithm on: February 05, 2022, 01:11:01 PM
A novel idea to use tokenization of a 3D object. My first reaction would be to wonder what the likelihood would be of the same object being hashed twice but with different results, or two near identical objects being hashed but with the same result. My next concern would be since you are doing a token sale who are on the team and some credible dox so we can see who we are dealing with and who will be holding a large portion of the supply, before putting money in. It is a good idea you have if you can make it work though.
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] (PLSR) Pulsar Coin POS/POW Blockchain on: February 05, 2022, 12:58:44 PM
It seems that your coin is similar to the way coins were launched way back 2014/2015. Your whitepaper is 6 pages and full of flaws that raises more questions than it answers. The environment has moved on to provide new rich-in-functionality platforms eg DEFI. Perhaps you should look into providing more value and functionality than just mining and listing on an exchange like the old days. If you keep on the current track and plan there is a high risk that your coin will just be pumped and dumped.
124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: BREATHTAKING PLAY TO EARN HUNTING METAVERSE on: February 05, 2022, 11:42:02 AM
I think you have a good whitepaper explaining what you want to achieve very well. There are a few aspects I would like to highlight if you can please explain those:

  • If the private data (private keys) will be stored local, what would happen if a player's hard drive crashes? Will you provide an online backup facility or is it for the player to make his or her own backups?
  • The whitepaper explains the mechanics well relating to gun stats etc. and RNG playing a role in being successful in a hunt. However, in hunting, accurate shot placement is part of the skill and thrill. Will a player be able to aim for a head shot or will the player just aim in general towards the animal and if successful it will register a kill and not indicate the result of the shot placement?
  • How much do you foresee the cost be to play per week in terms of transaction fees?
  • The NFT animal list page in the whitepaper is not displaying properly (perhaps it is just on my side)
  • In the market overview section - Hunting/gaming market under "Hunting games" you refer to 150,000 million players. You are probably referring to 150 million players.
  • Consider doxxing the team and not just abstract names.
  • Consider having an audit done and publishing the results
125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] TheCoffeeBeans - the next breakthrough in the RETAIL INDUSTRY crypto payme on: February 03, 2022, 05:00:50 PM
I see you got the Copper Membership, that's good.
You do not need to create a second ANN thread if you are concern about the pictures. The pictures now are automatically displayed after you activated the paid membership.
If you would like to keep the new self-moderated ANN thread as your main one, you can now lock this one with a link on top to the new one.

I find it suspicious to create a new self moderated thread instead of answering legitimate questions in this thread. However it is in his right to do so, I would have rather just deal with all the questions in the first thread and prove to the community that he means business. There may for example be a very good reason to build a new POS system that he can share with us, if it was my question that upset him.
126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] KratosDAO [Optimisms First Reserve Currency] [DAO Protocol] on: February 03, 2022, 11:25:21 AM
I am trying to understand what you are trying to achieve. From what I can gather is that you have a mechanism where people that bought Kratos can stake their tokens and where more can be bought. What I dont know is if you are just (1) telling the community about the fund, (2) telling the community that there will be a DAO where holders can vote or (3) asking for more money by asking people to invest. I tried looking for a whitepaper and tokenomics but couldn't find it and the FAQ on your website is empty. Can you please link us to your audit report by Peckshield?
127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] TheCoffeeBeans - the next breakthrough in the RETAIL INDUSTRY crypto payme on: February 02, 2022, 09:30:46 PM
I am also a coffee lover, but there is something I want to raise regarding the POS system:

POS system
I am struggling to understand why you need to launch a token to operate a coffee shop. In your whitepaper under "How is BEANZ POS Sw/Hw different than other POS system?" you mention "Traditional POS Sw do not support transactions via cryptocurrencies". While that may be true, Binance has launched a card that can be funded witrh crypto and used at normal POS devices. Your description of POS seems to indicate that you want to develop an integrated device that consist of both the POS device accepting a card eg PED device, as well as the software to manage the transactions/orders. This is a huge undertaking. I would think that you could use a normal typical POS system like Micros or equivalent and couple that with a normal POS device where people can pay with an existing card that can take crypto like the Binance card.

