1361  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When the fun stops on: September 18, 2023, 11:24:04 AM

Do you agree or disagree?

I believe that most people end up messing themselves up with gambling because to them everything is money, money, money, and this can stop your brain from becoming a responsible gambler, the sense of protecting yourself from gambling addiction can get lost if you are already not having fun with gambling anymore.

Once you win big money, your mindset changes from wanting to have fun to trying to make money and we can't blame people, they feel they can repeat the process they feel they got the idea and the method and they have to do it and they have a chance to make money more than what they are earning on their work.

That is why there are people who play money more than they can't afford to lose because there's that hope that they can win big and it's only a matter of time before, they keep insisting that they are very near to winning the big amount so the fun stops and the challenge begin.

1362  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Experience for new and old gambler? on: September 18, 2023, 09:04:40 AM
Do you think it is the same experience for a gambler who has practically experienced and been involved in gambling evolution since gambling was on the street side with personal belongings or money, to spaces and buildings for gambling with money, to gambling with money online, and now to gambling with cryptocurrency online with a gambler who has experienced a few or just one of the forms of gambling? whose addiction will be harder to break?

There's no difference at all if you have an addiction to gambling whether for short or long periods of time, whether online or offline, both will show symptoms of addiction and both will have characters of those addicted to gambling, they play money that they can't afford to lose, they lie and deny that they are gambling too much and they always want money to sustain their addiction.

The cure is the same on all levels of addiction, they both need professional help I don't think there is such a thing as an additional level, all addiction needs professional help, and they only differ in an individual who's motivated to cure his addiction.
1363  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Free spins are also a demo in disguise? on: September 17, 2023, 03:42:47 PM

The reason why I am here is to know if free spins are like demo too, I asked this because two of my friend including myself open account of an online casino and after using all the free spins we got the same result, around $15, I am curious why, because it looks like a matched up way to keep people hoping for more.

Could be coincident or there is a manipulation, they cannot do a demo once they officially announce the launching of their casino if there are bugs they will lose their reputation, just look at what happened to Richy casino when they officially announced their launch but it appears the casino should be in a demo mode first to trace all the bugs on the casino.

Free spin is to test the site and the winning is real whereas on demo mode all winnings are considered of no value because it's on a testing period.
I seldom avail of free spins unless I see that the early people who test it prove that the platform is good and fair.
1364  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: im launching my service;) on: September 17, 2023, 03:00:07 PM
i found the best product is SOLAR panel under panasonic.

How does this relate to the current discussion? Have you made a decision regarding the type of service you intend to launch? Will it be an affiliate store, perhaps?

affiliate and product distributor https://www.facebook.com/sigasolarcompany

We all thought that you were going to launch your own affiliate site or platform but you're posting affiliating to a solar company, you need not create a poll for this it has nothing to do with Cryptocurrency, and since this is locally based you have to do a feasibility study on the area where you are going to promote this solar company.
But this is much better than creating a gambling platform because this is not for you since you are not a developer because you don't know how to code.

1365  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto Gambling Sites and Bug/Exploit Reporting and Rewards. on: September 17, 2023, 02:26:16 PM

Would you mind sharing with us the names of those "several casinos"? Perhaps a little bit of negative marketing would force the owners of those casinos to do something about it and solve the bugs/exploits.
I don't mind having a publicly available list of crypto casinos, that currently have bugs. Such list will definitely force the casino owners to improve their websites.

I don't think OP will not divulge the names of these casinos, they will just deny it and it will become a he said they said scenario, casinos don't want to be put in this kind of scenario where they have to defend themselves when it comes to security.
Website security is a serious thing casinos can easily lose their reputation and OP needs to back up his word if the bug is already fixed OP will be in a bad situation so let's just be aware that some casinos are like this, they do not want to put a bounty page, it's their prerogative after all.
1366  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mark Cuban's Metamask was hacked on: September 17, 2023, 12:52:54 PM
I wonder how Cuban's wallet could have been hacked. I don't know if it's because the hacker is very professional or because he's lucky. But after I read the link I found out that Cuban was likely hacked via a fake metamask extension.

