Funny you. You think this is a bounty? That is why you are reserving? LMAO.

Yes I was wondering why he/she would reserve a post. That explains it...  Cheesy

You should better look into people profiles before giving your conclusions.
He is writer, might be he is evaluating your venture thoroughly before he speak up his mind. Anyways your site and  your medium blog have nothing to offer currently . You seriously need content creation services .

"The desire for more positive experience is itself a negative experience. And, paradoxically, the acceptance of one's negative experience is itself a positive experience."
I wanted to share this quote in order to describe what people should do when they loss in Bitcoin when they invest. Really it's a game of patience and if you are ready to experience negative experience only then you will get the positive experience. It's just that keep trying or don't try at all. It's up to us. Every loss is not a loss after all. It's a experience.

But in the end it is not your experience that counts but it is your attitude count.
What you are calling is "game of patience" is exactly to know "the right time". Knowing the right time is not an easy or simple task. People fail because they fail to identify the right opportunity.

You need few correction on your original article of hackernoon. I am putting statement of your article in quotes

It is 2.4 million accounts or user ids and it does not convert to 2.4 million users because many users have many accounts.

You can now bypass the login CAPTCHA by bookmarking the link generated for you here: https://bitcointalk.org/captcha_code.php

If it causes problems, I might restrict it to Jr Members and above or something, but currently anyone can do it.

Apart from this solution, if you have trusted machine then do not log off from Bitcointalk.
I do not log off from forum as no outsider has access to my machine but maybe do not work well for others.

BTW, CryptoBitCoins also deserves a ban for not specifying the source.

All of the following are considered plagiarism:
turning in someone else's work as your own
copying words or ideas from someone else without giving credit
failing to put a quotation in quotation marks

copying so many words or ideas from a source that it makes up the majority of your work, whether you give credit or not (see our section on "fair use" rules)

From the above definition, Forum is currently taking account of first 2 points only for permabanning user. If we start enforcing the last point, then I guess we will permaban all useless shit poster who are just posting content then the link.
Even examples discussed in this thread "https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5051292.msg46960198#msg46960198" will also fall in  plagiarism

1326  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Suggestion Needed: where I can get free images to be used in writing. on: October 18, 2018, 09:22:35 PM
i think you should google different images related to your topic and then you should make your own by taking ideas from those images as it won't disturb the copy right policy aswell.

I think you seriously need  to read this article before giving up the suggestion.

What ever you suggested will might come under Intellectual Property theft and plagiarism.
1327  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Suggestion Needed: where I can get free images to be used in writing. on: October 18, 2018, 05:54:44 AM
It all depends on the project/company you're writing articles for, as the images have to correspond with their project or ICO..

So you simply Google Images of the project over the internet, you can simply type their name up, so many present and past images would come up, so you'll just save them up...Previous articles written by others would also pop up, you just save as much image as you want.

So when making your own very article, you simply insert the images at strategic points you feel correlates with the text you've written above it, that way your article looks neat and presentable,it also shows you spent quality time coming up with something..
Good luck!

No, I am not interested in writing ICO topic.  To be more precise I will like to write something like this.

https://steemit.com/blockchain/@r1s2g3/distributed-computing-and-cap-theorem

I am not spending time in creating 1000 word article ,just putting currently 100 -150 words  to check if there is any target audience.  I think 250 word article + image will help me to explore the domain without wasting too much of effort.
1328  Other / Beginners & Help / Suggestion Needed: where I can get free images to be used in writing. on: October 18, 2018, 05:24:07 AM
Hi All.

I am recently interested in writing and I noticed almost every article has some kind of image in it.
As far content is concerned, I am confident that I am able to create it but I am stuck with the image part. My research told me that there is lot of sites that offer free images or in subscription basis. Is it ok , if I use these free images?  or any other better option exist?

I will be writing as  amateur (not as professional,so will not like to throw some bucks.) My targeted platform is most likely Steemit or Medium.

Do you guys have anything to suggest me in this regard?

1329  Economy / Lending / Re: Lend me $10 via Bitcoin on: October 17, 2018, 04:47:55 PM
Greetings, tomorrow is your repayment date. I would like to know the whereabouts and what would you like to do.

Do you want some extension period, or do you want me to wave off your loan ?

What do you mean by "waive off loan"? Did not you received the collateral?
If you are distributing $10 for free (as I found in some previous thread) then you are just giving encouragement to the scammers in this forum.
1330  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: IS Bitcoin cash the real bitcoin? on: October 17, 2018, 05:37:07 AM
I used to not be sure about the whole bitcoin cash/ bitcoin debate but after watching Roger Ver interviews I'm starting to be convinced that big blocks are the way to go.

Actually, he is promoting a counterfeit product (BCH in name of BTC). If he is really sure about his product and its usability then he will tell the world that he has created a better product than BTC and will not try to cash the popularity of BTC to market his own product as BTC.
1331  Other / Meta / Re: Posting as Jet Cash and JetAid in the same thread. on: October 17, 2018, 01:26:22 AM
I see ibminer tagged you and Jetaid as Alt account (no tag in Talk Merit account.) I will suggest you add this relationship yourself in your trust page in all 3 accounts.
Somebody is really jealous (because multiple examples exist where people multiposted) in reporting them (but not exactly wrong.)
I will suggest to use a single account in a thread to reply because it might be confusing to a newbie (or some body unaware of relationship) why question asked to Jet Cash is replied by Jetaid or vice versa.
1332  Other / Off-topic / Re: Merits, who else feels the same way I do when merited? on: October 16, 2018, 09:53:20 PM
Every Merit I get , always give me a good or happy feeling. But in side note some of them given me a confused feeling too. I have few post that did not get Merits (though I believe that were my sincere effort and beneficial to community.) Some times I got merits for stating just obivious facts.  That leave me confused which should I consider as good post?
1333  Other / Meta / Re: New form of shit-posting on: October 16, 2018, 07:30:13 PM
I know if we report these kind of post that just have copied content and "mentioning the source" the mod will delete the post (As there is increase in my good report and topic also removed.)

