This is a good news for Napoli fans cause Antonio Conte has more experience in the Italian League than Rudi Garcia whos incompetent of handling the top players of the team and falling out with them in the dressing room, I'm still wondering what the board saw in Rudi Garcia that made them give him the managerial position and have even allowed him to stay up till this point when it's obvious that he's incompetent and lead the club to success this season.

 Well there's no 100% assurance that Conte would succeed if he finally replaces Rudi Garcia but atleast he's got a better experience in the league and there's a very high tendency that he has lots to offer to the club and take them to a better position this season I  also believe his management would be more better and he'll handle his players properlym

But yes, wherever Conte will join, I think (if) the choice is only for those who teams which play in Serie A . Then of course, Conte has a good chance to make the team he coaches later to be able to compete well in the race for the Scudetto, whether for AS Roma or for Napoli to replace Rudi Garcia maybe in the near future too . Considering, that Rudi Garcia also seems no longer expected to be longer at Napoli, because it looks like Napoli will also find a way to immediately fire Rudi Garcia. Kim Min-Jae was the core of their defense and him leaving definitely put a dent there, and while they made some transfers, they didn't get anyone that good for their defense, I do not know whose idea it was to sell a player at defense and not use that money to get a defensive player, but the only player they got at defense was Nathan, which talks about it himself.

So all in all, while coaching change definitely played a big role, I think losing a good defender and not replacing him made the team get goals a lot easier and they concede a lot quicker. This should be the most important thing and definitely not an easy to thing to handle for a club that wants to be champions. It's a fun league though, you get to see plenty of different teams go for the title, back in the day it was purely just Juventus, nowadays it's not like that anymore and this made it more fun, at least we could say their games are not boring.

Even though Juventus is currently in poor form, I think there is a chance for them to win. You are right about Milan is quite consistent at the moment, even though they lost to Inter Milan. But, I think Milan must be wary of Juventus' strategy. Because, AC Milan is quite dependent on Krunic, Leao, Giroud if they are successfully marked by Juventus players and cannot move freely, maybe Milan will have difficulty winning the match.

On 22.10. there is no other game that is more interesting, the top match will be in Milan. And if AC Milan loses, they will not be overtaken by Juventus. Juve could not win against Milan for two years, the last time on 28. may this year Juventus lost 0:1 at home, Giroud made the goal for Milan. I can see that they are now in the top three in the league and have returned to the Juventus we once knew thanks to their mistakes encouraging them to keep up with their performances. Even though Milan are now leading the table, I can't assume that they will defeat Juventus because anything can happen. Milan may end up losing, something most people are not expecting. Given Juventus' incredible performance this season, it will be very difficult to predict what will happen when they play AC Milan. Even before the English Premier League made name, The Italian football league had players that wants to make sure they work in the Seria A. Clubs like Parma and Ac Milan are clubs everyone would want to play else you feel less of a player.
This is no time for Competition but hell yes, Juventus will be well prepared to maintain the sole point of maintaining the position they occupy on the table.

The difference is around 0.90 and in my opinion, with this difference there are other factors who make AC Milan more superior so it's not just the host factor, and if you look at the consistency of the two teams then AC Milan is better than Juventus this season so they can lead the current standings.
My prediction is that AC Milan will win this match but with a very narrow score because Juventus is quite good when it comes to playing defense, but AC Milan will also be able to penetrate it if the opposing players make mistakes.