The only other reason that I can think of for a token issue is like you mention to raise capital to start a coffee chain. This is a valid reason for issuing a token, however there should be no reason to develop POS though and that would save you a lot of time and money.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Galaxy games - dark metaverse on: February 02, 2022, 09:02:01 PM
Can you please confirm something: In your whitepaper you link to the Hacken audit folder and indicate that you received a clean audit. The Hacken audit list does not contain a GLX, GAP, Galaxy, Dark Metaverse or any other keyword that could be linked to your project. Under which name will we be able to find your audit report by Hacken?
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [MLOKY] 🚀MLOKY Token Fair Launch 🚀 on: February 02, 2022, 06:27:46 PM
Token buyback and burn will come as part of the marketing fee, this will be community driven by way of consensus to determine the details of token buyback and burn. Due to limited supply of the token it's impractical to include a constant burning in the protocol, instead the team and community will drive the burning event.

MLOKY is a second token within LunaChow ecosystem and you can see the whitepaper on our website https://lunachow.com. LunaChow ecosystem currently has 2 tokens - LUCHOW & MLOKY, and we have NFT Marketplace live, more features is under development that'll create more use case for both tokens in our ecosystem.

Thanks for pointing out the whitepaper in LunaChow although I cannot read in the whitepaper anything about MLOKY. I also see in the whitepaper you pointed to, that 1 billion tokens goes to Vitalik Buterin. I dont understand why you do this, are you sending that amount to his address? Also, why start with so many tokens just to burn almost all of it immediately. You could have started with a smaller total and not burn anything.
130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 📢🔥[ANN][BSC] CPLAY Network, One Ecosystem For All Your Crypto Needs | IDO Live on: February 02, 2022, 05:07:56 PM
IMO solutions like CPLAY 2FA Shield will get most of users attention since security is main concern in the minds of token holders these days. I myself lost huge quantity of coins in my crypto wallet and wasn't able to recover them. I am interested in seeing how this solution will look like in reality.

Well you be right in many aspect. Most of wallets like electrum are very poor in providing security and it can be easily hacked. 2FA shield is badly missing in wallets and this feature can be a selling factor for this project provided its implemented in true spirit.

I am not saying do not have the ability to authenticate to the app using 2FA, I am just questioning why build another 2FA code inside the app if you can use something like Google Authenticator. It just adds another layer of complexity that you need to ensure is secure. Building the 2FA code generator inside the app adds it to the same channel and it is best if 2FA codes are generated out of band.
131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]Venice Swap ICO - (VENICE) - One-Stop Experience Exchange and Swap on: February 02, 2022, 05:05:06 PM
Since there are just two days left which is not a lot, you should perhaps consider two things to increase your potential success in the public ICO:

  • Trust is a big deal, especially with all the scams around. You should make public the name of the auditor that reviewed your project. I know you mention in the whitepaper it is available on request if an NDA is signed, but still it would boost the trust factor. Auditors shouldn't have a problem with disclosing their name if they followed all the correct audit procedures as per the audit standards. There are enough disclaimers in audit reports to protect them. Hiding their name makes potential investors wonder why the audit firm does not want to be publicly associated with the project
  • If you have audited your smart contract you should also publish the results and who performed the audit.

Just a note, a lot of people cannot afford ETH anymore and are moving away from ETH to cheaper chains. ETH should always remain, but if you want volumes perhaps another cheaper platform would have been better, purely from a transaction fee perspective.

The mentioned audit was relative to the application framework used also in the development of our applications, but not only for that and we can’t disclose more than what we already published without breaching existing contract and privacy constraints. As regards the smart contract it was built on the base of Open Zeppelin contracts that are constantly and publicly audited. As regards cross-chain, VENICE is already available also on Polygon network and also will be our DeFi app in a reasonable time

Thanks for your response. I still don't understand why the auditor's name should be withheld and if it is so by contract why you would write that into a contract. There are many companies that will be able to do audits that are willing to publish their name. Also even though if you built your contract on another platform's contract, you should have an audit on your implementation thereof. I am just saying this for the sake of trust and increasing trust in your project.
132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [MLOKY] 🚀MLOKY Token Fair Launch 🚀 on: January 30, 2022, 05:07:20 PM
Well done on a clean audit on your contract. Please do some effort to improve your tokenomics and create a whitepaper to give people comfort if they buy into the pre-sale.