Quote
Many fraudsters create fake MetaMask extensions or applications, tricking users into providing their private keys or seed phrases. Once these malicious actors gain access, they can easily drain users’ cryptocurrency wallets.

Maybe it was human error that Cuban was experiencing. I don't know but I don't think this will affect his wealth much.

He admitted downloading a version of Metamask that has shit on it from this we can conclude not because you are popular you are good at securing your account its always a case-to-case basis for every holder,
It will not affect his wealth but the thought that he has been hacked will make him realize that he can lose all his Cryptocurrency if he is not mindful of his security.

This is a reminder to all of us to always watch our wallets be updated on the latest method to secure our funds and get updated on how these hackers work so we can take the necessary actions.
1367  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Casimero vs Oguni - October 12 on: September 17, 2023, 12:23:54 PM

Casimero doesn't have any control of the situation already, he is no longer the champion. Perhaps the only reason is that he can't keep his mouth from mentioning Inoue's name and that's why people are still very intrigue and interest on whether he will fight Inoue or not.

He can continue mentioning Inoue if he beats and knocks out Oguni his last fight is not good if he mentions Inoue after his last fight people will not believe that he can beat Inoue he needs to level up his game and prove that he has what it takes to beat Inoue and maybe Inoue's promoter will notice it and finally arrange a match, with how Inoue perform and reputation he is only going to pick boxers who deserves like a champion like himself or with a good rank in the 4 boxing organization

It's Casimero who needs Inoue more than Inoue needs Casimero, Inoue can just ignore Casimero because he is hungry to conquer new weight classes and titles.
1368  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Coins Game Rug Pulled 72$ a new low for the crypto gaming world on: September 17, 2023, 11:32:36 AM
I had a chat with one of the team members. He just confirmed me that he is solving the issue. He considers this user as a good partner of coins.game, this is what he said although he told that he will now check what actually happened. We hope for the best.

Username is in the video.
I was in mobile and it's not enough visible. Writing the username here wouldn't cost you a lot.

FatBushPig

I'm sure Little Mouse can mediate and resolve the issue he is the bounty manager of the Coins game and he has direct contact with the team but there should be an explanation about this case so there will be no more issue that pops up like this, they have a marketing campaign ongoing, part of building up their reputation and this is something that will stop the buildup.
Hope the issue will be resolved when you are building your platform's reputation transparency is very important.
1369  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are You Tax Efficient With Your Gambling Habbits? on: September 17, 2023, 10:23:44 AM
I'm researching the topic on how many users actually report their winnings or losses to the tax authority, and from the current research there's a major discrepancy in the processes from country to country;

Now I'm quite curious how other gamblers are managing this part of the story, if they manage it at all.

So, question to you, did you ever consider paying taxes on your gambling winnings, or deduct the taxes with the losses you've created? If not, what is the reasoning behind it?

Just to be fair to our government I don't state my winnings and deduct my losses with so many losses I incur our government will lose from my tax so I prefer not to include my gambling activity from my paying taxes besides I'm a small player this only applies to a big-time gambler and I don't think they bother to mention winnings coming from online casinos.
They usually deduct coming from physical casinos and lottery but they don't oblige gamblers to online casinos and they are not tracking people who gamble at online casinos at this point in time.
1370  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: A platform for Hiring Affiliates on: September 17, 2023, 08:07:49 AM
Post your products and services that you want to promote first, your platforms of choice are very limited so instead of looking for platforms why not set up one for yourself.

WordPress is the best platform to start your affiliate campaigns you can use these themes to set up one

https://www.wpbeginner.com/showcase/best-wordpress-themes-for-affiliate-marketing/

By setting up your own you are the one that will lay out the plans and terms instead of under the terms of a platform and there are a lot of tutorials online about affiliate WordPress setting up.

If you are going to develop products in the long term it's better to create a platform of your own.
1371  Economy / Gambling / Re: Richy.casino - iGaming & Sports Betting. 💰up to $20k deposit bonus, free spins on: September 16, 2023, 04:25:03 PM

This does not really look good for an upcoming casino like yours, as you are already breaking the trust of your customers, which you still don't even have a lot of, and this will also reduce your chances of getting many, unless those who are not aware of your ongoing system error are, if it's not a voluntary action from your own end.

