1381  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Privacy concern for bitcoin users on: April 15, 2022, 04:07:02 PM
This is why having  a wallet that generate new addresses after each transaction  is some how best for tackling  this hilarious KYC demands from exchanges.  One can easily  make claims to anything  of their choice as their source  of income so has to protect keep some part of their dealings even more anonymous or what do you think
1382  Economy / Economics / Re: Life is a puzzle ! on: April 15, 2022, 03:59:44 PM
Main parts of this puzzle are study, proper job , marriage, smart housing move and retirement plan! We shall Live like economist and study each step economically.

For me I think study encompasses every other puzzle of life. Except  for occupation  that requires physical  practice.  But with steady commitment,   every thing else falls in place from good jobs to marriage,  smart housing and retirement plan.  Study or practice makes your demand high and keeps your relevance in the society

The message looked normal as i checked the domain name was also correct, so i clicked the link and the following page opened.
That's because the "link" you saw is not really a link, it's anchor text. To see the real address where you will be redirected, you can hover over the link and the address will appear on the status bar (desktop browsers). Or just quote the PM/post. In your case, it will look like this:
Code:
[url=phishing-website.com]legit-website.com[/url]

I wonder how these scammers come up with the clone sites. They do spend some money on all this stuff in order to gain access to people's accounts???

As per the above post, this person has sent messages to other users also, is there anyone who got affected by sending the password?
I don't think this hackers will want to stop at this. This attack on users account will keep on persisting until their launcher attack succeed. To be sure any link it's best not to click on the link sent by anyone rather you can search the site on Google to be sure it's not an anchor text. I haven't fallen victim of this yet but so far I trade with caution knowing how desperate Bitcointalk new users are about getting more merits and high profiled accounts
1384  Economy / Economics / Re: Pay in rubles or have your gas shut off by April on: April 14, 2022, 07:27:21 AM
Putin is taking advantage of how much the Europeans need for the Russian gas and oil isn't compromised by the standing sanction. And this is a perfect strategy to awaken the slowly diminishing roubles.  I understand Putin is ensuring the Russian economy still stand tall despite the invasion and the irreplaceable desire for natural resources will still keep the Russian boarders open giving them the opportunity to demand their choice of payment gateway
1385  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are we entering the era of CBDCs? on: April 14, 2022, 07:12:33 AM
I think we need this CBDC to help reduce the fear of using Bitcoin for money laundering. My reason is because since this CBDCs will stand to replace paper fiats moving  within heavy brief cases every single transaction will  be carried out on the Blockchain making the local banks even less relevant except to monitor transaction and ensuring accounts keep up to regulation terms.

Since Bitcoin value will no longer be tied to a paper currency but rather a digital one. The issue of paper money printing will reduce and the case of using Bitcoin to fund illegal transaction as well since there will be moderate CBDCs in circulation limiting the abuse of fiat currency
1386  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it too late to buy? on: April 14, 2022, 06:45:34 AM
The dip a couple of days ago was beautiful but unfortunately I didn't take advantage as much as I should have. Is right now I bad time to go in? Should I wait for another dip? Thinking of getting several coins. Goal is very short time investment.
There will always be another opportunity to buy the dip. The question now should be will you be available to buy when the next market dip occurs. Procrastination and greed might make you lose the next buying opportunity. At this point you should have a target price for which you are willing to buy for and once you find the price hovering around there you buy and hodl for as long as you want
1387  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Round of 16! on: April 13, 2022, 10:51:49 PM
No surprises for today matches, everything was logic but i really didn't expect a match without goals in city vs atleteco match, i expected that city will be able to score at least one goal cause atleteco have to focus more in the offensive work which will create many spaces
I was expecting Athletico to make strong attempt to bounce back seeing the few chances the missed. Mancity still made attempts to top up the aggregate lead but all proved abortive. so far we have two big english club team, two spanish club teams  all set and ready for the semi-finals. This is where the real competition dwells
1388  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is this also your strategy to avoid hitting your stop loss early? on: April 13, 2022, 08:54:38 AM
I know that lower margin and low leverage are also farther away from the liquidation price, so is it okay to set low margin and low leverage first to avoid losing if your strategy doesn't work, and then add if does the price follow your strategy? Is this also your strategy?
Leverage is the easiest way to get an account all blown off. Low leverage and low margin keeps your trading strategy in check. As a trader matter how good your strategy might appear it won't give you a profitable trade at all times. But with low leverage and low margin keeping it all in check it helps save trades both in losing and winning trades
1389  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Europa League Discussion Thread on: April 13, 2022, 08:43:32 AM
Actually Atalanta is a strong team, even quite a lot of people predict Atalanta can qualify for the semifinals. But if we look at Atalanta's declining
form towards the end of the season, even Atalanta in Serie A is in 8th position with two consecutive defeats. I think it's natural that many people
start to change their minds and predict that Leipzig will beat Atalanta in the second leg, even though in the first leg the match ended in a draw.
Because Leipzig in the last few games have improved in performance, not only Dortmund were beaten by Leipzig. However, even Hoffenheim who
were in the top 6 were defeated by Leipzig with a big score. So I also chose Leipzig as the favorite to beat Atalanta in the second leg and qualify
for the semifinals.