It is just my view, but I think it would help a lot if you can put into your tokenomics where the BUSD specifically is going to come from that will be used to reward holders.
133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ValerStudios | Incubator & Crypto-economy |building the next 100 years on: January 30, 2022, 04:45:04 PM
Another project with a good cause. A few notes from interpretation of your documents and published information:

  • Take note that the arrows on the picture of the first post in the thread is wrong way around for steps 5 and 6 (enterprize side)
  • There is a lot of focus on the staking pool and the rewards that will be earned by people staking. It is not clear what is going to drive the price of the token. Based on the next point there will be a seller pressure
  • It is not clear what the use of the token is going to be apart from facilitating the mechanics. In the end there is going to be a lot of VLR around - VLR being staked, VLR being earned on staking, VLR received by the enterprize being incubated. What will they be able to do with VLR apart from selling it? Even the VLR that goes to the charity bags will have to be converted to USD for on the ground use
  • I can understand that DAO style decisions will be done to select charities, but if VLR holders will also guide the enterprizes being incubated, what will happen if the enterprize management don't agree with the decisions that the stakers recommend as it is not true autonomous decision making. Refer page 9 of whitepaper "While our V1 process relies on direct negotiation of terms with Valer Studios leadership, our vision is for this process to be governed in a fully decentralized manner, allowing VLR token holders to guide all decision-making about the enterprises that best fit within the model".

135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Last Wish Coin on: January 30, 2022, 03:12:05 PM
It is an amazing and important concept to have one's last wishes in a contract. You have seen a need for such a service. However, there is a current and active platform currently that is doing exactly this, among many other things. The platform is called MyWish (was initially launched as Last Will). On this platform you can create Will contracts wedding contracts, launch airdrops etc. I put some links below. I would strongly suggest that instead of launching another coin, that you look at that platform to see it it satisfies your needs. The MyWish team has also launched Rubic Exchange and Algebra Exchange.

136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] CryptoWar - A Metaverse Play-To-Earn Game on BSC, Polygon, Avax on: January 30, 2022, 12:43:25 PM
The game looks very nice. I looked at the docs and noticed that you say the average BNB gas fees to fight is 0.142 BNB per week. At $387 the BNB gas fees would be about $55 per week. Does your average calculation take into account all the game aspects including forging weapons, upgrading, attacking etc? Is this the real cost of playing the game or are there additional costs that need to be added? I also noticed you deployed to Polygon. How does gameplay gas on Polygon compare to the calculations in your official documentation?
137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Intelly Tech - Enhancing property development and real estate on: January 30, 2022, 06:58:05 AM
These are my concerns with the Intelly project:

Use of INTL vs USD Stable coin
Various investments are done using INTL and funding of the various funds are with INTL, however all payments to investors are using a USD stable coin. This will cause significant downward pressure on the price of INTL as there will be significant sell side activity. In addition, investors will provide INTL to invest in a new project and if INTL is paid to the the developers they will immediately have to convert it to USD via a payment provider facility as they will need USD to buy materials to build a project. I am just wondering how you will be able to maintain a stable price for INTL and where will the funding come from to support this? This will be critical for the project. Else you could just as well do everything in USD stablecoin and just use your platform to facilitate.

Investment decisions
Who makes the call on where and what to invest in. There are a lot of scam investment projects and real estate developments that are high risk. The vetting of the projects that come to the platform will be extremely important and trustworthy. The first failure you have or where a "developer" disappears with the funds, the platform's reputation will be gone.

100% guaranteed
You mention that peoples investment is 100% backed and safe with Intelly platform. What does this actually mean? Safe from what: being hacked and funds stolen, value locked in, USD equivalent of INTL investment is backed by USD stable coin at the time of investment?

