It's a real shame! I'm sure they realize that this won't work as shilling is highly frowned upon by the bitcointalk community. The money they have wasted on hiring those shill account it would be better if they have spent it on a proper review campaign, as many of their competitors are doing. With this, they will get honest reviews from experienced gamblers which can help them improve their casino and it can help promote their brand at the same time.

Excuse my ignorance as I don't have much experience when it comes to alt coins (ethereum, sidechaines, etc..), this is with no doubt a phishing website, but how can some one hack your wallet and steal your coins by just connecting your wallet to his website? Doesn't metamask and other wallet apps that support the wallet connect protocol require your manual confirmation before signing and broadcasting transactions? Can those phishing websites bypass this and send transaction without your consent?

I'm not going to comment on whether bit get is a legit service or not a I'm not so familiar with it and never used it before (I'll lève this to other members). But what I wanted to say is that not receiving the verification SMS has nothing to do with the legitimacy of the service. I've faced the same issue with other highly reputable exchanges. It's usually due to a problem with their SMS service provider or your phone carrier. The problem usually get solved by trying to resend the verification code multiple times or retrying after a while. If the problem persists, then your only option is to contact their customer support.

You are refusing to submit your documents and complete kyc because you know you've breached their terms by signing up on their casino from a restricted country. It's clear that you're well aware of what you've been doing. Therefore, it's inappropriate to call dualbits a scam (aside from being rude with their customer support) for freezing your account and confiscating your money while you are, clearly, the one at fault here.

Flag supported. BetJa website has been down for almost a year now which is a clear indication that they'll not come back. I'm curious why no one has created a flag against them prior to this? I'm also curious why they did this, isn't gambling a profitable business! Wouldn't they've earned more by keeping their service running, legitimately! Solosanz your great idea to make them a reference for the future, if they come back here.
Maybe they will, it's also possible they already came back under another name! We should keep a close eye on new casinos to see if any of them look similar to BetJa.

To tell if a casino is safe you could notice on their system like the CAPTCHA to avoid bots, double measure on signing to make sure you're the one is logging in and etc. You could also do some research about the casino itself before trying out or start at minimum first.
From the context of this topic, I think OP is not asking about the safety of the casino security wise but rather about it's reputation and if it can be trusted. We'll, if he doesn't have the necessary skills and knowledge to conduct a thorough investigation and make his own research, then he should stick to the well known and long running casinos advertised on this forum. A quick search on the scam accusation board is also needed to see if there is any open scam accusation against the casino.

^^ Shill accounts popping up every now and then to bump this thread doesn't look good and it's usually a bad sign. Instead of hiring shill accounts, which is doing more harm than good, I'd recommend appointing an official representative who can keep this thread alive by posting updates and addressing customers' concerns. This would look more professional and will help the casino gain the community's trust.

Sorry, but this doesn't prove anything. It just shows that one of your accounts got banned. It doesn't even show the account's username. It's also a bit weird you have thought of taking screenshots for your conversation with customer support but you didn't take screenshots proving you received a tip! If you are sure you didn't break any of their terms then you can start an accusation thread for banning your account without a valid reason. I doubt your case will get much support, though.

Also i've tried to use 12 word key on phantom but it says I have 0 SOL balance. However when I tried to do the same procedure on a 2nd phone on Blockchain app it told me I had 9.7 SOL, just like on my 1st phone.
Just to be clear, after recovering your wallet from seed in Phantom, did you get the same receiving address as the one you have on Blockchain app (it's supposed to be this one: EtZHmJtM2EbGT4SpJ2LMxxyGpsGgbqaNDZ4ngJHUW51w)? Did Phantom wallet finish syncing? Solscan shows that the 9.7 SOL are still there and haven't been moved. So, if you have recovered the right wallet and the app is fully since, I don't see any logical reason why the balance won't show up! This kind of bugs is so common on Blockchain.com and it usually get solved by itself as Potato Chips mentioned earlier. My advice is that after you get this sorted out to stop using blockchain.com and any other browser wallet.

Other members already explained how to withdraw your coins from binance to an external wallet (on-chain transaction). Now that you know how to do that, you need to be careful when choosing which network to use! Usually, binance will automatically select the right chain based on the provided address but you need to double check it before withdrawing. Better be safe than sorry.

I just tested the new auto-bet feature on demo mode. It's a nice addition and it works fine but it's a bit slow. You can make more rolls by hitting the Roll button manually than what you would make with auto-bet on. It would be better if you increase the frequency of rolls. This is what dice players look for especially when they want to test some strategies.

They false and misleading claim that I breached their bonus terms, but anonymous entities can not enter into a contractual relationship and therefore their terms are not applicable for me.
You can not breach what is not applicable for you.
Can you expand on this! Did you use the bonus to play forbidden games? If you did then as per their bonus terms, they have the right to cancel your winnings and the bonus altogether. And what do you mean by "anonymous entities can't have a contractual relationship"? When you signed up and claimed the bonus, you agreed to comply with the casino's terms. Did they indeed let you withdraw your initial deposit?

The casino business model is built in such a way that algos keep it at 50% win rate, so it doesn't have a lot of money from people losing, unless the casino is rigged. The main profit comes from house edge that gives the casino a certain amount of money from every bet, won or lost. What you said in the first statement isn't correct (there are few exceptions, though) and it's contradicting the second statement. If the odds (chance of winning/losing) are always 50-50 then the house edge would be zero. With no house edge, the profits of the casino on the long run will be zero. So the casino has to keep a large enough bank to be able to handle people who win $100k, but sooner or later there will come people who lose that $100k and return the bank to equilibrium.
This is true. This is a game of chance and on some cases, gamblers may be in net profit so the casino need to have enough money on their bankroll to pay the winnings.

^^ It looks like people are over-estimating the power of machines and AI. Sure, you can use them to help you solve some specific problems and they can be of great help and save you a lot of time but you can't rely completely on them to manage and take control of every thing. The human touch will always be needed. AI can give you ideas and insights on a specific matter and it's up to you how to use those ideas.

you can use an extended master public key where you can get on the wallet tab on top then > information > zpub....ynC6tNzW5t5fR7tuZrS... then paste it on bitcoin explorer.
Which block explorers support this feature? I tryed the most known ones (mempool, blockchain, blockchain..) and didn't get any result! Even if this was possible, I wouldn't recommend doing it for privacy reasons. Better look up addresses one by one or import the extended pupbic key into Electrum and create a watching-only wallet to monitor your transactions and balance.

By the way How do you know the gambler didn’t use risk management I know it is unlikely (but not impossible!) that this person has many millions or even billions of dollars and this loss represent just a small % of their fortune
It's obvious that he didn't. The most important thing in risk management is to know how to manage your bankroll. Can you imagine how much money you need to have to be able to place a bet of 1.4 million dollars on 1.01 odds without affecting your bankroll. You will need billions of dollars so you can recover such loss (supposing you are too lucky). Regardless of the cause (gambling addiction, being reckless..), that gambler took a huge risk and he lost, that's it.

Welcome to bitcointalk betzus! I visited your casino and I really liked the website's design. Although there is too much content on the main page, it loads too fast which is impressing. What I liked the most is the possibility to play games on demo mode. This will give visitors the possibility to test your casino and its performance without being forced to create an account.