The last login was 3 days ago it is irresponsible not to update the community on the development of the platform yes they are fixing it now but 3 days are just too long to update us of the development, people will suspect that they do not have a security admin and their platform just hire people to manage their platform in a case to case basis, in short, they are hiring freelancers because if they have one on their team they will announce it.

I read that they've got a license from Pagcor and getting a license there, is not cheap, they spent on a license but not on the developers who can manage their platform, which is not good and they have a lot of catching up to do in case they want to come back here.
1372  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you manage your money on gambling sites. on: September 16, 2023, 03:00:36 PM
I've been following a few gambling channels on Twitter and Telegram, and whenever they share a screenshot of a bet slip or winning ticket, they occasionally also include the balance of their wallet. I've seen this happen several times, which made me wonder why they don't choose to withdraw their winnings instead of storing them in their gambling site wallet. Why do they leave that much in there, or is it simply for show off? A gambling expert should know better than to save their money on casino websites.
It is the easiest way to show people that you are good at what you are doing and for them to believe that you are good and also to recruit members of the casino you are playing, there's a risk in it but if they are playing in a reputable casino and they have a good standing they don't mind not withdrawing everything.

Quote
I always withdraw all my winnings and only deposit the right amount I want to use to gamble whenever I want to play a game. I’d like to know everyone’s opinion on which way is better and which one you practice in managing your funds on gambling sites.

Same especially when I win a big amount, I always get excited to have my winnings in my wallet because not every day I canwin so I prefer to withdraw and just allocate an amount for my next gambling activity, if I want to invite and show off my winning I just do a screenshot before I withdraw.
1373  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Stevenson vs De Los Santos - Nov 16 on: September 16, 2023, 02:09:28 PM
Frank Martin can offer a better match than De Los Santos there is a level in boxing and De Los Santos although good on paper I doubt is on the same level as Shakur, although this is a good opportunity for De Los Santos he is not ready to face a boxer like Shakur who has proven himself to be a top-level fighter.

There's really no need to create a poll on this fight, Shakur will secure the majority of the vote this is going to be an easy fight for Shakur, for the lack of fighters to face in his division, he is fighting, a fighter who lacks credentials to be in a title fight.
1374  Economy / Economics / Re: I wonder if food prices in your country have also increased? on: September 16, 2023, 11:00:15 AM

The residents' economic sector has actually begun to recover and improve in the past few months. But because at this time there was another spike in prices again, it made the people around me start to complain again about the current economy.

But I was wondering if this only happened in my country or in your country too?

It's getting worse in our country average wage earner in our country cannot keep up anymore, just last night there was an announcement of electricity and oil price hikes but there's no increase in wages, you need a sideline or another member of your family is also working for them to survive.
It is really hard for a country if it's not an oil-producing country, our country depends on oil coming from the Middle East the blame is on our government for not creating energy sources like solar and renewable energy and not creating jobs for its people.
1375  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Casimero vs Oguni - October 12 on: September 16, 2023, 10:51:32 AM

Casimero is aging fighter so chances for this fight to happen is so slim since he doesn't anything hold to get convince to fight Casimero. But if Casimero will get a championship belt where Inoue camp is interested to get then maybe we can see their match up to happen so he really need to win against Oguni and get win on more bigger matches to have good chance to provoke  Inoue and make this fans dream fight to happen.

Casimero is 34 years old his last fight was not good I'm not saying that he is past his prime but he needs to have impressive fights to have good fights that are worth title contention, there are unpredicted that happen in boxing we just never know if Inoue's management decided to talk to Inoue's management to have a title fight before Inoue moved up of course this will happen after he beats Tapales.
Inoue and Casimero both have Japanese managers and promotions so there's a possibility that this could happen, if Casimero knocks Oguni out Japanese boxing could demand Inoue to step in for revenge.
1376  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Some of country can offer you legal gambling in 2023! on: September 16, 2023, 07:42:04 AM
I found out from Google that gambling is legal in some number of countries and still banned in many countries.
Gambling regulation differs from one country to another because of religious and government restrictions the list of the countries you provided is incomplete there are more countries that you have provided one of the main reasons why governments allow gambling is because of the money these gambling platforms are providing in a form of taxes especially in a third world country where they need more money coming in for their infrastructure college.