Investment refunds
If a project does not receive enough investment, a refund will be provided to the investor. Again, this refund is in USD stable coin but the initial investment was done in INTL. There will be problems as people would interpret the USD refund to be done at rates that are favorable to them for example INTL/USD at investment date vs INTL/USD at refund date, and I think that there will be a lot of fluctuations in the INTL price, especially in the early stages.

138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 📢🔥[ANN][BSC] CPLAY Network, One Ecosystem For All Your Crypto Needs | IDO Live on: January 30, 2022, 06:00:27 AM
I have the following initial questions regarding CPLAY:
  • I understand the difficulty of getting apps approved for mainstream app stores and sometimes they get removed again. In many cases there are good reasons for it. However, The whitepaper and your website refer to Apple products and logos. In the case of IOS most people would just download their apps from the main Apple app store. How are you going to land Apple versions of your apps and technically enable people to install the apps as Apple signs all their apps. If you are going to create a separate crypto app store this will become problematic.
  • Will you require Apple users to jailbreak their devices to install your apps, thereby weakening the more secure Apple ecosystem on Apple devices?
  • If your apps are going to be super-secure and you will be provide "malware free authentic mobile apps in a central place without without revealing their privacy", how will the security of the apps be checked? Will you be creating teams of code developers with security skills that can verify the security of apps and look for backdoors and obfuscated malware or other C2 connections and droppers hidden in the code? The crypto space is full of scammers and an anonymous platform would be the ideal place for hackers to put apps with sophisticated malware to steal private keys or alternatively use as a base to attack the rest of the device for example banking software. Add to this the reduction in security if jailbreaking/rooting is required to install unsigned apps.
  • What features will your version of 2FA bring that is not already in an app like Google Authenticator which is checked by a giant like Google for security?
  • In the tokenomics on page 21 of the whitepaper you refer to 1000m token supply but the website, page 24 and the audit report refer to 500m token supply?
139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re:[PRESALE]✨ FiPi ✨ Utility Token for FiPi APP that works like S&P500 on crypto on: January 29, 2022, 11:51:13 PM
While your goal is amicable, there are a few concerns with your project:
  • You sway there will be a demand for Fipi by automatic purchasing of 1% of Fipi tokens, but you do not specify exactly how that demand will be driven. Demand is the savior of all coins/tokens but is the one thing that cannot be guaranteed and therefore the downfall of many coins. Holders may just dump their tokens as the benefits of holding Fipi is not that clear.
  • Imposing 16% tax on large sales is not feasible. Who decides what "too large" is. People wont invest if there is a risk of someone deciding that they will lose 16% of their investment due to an arbitrary trade limit amount.
  • If there will be investment advice provided you may get difficulties down the line unless you are qualified/registered financial advisor
  • The mechanisms you apply to decide to buy or not may work in a more regulated trading environment but crypto trading is too volatile. People do make money using mechanisms such as DCA, but the first time people lose large amounts of their money due to bad buying decisions by the app, Fipi's reputation will be damaged. There are nuances that a human can apply but difficult to program into an app like gut-feels of what is going to happen to coin as it is a weekend or hype in a chat group
  • People will be hesitant to give the app the rights to execute their transactions automatically
140  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🔷 Waves Tech - a powerful blockchain-agnostic ecosystem on: January 28, 2022, 07:01:00 PM
Six months later, I can make a review about this exchange. These are scammers. I do not recommend using their services, especially staking and algorithmic trading. They promise good interest, but instead of 400 I withdrew only 300 dollars. Think for yourself. There are many decent exchanges and defi. They are SCAM

I differ from you regarding the exchange. I think they put down a good platform and exchange early on that served its purpose since they started in 2016. But they have been slow to capitalize on their head start and perhaps they missed the wave. They have been in the game for a long time and it is where I saw bridges the first time between Waves platform and Bitcoin for example. I have three gripes about the platform: The one I already mentioned but the other is that the exports from the Waves Exchange is very user unfriendly and not easily recognizable by crypto accounting software, unless you create custom import files. The third are all the junk tokens dropped into your wallet, which brings me back to gripe two which means all those junk have to be either excluded from the custom import file or you have to account for so many junk airdrops.
