1382  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Virtex 5 chips able to "save" Bitcoins? on: August 22, 2017, 09:15:24 PM
Hello,
I am sorry for this super nooby question, but I just found a Virtex 5 Chip. I got it as a gift from a friend a few years ago and all i know is that he was into bitcoin mining. Unfortunately, I didnt learn anything about it on the internet, as i just couldnt understand a word from the description of this chip. And i cannot contact my friend as well, as we didnt see us for years either.

So basically my question right now is:
Is there a chance that there might be any bitcoins saved on this chip? And in case there are some, how could i get access to them? Or are these chips only micro processors that are only doing the mining work like an engine does in a car?

Thank you very much in advance!

It's an FPGA chip and if you don't know what it is you will not have any use for it!

1385  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Noob Question: Is it worth mining with a msi gaming laptop? on: August 14, 2017, 09:44:21 PM
Hi guys thanks for reading. I'm new to mining and currently own a msi gaming laptop and wondered if it's worth mining with or if I should invest in other hardware.
The laptop is a MSI GT72 2QE Dominator Pro, with the following specs:

CPU -  i7 5950HQ
GPU - GeForce GTX 980M
VRAM - GDDR5 16GB

Thanks again guys, look forward to hearing back from you.

For the love of god this is so ridiculous now...

I wish the mods would delete these threads that are the same fucking questions over and over again that is answered in a sticky.  Then at least it wouldn't help all the activity farmers.   Sad

1387  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is the BTC-e shut down legal? on: August 02, 2017, 10:06:30 PM
When you have American citizens as clients, you're automatically doing business in the USA and therefore logically they have jurisfuckingdiction...

When you allegedly launder funds/assets/goods stolen from American citizens you open yourself up to their jurisfuckingdiction...

It really takes almost no brainpower to figure out IF you do business in any country you must comply with their laws.

You think that being in a foreign country is what, some kind of an open invitation to commit crimes in the US??

If you do these kinds of things, if you're big enough to catch LEO's eye then you risk being targeted...

Location of the person/company/whatever is only relevant in terms of catching the person physically and obtaining physical evidence... Sometimes its easier than others.

This is not the fucking Americans policing the world or retaliation for Russian hacking blah blah blah.  It's American LEO's trying to protect their citizens from organizations operating against their laws.

I'm sure the Libertarian and conspiracy crowds will love this but logic is completely reasonable in a normal sense of things.  Grin
1388  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Rack mountable rigs on: August 01, 2017, 09:32:38 PM
Spondoolies would be the SP31/35 for a rack-mount unit, which will exceed your target hashrate IIRC in a single unit (I think they were 4u).

Nobody currently makes a rack-mount miner AFAIK - so you probably would have to go with a rack-mounted shelf setup.

The only miner I am aware of that used more than one PS in the unit was the Spondoolies SP50, but those are bloody rare HUGE (11 u or some such) and may not have ever actually been sold (though I remember Spondoolies stating that a few had been BUILT, they seem to have kept them for "internal" usage after they got bought out).

Antminer S3 units would probably also fit your bill, but I'm pretty sure it would take 2 or 3 of them to get to 2TH.

I don't think SP got "bought out" I think they went tits up, but that is inconsequential.  According to SP themselves, no SP50's were ever made.

ANYONE offering a SP50 for sale is a scammer and looking to take your coins, buyers beware.

There are thousands of commercial airline flights in the sky at any given time, worldwide.

But you will never see an airplane in any "space" footage from the ISS or any other "space craft".

Because it's utter bullshit. They better figure out how to layer-in some animated airplanes or they're fucked.

I feel sorry for anyone that flies on those commercial airline flights, those airline fucking morons are using globist navigation techniques.  Every plane must have crashed killing everyone on board because they couldn't have been anywhere near the correct destination point using the wrong earth model to navigate the course...

Obviously NASA has corrupted every single airline employee and pilot or else this shit would get reported somewhere.  Obviously all those commercial airlines landing in the right location at approximately the right time are faked by NASA anyone with a Nikon can prove it...

This shit goes fucking deep boys the airline industry for its entire existence, and trans oceanic shipping are all in on this, they're fucking balls deep in with NASA and those Mason MOTHERFUCKERS!@

If Earth looks something like the following then questioning the existence of a creator is a ridiculous proposition.

Flat Earth Model

Does the pole need maintenance?  Has it ever broken down?  whats it made of?  How are the Sun and Moon attached to it?  Is the sun hot and why doesn't it burn the pole it's attached too?

Lastly, does Santa Claus know he has a big giant fucking pole in his back yard?

Take a look at this little story to see what I mean. Back in the 1950s, 3 guys stopped at a hotel for the night. These guys were not together. They just happened to stop at the same time, looking for a room for the night.

The hotel clerk told them there was only one room left vacant. They would have to draw straws for it, or they could share it if they wanted. The guys decided to share it.

The clerk charged them each $10 (remember, the 1950s), and they went up to their room.

Some time later the clerk felt a little guilty for charging them that much when they would be sharing the room. So he gave the bellboy $5 to take up to the guys as a refund.

On the way up in the elevator, the bellboy realized that he didn't know how to divide $5 evenly among 3 guys. So, when he got to their room, he gave each of the guys $1 back, and kept $2 as a tip.

Since each guy got a dollar back, that means he paid only $9 for the room, right?

Three times $9 is $27, plus the $2 that the bellboy kept, makes $29. What happened to the 30th dollar?

----------

When you think about it for a moment, you can see that this is twisted thinking. That's what FE people do to show FE. Solid science shows that the earth is a globe.

But the BIG point is that when you believe something, you are talking about religion. Only when you understand it are you talking about science.

Cool

Seriously you can't fools me.  Obviously they only paid $9 each, 3x9=27, so when the bell boy brought the $5 up there was now $32.

People have been making money this way for about 6000 years, since our wee little pancake was created!

There was this documentary on flat earth a few years back.  If after watching this you still believe we don't live on a flat earth protected by a dome, then there's no hope for you at all!

"You can tune a piano, but you can't tuna shellfish." - Captain Hindgrinder

I was a globist but you guys and your youtube evidence is just to powerful, earth is for sure flat.

I think that show is real footage of a real town somewhere and NASA is just covering it up while tapping it all.  NASA and the Freemasons released the actual footage.  Then those NASA and Freemason motherfuckers are sitting back drinking the nectar of the gods smoking the finest green laughing their balls off at all the stupid fucks that think it was just a bad sci fi show.
