I would guess that because are talking about a team that wasn't all that successful beforehand as well, and not successful now with it neither, I would say that it is not going to be all that shocking, it would still be something that could take some time for them to handle on the long run. This is why it could be a bit of a different story for them.
Expecting Napoli to win it every year wouldn't be realistic, the yare not one of the bigger clubs, they do not even have one of the bigger supporter numbers or even brand recognition, god knows when was the last time they won it.
So, it is going to take a while to make them sustainable to be at the top, you need to make sure that you build a club that can be sustainable before you can go on, otherwise it is going to hurt you in the end. Manchester united needs to step up their game by bringing the great defenders during the winter transfer window. MU can't have defenders who were alway cowering and hiding. Are you sure we don't need to worry about Barcelona? Have you counted how many Barcelona players got injured? There are 6 Barcelona players who got injured, it means they are not in a good condition now. Sadly, those 6 players are mostly the key players for Barcelona squad. If they often get injured, it may ruin their performance. Those players will be difficult to maintain their good performance due to injured problem.
Anyway, I think you too underestimate Girona. They played quite consistent so far, they started this season perfectly. Although they got 1 defeat, it doesn't mean they probably easier got more losses. In reality, they still can maintain good performance.

I will actually say that Juventus and Milan both have a chance to win in this match. Milan definitely performing consistently right now. So we cannot deny the fact that they will probably be the favorite going into this match against Juventus. Both of the teams also have the same goal difference as well. So it is also definitely very hard to actually say which team is going to win. But I think we can say one thing which is both of the teams are probably going to score in this match. Both of them did very well score, a good amount of goals so far in this season. Could there be a draw? Maybe. but I wouldn’t like to see a goal less draw.