There is no doubt that Atalanta is a strong team. Their players are talented enough. And at the start of the season, we also saw some great performances from the Atalanta team. But the team is not in the form now. This is the important thing. Leipzig is not a weak team. It is very difficult to win against Leipzig with an unstable performance. But it is not impossible. Atalanta's recent performance is perhaps unstable. But if the players play well in their own position, Atalanta's victory is possible. Leipzig seems to be my favorite. However, I will refrain from betting on this match.
When it comes to quarter final games even  the weakest team that struggled their way to the round of 8 tries to show case their strength. This game none of the clubs should be underrated. Both team are strong on average despite the inconsistency I think both teams will have equal opportunity as the share equal aggregate
1390  Economy / Economics / Re: How many bitcoin is enough? on: April 13, 2022, 08:26:52 AM
Keep accumulating, I don't have a set target all I do is ensure at every point in time I have Bitcoin reserve in my wallet. Even if I hit 1 Bitcoin it won't still be enough I will still have the hunger to acquire more and more coin. To save me from the pressure that comes with competition I just save at my own pace
1391  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Round of 16! on: April 13, 2022, 07:56:50 AM
Today's championship matches line up is so incredibly exciting to look out for Liverpool and Manchester City will both be playing today but not against each other while Manchester City will be playing against Atletico Madrid and Liverpool will be playing against Benfica and am looking at the given both top clubs direct winning, I know both Manchester City and Liverpool played against each other over the last weekend and their both played well which have given me the confidence that their will win in today champion league qualifiers game.
I hope Liverpool won't put themselves under the same pressure Madrid found themselves last night after a comfortable away lead only to come back home to play with pressure. Mancity is still standing with one leg. Both games could be any way. I will glad if the two English teams can make it to the semi finals
1392  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is going on ? In crypto ? on: April 12, 2022, 08:07:38 PM
There is nothing like growth coin and no coin is developed to grow everyday. To make crypto investment you go for a long term coin, A project with a promissory mission statement. Bull trap happens often in the crypto cycle this why it is advised most often to invest in meaningful projects with long term goals and minimizing risk by investing with what you can afford to lose as an investor
1393  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Round of 16! on: April 12, 2022, 07:46:13 PM
As we saw this time Chelsea tried to outperform the game and it was proven by a goal from Meson Mount. However, Benzema movement is still not well controlled and will continue to pose a threatening danger. Mendy is active while maintaining his defense and doesn't want to be missed for the umpteenth time.
Chelsea dominated the attack in the first half so far and they managed to increase their chances of qualifying for the semi-finals by scoring 1 goal, but of course they should have scored more goals from the first half. At the moment Real Madrid are definitely under a lot of pressure with Chelsea's attempted attack, so I think 0-2 in the first half is very possible in this match. Chelsea comeback expected.

