1301  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: 2021 List Bitcoin Mixers Bitcoin Tumblers Websites on: November 16, 2021, 07:36:44 PM
@LeGaulois
It's me again. Have you heard anything about jambler platform? On the page [banned mixer]/mix-coins.php there is a list of 7 services, including mixer1.money, also two mixers that including on your list (mixsafer, mixtum). It turns out that if I can trust mixsafer and mixtum which also links to the jambler, then I can trust the mixer1.money? Or not?

I know [banned mixer] but we rarely hear about it, unfortunately. It's a white label mixer with which people can create a Bitcoin mixer without having a huge knowledge. It's just a matter to customize the website. As you noticed, there are a few mixers using its solution.

I didn't know mixer1.money was using Jambler so I'm now starting to change my mind. Perhaps mixer1.money just wanted to grab the ORM done by [banned mixer]
I will test it during the week but I repeat: when you're not sure better to look for something else. There are several alternatives in the mixers niche, and you will always find one with the light turned ON

Since Taproot is activated, [banned mixer] supports it. (it was planned since the summer)
1302  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2021-11-16] Bitcoin Taproot Upgrade is ‘Useless, Minor Improvement’ of Outdated on: November 16, 2021, 05:46:24 PM
(What is useless here is you posting shits)

People expect Bitcoin to use "super" technologies, and on top of that, to be implemented in 1 week.

The person contradicts himself by first saying that this update is useless, but then he says it is interesting and going in the right direction.
It's a bit like with Debian, the mother of many OS behind, like Ubuntu, Mint, Kubuntu.... Debian tends not to release updates as quickly as Ubuntu for example. This requires a lot of maturities. However, Debian is still considered after years to be the most robust OS (of the ..buntu branches).

Taproot improves several things, more efficient smart contracts, more privacy, and other things. How that's just a minor improvement? People are just jealous like children when they didn't get lollipops like others.

1306  Other / Meta / Re: Proposal: Rename the "Press" board to "Spammer of the Month" board on: November 13, 2021, 08:04:52 PM
I'm one of the persons tired to report posts on the Pressboard and less and less interested to read it over the months. It looks more like my RSS than a place to discuss the latest news. I complained several times, and probably once on a topic I created but nothing change.

Look at the guys posting useless stuff, sometimes not even related to Bitcoin. "Not related to Bitcoin" is probably the most used reason I gave while reporting (and I reported so many). I don't believe (for a reason) they're rewarded by a website to post their blog posts, but guess who should we blame again ??.?
This section is easy to 'spam': just copy past a TLTR AND and a link and voila!

The board isn't active as some others but at least it's one of the few where we can get a discussion without seeing shitpots all over the thread
I prefer to read a thread with just 4-5 replies than a thread with 10 pages full of parrots

t'as tendance a dire un peu n'importe quoi
1308  Economy / Exchanges / Re: CoinBene is Closing. Withdraw funds Immediately. Deadline 15th Nov 2021. on: November 12, 2021, 12:51:29 PM
Quote
In order to respond to regulatory requirements around the world and meet the operational requirements of cryptocurrency laws and regulations in various regions, CoinBene will permanently close the service.

So in order to meet the requirement and regulations, they have chosen to....shut down!

Trying to look at both sides of things:

From a business point of view, it may be just a matter of realizing that they can't cope with the regulations they have to comply with.
It takes resources, skilled staff, money, and a lot of other stuff. Not every company can adapt to its market. Maybe the motivation is not there too and they decided to give up. Or the company is not profitable as they excepted and they give us another reason

From a user point of view, the time given for cashout is very short to give everyone time. But even that may not have been their decision. In any case, they could have been kind enough to send an email to warn

1310  Economy / Exchanges / Re: What's the cheapest way to cash out your coins? on: November 10, 2021, 05:18:56 PM
Stop to recommend the binance p2p marketplace. It's one the worst to use. People are so funny, they shitpost here and there about decentralization, pseudo-anonymity, etc but as you can see they don't follow their own advice.