What do you feel from this that gambling is less ethical?
It's based on one's perspective, casinos whether online or offline promote themselves as an entertainment portal so it's ethical for those players who go to gambling to have fun and for some who go to gamble looking to make money and spend all their money and then make a loan or do something illegal to sustain their gambling addiction that's unethical.
1377  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Luis Alberto Lopez Vs Joet Gonzalez IBF World Featherweight Title SEP 15 2023 on: September 16, 2023, 06:12:17 AM

Kudos to Gonzales for going the distance despite being outgunned by Lopez. It was clear from the start that Gonzales had no opportunity to win as he does not have that pop that could intimidate Lopez but nevertheless, it was a good fight.

One thing i observed on Lopez was that his defense wasn't so good and this is crucial if he fought Inoue in the future as i think Top Rank will be cooking this fight to make Inoue a 4-division champion as Lopez is very beatable.

I thought that the fight was close, but obviously, Lopez had the upper hand on most of the rounds this is the only fight where Lopez was challenged after his 11-winning streak, I agree with you and the commentators that there are loopholes in Lopez's style he just overwhelmed his opponents with a barrage of fighters.

I doubt if he can make a good challenge against Inoue, statistics and style Inoue still has an edge against Lopez, but it's worth watching when Top Rank arraigned a fight between the two.
1378  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: OnlyFans owner collects $45 million as dividends because of ETH investment on: September 15, 2023, 05:12:30 PM
OnlyFans invested some of its profits in Ethereum. As a result, they have collected over $45 million as dividends so far. Very cool strategy I think and more companies should follow this to increase they revenue and  profits. What is your opinion about this ?

I'm not a fan of OnlyFans but I heard a lot about this platform because of the many celebrities using their platform, many subscribe to this platform because of its content.
The management did the right thing it is good for diversifying other funding for them to sustain and expand their platform, they can hold Cryptocurrency because their platform is accepting Cryptocurrency, that's the beauty of a company accepting Cryptocurrency.
I have this feeling that they also have diversified investment in many coins especially new coins with potential.
1379  Economy / Gambling / Re: Project feedback on: September 15, 2023, 04:22:34 PM
Hello guys,

It's my first post so hi everyone !

I've got a project that I need your feedback on. I'm planning of launching a crypto gambling contest newsletter. The concept is very simple, every week we partner with a crypto casino and allow one of our subscribers to win a few hundreds or low thousands dollars to be spent at the casino partner platform.

Do you already have a website to launch your newsletter and how can the subscribers be sure that there will be no manipulation of winners since you are the one picking the winner, this is a a good idea but you should have everything in place already since you posted this idea, other bloggers might adopt your idea and concept.

Casinos already have this kind of contest on their official threads but it's good if you have a reputable site to support your subscriber base and there's also a possibility of cheating because you only need an email to subscribe, one can create hundreds of emails just to participate.

1380  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto Casino... Fun or Not? on: September 15, 2023, 03:28:15 PM
You've got a good-looking gambling site, but I'm afraid I can't say much more because I'm not permitted to use your platform due to country restrictions. (I had to switch through multiple Tor circuits just to access the site.)

Here's the complete list of restricted countries and territories from your T&C:

That's quite a long list. Hopefully, you can find a solution to this in the future.

I seldom see online casinos that restrict my country it's very rare and this is one of the casinos that restrict my country I don't know if it's still profitable for you and your team to run a casino that restricts a long list of countries you are missing a lot with your restriction.
You have to fix this you can restrict countries where gambling is taboo or illegal like North Korea your casino is already three years old you have to change this so it will become popular among gamblers, looking forward to reviewing your casino when the time that my country is not part of your restricted list.