Aggregate still remains for one point Madrid and in the second half later they must really anticipate the expansion of the flashlight execution and not rely on Benzema continuously. Create some kind of eye-catcher to take the pressure off Chelsea. Well, Chelsea continues to press and make Madrid's defense at the back full of guards. I think it will be more fun when the second half starts. For now, Chelsea's first-half did dominate very well.
Madrid should spread their attack. Chelsea defense is concentrating more on Benzema, a fake attack can break the chelsea defense. So far this can still be any ones game. But Madrid still have high chances of qualifying for the semi finals despite Chelsea forceful attack. The second half will speak more voice
1394  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: April 12, 2022, 07:40:08 PM
I think that it is already time for Manchester United to start getting wins in the Premier League again. And their next game is against Norwich in four days. I expect nothing different than a victory for the Red Devils in this one. Norwich are one of the easiest opponents they can beat up. They need to thrive more to leave West Ham behind at least. However West Ham have an easy opponent too which is Burnley. West Ham and Manchester United both have home games this week. And I think they both won't be getting a draw or loss.
Only if the players can drop their ego to play against Norwich. Manu has a remarkable squad but with their selfish game play mostly with Rashford the will keep conceding even to lesser teams. Westham will have a sure win against Burnley at least they have an average record of a good team play compared to united
1395  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: New York imposes a permit for Crypto companies on: April 12, 2022, 07:09:13 PM
Opposing regulations is not necessary at the moment. All exchange demand KYC verification to keep up to the licensing terms although some are more fair than the others. But no matter how strict the KYC verification might appear there will always be a limit. Gradually many are seeing the need to incorporate crypto into the society they measure the use is not necessary at the moment
1396  Economy / Economics / Re: Will sanctions force Russia to create a CBDC of its own? on: April 12, 2022, 06:48:39 PM
Russians has resources that will sustain them all through the sanction but to save their currency devaluation in the foreign exchange market resolving to digital Ruble will wane off any possible effect of the sanction. Currently there are different payment gate way outside the usual messaging platforms although they could be slow and some might refuse to work with Russia because of the sanction so test running a digital coin for Russia is a necessity
1397  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: April 11, 2022, 11:02:48 PM
For Real Madrid, Sevilla, Atletico Madrid and Real Betis are all three opponents that are relatively hard opponents. Among them, the performances of Sevilla and Real Betis are very irregular. If Real Madrid can maintain consistency and Benzema is in form, I believe Real Madrid can win all three of these matches. However, if Benzema is injured and out of the squad, it will be very difficult for Real Madrid to win the matches.
It is indeed choked and uneasy fixtures ahead for Real Madrid. Even though Real Madrid is playing well these collection of teams are among the bests of laliga this season and they have the capacity to win any team. I fear Betis and Atletico Madrid more than Sevilla. Sevilla has lost their potential for this season and they should just wait for the next season to see if they can make impacts.

If Benzema will be available for all the fixtures, Real Madrid can win all convincingly. This is one of the best seasons for Benzema throughout his career and it is like age is not affecting him either.
I don't think that Barcelona can meet up with Real Madrid, no one should expect that please.

Real Madrid must really concentrate in every game, even though they are 12 points ahead, El Real must not be careless in the slightest.  Madrid still leaves a relatively balanced opponent that could even make it difficult for them, then Madrid will be very time and energy consuming if they qualify for the semifinals of the champions league.  But I believe Carlo Ancelotti already has the right strategy to bring Madrid to the championship ladder.
Madrid is making it look like  their performance is dependent on Benzema. Ancelotti should build back Madrid to it's independent forward formation. Madrid has lots of forward finishers but if Benzema is absent madrid performance seems to suffer. madrid needs to put this to consideration to keep their league title as well as securing the champions league
1398  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: April 11, 2022, 10:33:53 PM
Man utd are hot favorites for Ten Hag, he will be the next coach there.
Lingard can probably ends at Italy, I have seen recent pictures of him there and with Ibrahimovic.
Paul Pogba can take the leave in peace, Congratulations yo him ahead of what's for him.

Ten Hag is taking his time and asking the right questions; and in my honest opinions i am unsure he is ready for the rigors and difficulties that comes with managing manchester united. With Pogba, Lingard, Matic, Mata, Jones, Cavani all out of contract come the end of the season, series of players unhappy, and MUFC Owners unwilling to sign non marketable players; it is a huge task at hand. I do not see him taking the job
From beginning Ten Hag has been willing and happy to go to old Trafford as the media will always show us but I suspected that Ten changed his mind after Ole Gunnar Solskjaer made that controversial statement about Manchester United being a commercial club or so. The coach is now very skeptical to come to old Trafford which I expect everyone in his shoes to do.

I have stopped believing that Manchester United's problem is coaching, their problem is something more than coaching. It is from the attitude of the players to the politics of the management.
Ego has eaten up Manchester United players. Even if Erik ten Hag decides to consider coaching United he will still face what Rafnick is facing. What united needs first is recycling of their players. Keep the humble ones willing to play as a team and do away with pride else united will see even worst no matter whom the choose to coach the team.
1399  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Using a Stop loss "Good" or "Bad" on: April 11, 2022, 10:21:10 PM
The market don't just hunt stop losses but small trading accounts. This is why having a good trading timing is the best. After analysis knowing when to enter a trade is also important. Stop losses was built to reduce losses. It can be good and bad at the same time it all depends on the traders and how the use it. To reduce the rate at which the market triggers stop losses before moving towards the predicted direction knowing when to join a trade will save. joining a trade that has gone too far can trigger your stop loss even faster
1400  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Btc and reliogion on: April 11, 2022, 10:03:22 PM
I haven't had any personal dealings with religious fellows who see Bitcoin as a negative omen. But i know of a friend who believes bitcoin is a currency of the end-time. Like each time we discuss about crypto this ideology of a one world currency keeps being the center of reference. Many religion still don't accept bitcoin but i think it should be more of a personal opinion and not a religious restriction