The example you provided in OP is really a minimal effort and I think it can be reported.

But only question is that is our reporting is helping to reduce this behavior?
I think we need to develop a system that every valid report against you will earn some black points(that can be less or more according to the offence committed and nominal points for posting on wrong section etc.)  and accumulation of certain "X" number points within 3 month  will get you autobanned.

1334  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Trader Wanted! ...or any advice on Token I should buy? on: October 15, 2018, 10:01:07 PM
Your dilemma in trading just show me the one possible business that can be started.

"Mutual fund in Crypto" and "Systematic Investment Plan" in Crypto.

I would not suggest you t0 take advice from random you tube channel and telegram channels. Everybody suggest you to do DYOR but it is time consuming and might you overlook some information.

Current best bet is for you to stay invested in bitcoin only and just do dummy investment in your DYOR or any group that you think give good advice in crypto investing and check after 6 month that did you really able to get money if you invested in real?

If answer is yes , then you can go ahead  with trading.
If answer is no, then save your bitcoin.
1335  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcointalk Support on: October 15, 2018, 06:21:51 AM

It's ridiculous, really. Senior accounts are valuable, with many senior members having built up activity, trust and now merit over years. And it's all protected by a single password. The login page for my work's rota viewer, where I can literally only look at this week's rota (and not edit anything) has more security than that. For the world's biggest crypto forum, which should be advocating security, to not have 2FA or any form of account recovery is ridiculous.

Not only Senior account, every account is valuable. Even I am a member but I will not like to part away with my account.

Theymos already mentioned somewhere that he is not going to trust anyone while it comes to restoring an account and also the investigation of restoring an account takes lot of time than how it looks like to be,that is why he wanted to implement some automation for restoring an account.

I am just wondering what exact steps Theymos do to restore the accounts? We already have guidelines for restoring the accounts and any Mod can verify that particular account can be restored and Theymos can click the button to unlock that account .(somebody can create the script that can be executed by admin privilege if it is much of manual work.)  Theymos can delegate the investigation. Mod that will investigate will openly write his/her decision and community can verify the working of that Mod. So where the "Trust issues" comes in investigations?

Many here ignore the fact that the accounts of this forum have its value "because of the possibility of getting money from the signatures campaigns" so selling it and then claiming to be hacked is a beneficial policy.
The process of restoring these accounts requires careful investigation of their own and then access to the sensitive data to be restored.
That's fine, buy and sell account on your own risk, If the buyer able to prove that hacked account was  involved in trade then DT will give red trust making it useless for signature campaign but since forum rules did not against the selling so they need to restore account as per guideline and let DT handle the trade issues. By the way , what sensitive data you are referring here ?

For a few, its not money more of an identity/community.

Account recovery should be a priority, it literally is turning into a joke.
Very correctly said.

Even if the forum was hacked earlier but why the end users suffer for this? Why they need to wait for endless months?

1336  Economy / Lending / Re: Lend me $10 via Bitcoin on: October 13, 2018, 05:47:17 AM
Is I am noob or really something fishy here?

https://undeveloped.com/domain-seller/br8-geek

If these Domain are used in Loan and are part of collateral how they are available for buy /sell?

1337  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to increase bitcoin without trading? on: October 13, 2018, 05:33:32 AM
Surprisingly, Till now nobody has given you the option of Lending.

Just follow the rule of collateral and make sure somebody do not transfer you fake/low volume token. I guess you will be fine.
1338  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How many beginners make money trading in Bitcoin? on: October 13, 2018, 05:24:28 AM
My Experience says if you are in trading , then it is very important to book profits at right times.  Since market is very volatile so it is advisable not to take risk with any shit coin (how lucrative it feels because you never know when it will be dumped.)
Trading in Cryptocurrency require knowledge of both cypto and trading principles.

I did trading and successfully converted my "X" to 3X  (3X look small but see I got my BTC around 15K USD price).
Now with all bloodbath that 3X come down .7X(last I checked about 2-3 months back) and now I do not trade and check any price.
1339  Other / Meta / Re: What can we do to stop redundant full quotes? on: October 12, 2018, 12:49:07 AM
I think if we disable nested quote, again Meta will flooded with complain as twit/Facebook hunters will be affected.

Actually, I like the ability to nest quotes, but it is much misused in this forum so it is better to remove it.
Limiting the number of characters in quote is also a good option.
I found some user just qoute without even writing a reply, It is better if these kinds of reply automatically deleted

1340  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is there any hope for me? Sold too early + health problems on: October 12, 2018, 12:34:32 AM
I am just curious for few fact, is your illness require time to heal or it is some type of chronic?
If it will heal with time, then I will suggest to wait. Good ideas can aslo fail if you are not able concentrate properly. In second case you have to make work / illness balance to deliver.
