Will this account (and card) be available worldwide? Or only to EU/German citizens?

My understanding is that if I have my BTC in an Electrum wallet, I will be able to collect BTCP.
That's right. For every BTC you have, you will receive 1 BTCP. When the network is live, you can open your Electrum BTC wallet into the Electrum version for BTCP and spend your coins. Is the Bitcoin Electrum wallet different?
Yes. You can only see and spend the coins if you are in the right version. Can I have both Electrum wallets simultaneously?
Yes.

That's the website: https://localbitcoins.net/Why did he sent you this screenshot? The site is legit, but the screenshot may be fake. If he is trying to sell you BTC and claimed to have this amount, he might be trying to scam you with a fake screenshot. Are you from Brazil? (the picture is in Portuguese). You can PM me anytime if you need some help.

They can't even post a normal shared link that you must click to open/view?
They can post the link, but not "attach" the image in the thread.

I'm signing my transactions offline, doing cold storage.
But I'm wondering how malware on an online computer could steel private keys from an Electrum hot wallet that is encrypted and password protected.
There are many possible ways. 1. Get your wallet file and password (with a keylogger). 2. Install a fake Electrum in your computer. 3. Change the address you have in your clipboard to his own. So if you don't pay attention, you can end up sending the coins to the hacker's address. etc...

I have a suggestion: Show how much is your address worth by calculating each coin price. Example: If you have 1 BTC ($9.435,82) and 1 BCH ($1.148,49), show that your wallet is worth $10.584,31. you should add some related links in front of each check. for example in front of BCH add the link to its website or bitcointalk announcement topic or both and also the explorer you used to fetch the balance (if you are using a explorer, if not explain how you are doing it).
This already happens if you register and add your address (there is a link to each coin's block explorer page). It shouldn't be hard to add that to the normal search page.

[...] I like that good forum members can make money, especially when said forum members are in poorer countries and this is a major opportunity for them. I very much do not want to destroy the sig-ad/airdrop/bounty "industry". But I am not going to tolerate people posting garbage upon garbage. If the merit system completely fails and I can't think of anything else to replace it, then my next step will probably be to completely remove all ways for forum users to make money from posting (eg. removing signatures entirely). Maybe there are ways for people who were making money by posting garbage on the forum to make money on other sites with easy bounties, etc. (For example, I don't know if they're actually any good, but https://bountyhive.io is currently advertising on the forum.) But people should use the forum to talk about these money-making ideas, not as a way of making money itself. Once you spend a lot of time here, you may be able to make some money here (which is great!), but you should consider this a far-off hope, not your primary objective. BTW, if anyone has any ideas for simple things that these ex-nonsense-posters could usefully do to make money, I think that this'd be a good project right now. There are apparently quite a few people who were making money on the forum and could use guidance. Even though their past activities were not good for this forum, I doubt that they are useless in general.

I do t have an pc with webcam ... Thereis no other way to verify the account ? Smartphone does not work ?
I can't confirm for sure, but I have seen multiple users claiming that Poloniex can't recognize your android camera and you will need to use a webcam. Maybe try something like this: How to use your phone as your webcam(android)

I've never seen something like that before!! Thanks for sharing. Just one question: what is the link source? How do you get it? Where did you see that? This is an extraordinary strong attempt os pishing, and this website should be reported immediately, so, if you can, copy here the address in order to other users can check out what's going on there.
Again, thanks for sharing this.
Check the previous page (2)... (in specific, this post that I made)It is going to be difficult for you to become a member if you post that kind of questions in the wrong place. One advise: read, learn, be patient. And make your comments where they belong.
It's funny that you say that but you couldn't even read the whole thread before making a dumb question. You also made two posts in a row for no reason (which is against the rules)...

Here are a few ones that I know: Coinpayments to accept over 135 cryptocurrencies for a 0.50% fee. BTCPayServer is a fork of Bitpay, but only accepts Bitcoin. ShapeShift to accept any coin that ShapeShift already does and immediately exchange for BTC.

Just stop using HitBtc? High fees are not 'fraud' if you are getting warned about them in the first place. If you don't want to lose ~$6 in deposit fees (up to $100 with USDT) for each deposit you make, just stop using them. There are way better choices. https://blog.hitbtc.com/introducing-deposit-fees-for-bitcoin/

CMC is only a site which we get very large info.
Are you sure? https://www.livecoinwatch.com/http://coincap.io/https://coinkapp.com/https://coinlib.io/coinshttps://onchainfx.com/And many more... I don't think ads will do anything with our opinions as we see it's ad. All CMC does about ads (if not Google ads) only taking money and showing ad. it's net their responsibility to investigate all ads and then share
It is if they are promoting a scam which only purpose is to steal people's money. I remember that they used to promote a Bitconnect ad at the top of the page and they didn't care even after the community started complaining about it.

Thanks for your reply! That is the first thinig I did, that way it creates a watching-only wallet in which you cannot operate, only watch the transactions of the addresses you Import. I would like to use Electrum to operate.
You get a watch-only address if you paste the Bitcoin address in this step. To be able to spend the coins, you need to import the private-keys (and not the address). Are you sure that you are importing the private-key? If the string is starting with a 1 or 3, it's a Bitcoin address. You can follow this steps to export the private-keys from your Core wallet: https://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/a/5933My bad! I actually meant Sweep not Import. When I tried doing that by pasting the address -and corresponding pvt key dumped from the Bitcoin Core console- from which I received my BTC, I got the "error" I mentioned in my post and it says "No inputs found. (Note that inputs need to be confirmed)." Is there a previous step I should be doing?
This error means that there is no spendable coins in the address. So it should be empty. Do the above to see if what you got is really the private-key (and if the address is not empty).

Considering that the "Import" function no longer exists on Electrum.
It does exist. When creating your wallet, choose: 'Import Bitcoin addresses or private keys' -> Paste your list of private-keys -> 'Next'. I dumped the private key on Bitcoin Core from the address I received the BTC, then tried sweeping it into Electrum and got an error message. I created a new standard wallet on Electrum and cliked on Wallet>Private Keys>Import>Paste Address and Private Keys. Am I doing it all wrong? Should I use another address?
Which error message? There is no "Import" option in Wallet -> Private-keys. Only "Sweep" (to send all coins from a specific address to your new Electrum wallet) and "Export". All I wanna do is avoid transaction fees. Is there a way to import the BTC from Bitcoin Core to Electrum without sending them to an address on Electrum?
Yes. Read the above to import your private-keys.

How would a Portfolio Manager app that is not the exchange upon which you made the transaction be able to track the exact price you paid without you entering it manually? You're seeking a Portfolio Manager app that is fully integrated with all the exchanges you work with. This would be great, but this industry is way too young to have such integration.
Altpocket does something like this. They use your exchange API key to see when and for how much did you buy the coin (in USD and BTC). And when you sell it, they close the 'investment' and calculate how much you profited/lost with it. That's how your profile looks like: https://altpocket.io/user/aristantThere is no Android app (AFAIK), but the website is responsible.

So I just tried the freewallet link and got a message about user not accepting private messages from newbies. Any suggestions?
Every user will ignore PM's from Newbies by default. Freewallet needs to enable "Allow newbies to send you PMs." at "Personal Message Options" to change that. I've PM'ed him with this warning and linked him to this thread.
