Masih agak bingung  Larangan ini maksudnya, kalo lembaga keuangannya sendiri yang menawarkan penukaran fiat><kripto secara internal kan? Karena selama ini kita menggunakan transfer bank untuk depo ke exchanges, penukaran atau perdagangannya terjadi diluar lembaga jasa. Yang bikin bingung disini, bank kan berarti memfasilitasi transaksi ke exchange. Sekarang beberapa apps payment gateway yg udah terverifikasi OJK juga mulai mendukung depo/wd ke exchanges. Dan Seingat saya, saat ini Permata Bank bermitra dengan tokocrypto, pas depo nanti saldonya bukan IDR tapi BIDR (bikinan binance). Bukan jadi ga boleh transfer gan, cuma tidak boleh secara aktif ikut-ikutan endorse.. termasuk promo, iklan, diskon, dll. itu sih yang ane tangkep. Mungkin yang kek promo OVO kemaren jadi ga boleh. Informasi receh (FUD receh ala media Indonesia) yang berusaha untuk menggiring opini masyarakat tentang kripto di Indonesia yang "buruk", lagian OJK bukan badan pengawas kripto, ya mana mungkin mereka mau ikut-ikutan ngurusin kripto. Kalau yang saya ketahui, Trading/aset di kripto yang ngurusin itu Bappebti, yang paling bertanggung jawab dalam pengawasan. (CMIIW). Saya sih sudah bosan dengan media lokal karena terlalu sering melakukan clickbait pada title (ga cuma pada kripto sih). Menurut saya, fokus media cuma ingin mencari trafik dengan berita receh yang disugukan.
Kalau ada bau investasi masih ranah OJK gan, mungkin OJK terlalu paranoid dengan produk-produk investasi abal-abal yang berkedok kripto (intinya yang menjanjikan opit), jadinya semua ikutan kena deh. This fight is pretty much 50:50. Khan can win by decision using his speed and outbox for 12 rounds, but it needs just one punch to KO him cold. Anyway, for me I'll go with Brook since betting on speed and outboxing is riskier. It will only need one mistake to render Khan's speed useless. Also, Khan isn't active for 3 years.
Yeah, Canelo's punch was brutal, but it was six years ago. I don't think the effect is still there. Khan is just can't compete in welter division as he doesn't have the chin to absorb heavy punches.

Lah justru saya sudah berkeluarga dan menikmati hasil bounty selama ini bahkan mulai dari 2015 sampai sekarang saya hanya fokus online tidak memiliki pekerjaan alias pengangguran, mungkin jika mengenal bounty sudah dua atau tiga tahun pasti tau berapa besar bayaran dari bounty dan saya gunakan sebagian untuk trading dan investasi. Kalau BMnya sudah punya reputasi bagus, kalo proyeknya ancur sampai gagal bayar, itu lebih berakibat pada tercemarnya reputasi si BM tersebut. Mungkin rugi materiilnya ga seberapa, tapi reputasi yang udah dibangun jadi tercemar. Makanya at least ada sedikit rasa aman kalau join di BM yang punya reputasi bagus. Kalo yg lain mungkin bodo amat kalau gagal bayar yg penting doi udah dibayar duluan. TAPI, memang untung-untungan si, ane waktu 2018 iseng ikutan bounty-bounty dari proyek yang BMnya gak jelas, malah dibayar, dan lumayan hasilnya buat jajan. Jadi kangen menganalisis prospek bounty, itu dulu sering ane lakukan. |

Ane bukan pemain forex, karena tukar menukar mata uang asing itu tidak menarik buat ane, dan kebanyakan (CMIIW) memang pakai margin sehingga risikonya tinggi sekali. Kalau tidak main margin pergerakan misalnya USD/EUR itu lambatnya bukan main, swingnya kecil. Oleh karena itu, memang trading forex lebih ke arah High Frequency Trading (HFT), tidak cocok buat "main." Meskipun demikian, tidak tepat juga kalau disebut "Pasar Setan" hanya karena sering rekt di sana. Cari broker forex yang diawasi OJK (dan otoritas keuangan negara-negara lain), cuma ya itu forex udah jadi mainan AI, lebih susah. Memang banyak juga broker-broker scam/ponzi/MLM, tapi itu kan sesungguhnya bukan salah pasar forex-nya sendiri, tapi oknum. Mending trading kripto karena tidak harus pakai margin, nyangkut juga bisa hodl lama sambil nunggu bull market berikutnya. Kalo forex nyangkut likuidasi udah. |