There are better alternatives than Binance. Why bother with a website in which you will need to upload a personal document. If you're ok with then perhaps you have nothing to do in the crypto world and you should rather stay using fiats and banks. You don't even know what payment the guy is looking to use.

Definitely one of the last to use

As for @OP, I agree with the post above. If you don't say anything about your area or payment network, nobody can advise you of anything useful. People will just fill the space listing everything, even the useless one. Are you using, swift, sepa, ach,...
1311  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Where to sell bitcoins without ID verification on: November 09, 2021, 07:47:00 PM

Do you see the nonsense you're talking about? The original poster is asking where can he sell bitcoins without ID verification
I reapeat:
without ID verification

and you suggest him to use the binance p2p market by submitting his KYC documents. The irony continues when your first sentence says You don't need to submit KYC documents to sell BTC

Who gives a fuck à 10 centimes.

1313  Economy / Services / Re: Which bank in Europe accept cryptocurrency and want to work with crypto on: November 09, 2021, 02:07:52 PM
@LeGaulois, I think that Fidor is available for German citizens only.

I don't think so because the website has a version in English and Kraken for example isn't located in Germany. Also, I checked their FAQ and it says nothing more than you just need to be a permanent resident in EU/EEA to open your account.
In different discussions over the years here we talked with people using Fidor while I doubt they were from Germany (a dude at least was from Italy (I think))
When @HostFat posted the list linked above, he didn't add something like "German citizens only". Like he did with some other banks/EMI

To add to my first comment about Fidor. People can buy and sell cryptocurrencies with their current account (Fidor uses Bitcoin.de as a partner).
Just showing that at least, they're not Anti-crypto
1314  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2021-10-5] New York's next mayor wants to be paid in Bitcoin on: November 08, 2021, 05:26:59 PM
Only for the first 3 months.

Just enough to create a small buzz on media platforms during some days/weeks. Like Greta Thunberg says "it's bla bla bla"  Cheesy
Why not put his money where his mouth is if he really wants to be 'an example for others?
Yeah, I know, 'better than nothing could be said but he said "Just wait and see", NY will become the center of the cryptocurrency industry. I am waiting to see concrete actions and not just words

By the way, off-topic, but are we talking about the black guy that mainstream media bombarded us with because it's the first black? (like if it was very important lol)

1316  Economy / Services / Re: Which bank in Europe accept cryptocurrency and want to work with crypto on: November 08, 2021, 01:16:56 PM
Hi @alexanderasenov139

You can take a look at Fidor Bank, they have been 'crypto friendly' for years. Check the .de website and not the .uk or .com version.
Kraken (one of the biggest exchange was, and perhaps still,  using it). There is also Nuri (aka Bitwala). Both are located in Germany.

Other than that, perhaps Monzo (only for UK IIRC, and since the Brexit...), Agribank and Bank Frick but I know only the name.

You can see for the banks N26, Revolut, Kraken .... (European based) services are dealing with !
Such services that eu based and provide users with eu bank accounts

Kraken is a bank now?  Grin

1318  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Nummix mixer on: November 06, 2021, 04:29:45 PM

Until the end, not just checking the UI/UX.
I've be able (and again just some seconds ago) to add multiple recipient's addresses with each a different percentage to split and each a different delay. Then downloading the LoG.

The only thing I wasn't able to do is to move the mouse on the "?" symbols, supposed to display a short explanation.

Also a note to @OP
Sometimes, once we click the "Mix" button, we're redirected to 404 error page (the URL doesn't exist bla bla bla).
Ok, I lie when I say 'sometimes'. It happened only once with me
1319  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Nummix mixer on: November 05, 2021, 06:51:46 PM
The name "Nummix" has already been used before if I'm correct. Or there was a name very similar in the Bitcoin mixer niche.

edit:

I got it now.
You're behind the Nummix wallet, wich had a built-in option to mix bitcoins. Why did you decided to make 2 different projects while the wallet did all-in-one?

I noticed your website uses few javascript library, so i wonder whether your site works without javascript?

Yes, I tried myself and javascript is disabled by defaut in my broswer

Cheesy
