I am confused why this individual doesn't just bet himself directly.
Does he not own any Bitcoins and is worried about BTCUSD losing value which can affect his payout in the end?
Why doesn't he just buy some BTC and sell some as a hedge on Bitfinex or Bitmex?
Probably worried about taxes or something so he wants to bet with BTC, but on a major exchange (such as BetFair) since he's using a large amount of funds. Gotta define everything very clearly before the deal, especially about BTC to USD escrow value. |

I think with magnets in the roulette, the ball that falls on the number is rigged. Magnets pull the ball to the number that is probably rigged with some kind of computer system.

All online "reputable" casinos have a provably fair system to make sure all roll are verified and there is no bias by the house on the rolls. Without it the casino is scam for sure and their representative on bitcointalk would be given negative trust - to identify them as scammer. The reason why most gambling sites want you to use an email is incase you lose access to the account.
Many sites want you to be able to gamble right away and give you instant deposits and no account creation. Basically a private key is generated as a secret URL and it's linked to your account.
Issue with this is if you lose this URL. Either your computer crashes or you lose your phone and then you are out of luck.
